Reviews:
MRP makes some good stuff, I only wish it were a bit cheaper. It's a lot of money for a hunk of aluminum and plastic and a few screws. It went on pretty easily even without removing my cranks, since they've designed this V2 model with the cutout on the back. Photos shows it freshly installed on my Diamondback Release 3.brockmt
Fit and finish of product looks great. Went to try and install on my bike, but as it turns out, the product is designed such that you can NOT use it without any of the provided spacers, as the countersunk holes on the aluminum carrier allow the head of the crew to extend beyond the mating face of the carrier. Contacted MRP directly about this issue, and they helped get me set up. Would 100% purchase another MRP product based on their customer service response and the overall quality of the product.Kevin
Switched from a 2X to 1X chainring set up and want to continue with the level of protection my previous MRP provided and gain the chain guide benefit provided by the this combo system. Great product, easy installation & adjustment. Have already put this MRP to the test on rocky single track and it's taken a few hit already. Tuff as nails. As a side note when I removed the MRP bash guard only system from my 2X set up it was in great shape with lots of rock strikes in the past year. Still perfectly straight and true with no indication of any damage…nice!!! Recommend.Darren

Reviews:
Overall: Solid and well built. Comes with a power supply and a 5 adaptor daisy chain. Have zero issues with this at my house, but other places power supply does not seems to work properly leaving me without a board. I only have 3 pedals connected. This is cause for concern especially if I'm at a gig. May have to re-think this for live playing.
Lightweight, functional, innovative design. Includes a 9volt power supply and jumpers to daisychain the power. Includes a lightweight carry case. This particular G-Bone was a 5 pedal-space model. You can actually squeeze more than 5 pedals on there if you want to get creative. The expanded surface on each end for volume or wahs is what gives it the dogbone shape/name, but it is an absolute functional design that gives you a new great choice in pedal boards. Same goes for the larger G-Bone models, too.johus_mkgbqn5

Reviews:
Overall: I've been playing through a Headrush gigboard and needed something different that was just as easy to use, had plenty of tones that were inspiring, that didn't cost as much. I've owned a few Line 6 products over the 30 years of playing music and decided to buy the Pod Go. So worth it! The tones were better than expected, and if you can't afford the Helix series, this is the best choice for a floor unit under $500. The built in expression pedal with toe switch is perfect. You can switch between volume and wah wah or other parameters just by pressing the toe switch in the expression pedal. Basically you don't have to have another expression pedal. The built in pedal can do what you need. I am not tech savvy, I bought the Headrush gigboard last year because of how easy it is to use. I didn't think a floor unit could be. Then comes the Pod Go. It's actually much easier to use than the Headrush. Granted the two have different features but I found making your own sounds easier with the Pod Go. It seems I make them in a shorter time. The color display along with color footswitches make organizing sounds easier than making coffee. If you need a floor unit under 500 the Pod Go is the best choice on the market. If you're a metal head or a traditional Jazz player or love the complexity of Fusion, the Pod Go has your sound.
I was looking at purchasing a Helix LT and upon researching I came across the Pod Go Wireless. It does everything I required from the Helix but at less than half the price, size and weight. You can dial in some great tones, I use it through an 80w Marshall combi straight into the FX return (turning off the cab sim on the Pod) and it sounds very impressive. The amount of effects to choose from is incredible and you can tweak so many variables to get that perfect tone. The wah treadle is very good but it’s not so great when used as a volume pedal as it doesn’t seem to gradually increase/decrease the volume, it’s almost on/off. The wireless feature is very good, I’ve not had any connection issues and don’t have to worry about treading on my cable, which I’m very prone to. Overall, for what I need in a jamming/garage band capacity it is perfect and I’m very, very pleased with the purchase. PMT delivered the next day, it was very well packaged and was the best price I found on the internet.Martin M.
Overall: I wish I could say something positive about this unit. Although it does have some great sounds and features, the fact that it is constantly having to be rebooted because it freezes up or shuts down on its own make it pretty much worthless (Yes I’ve done all the updates and other futile suggestions from the support folks at line 6). Add to that a power supply that is a complete piece of crap. It’s cheap, fragile and generally a bad design. It is almost impossible to find a replacement because line 6 wanted it that way. Simply using a Standard, generic replacement (9v 2500 mA) Is tricky and not guaranteed to work. My review for this product: Look for something else better from a company who is not obsessed with nickel and diming their customers to death over some ridiculous accessory.

Reviews:
I’ve got this on my 2021 Stumpjumper Evo and it’s saved my chainring several times already and isn’t any worse for the wear. Setup was simple and took about 15 minutes to remove the old chain guide and install the whole thing. I’ve got an absolute black oval chainring on the bike so I had to use the next size up bash guard to keep it from having one side of the pedal stroke where the chainring wouldn’t be protected, but it comes with three sizes so no issues there. Overall I’d say it’s a necessity if you’re planing on riding rowdy and don’t want to flatten teeth on your chain ring.Nicholas W
Keeps the chain from falling off! Must have for the desert. Wish mine had the chainring size marking like previous ones did. Made the initial setup a bit of a guess. Also would have been nice to include some additional mounting hardware for the price you pay. Those are my only gripes. I would say if you ride in rough conditions and have issues with your chain falling off buy this and it won’t happen again. Also increases chain life.Vincent F.
Great bash with one major problem – the chain guide isn't adjustable enough to avoid chain rub on a Garbaruk (variable chainline) chainring in lowest gear. I finally had to remove the guide and run without it to avoid chain rub. A couple mm more adjustability inboard would have made a big difference.KGR

Reviews:
If you play between the boundaries of Metal to Hard Rock, you will love this pedal! I've own this pedal for years and it has made some eyes pop and gotten me compliments from all sorts of Musicians to include professional ones. Its very versatile and can literally make any rig scream! Even very simple setups like a decent solid state amp and a cheap guitar.I found That really clean amps like Fenders, and Rolands can really make this baby shine due to its high gain and very distorted nature. This pedal is very responsive and has so much attack its insane. The other cool thing about this pedal is the built in noise gate which really helps clean up the hiss of the gain. it also has a mids scoop similar to the signature Dime distortion pedal. This definitely beats all pedals similar to it like the Boss Metal zone, the T-rex bloody mary, Dime Distortion and many other famous pedals. I love howthis pedal has can get many famous sounds like Randy Rhoads, Disturbed, Pantera, Early metallica, All That Remains, Ratt, Van Halen, Godsmack, and more. The only thing about it that some people may not like is that the pedal does have a little bit more controls than average ones and that its high gain maybe too much for some. However I found that if you roll the gain down and mess with the frequency knob and equilizers, you can get a more Crunchy overdrive sound. This pedal literally brings my rig to life and I can't find anything wrong with it. Definitely recommend getting it.Buckshot1894
This pedal is a one trick pony – brutal sounding heavy metal. It can run the gauntlet of thrash, modern, nu, and classic metal – everything from old school Dio and 1980s Metallica to Pantera to Trivium to Avenged Sevenfold. It can scoop the mids out entirely for the dry … And Justice for All sound with the push of a button while the push of another button can enable a nice percussive sound and prevent any bleedthrough of extraneous sound. Using mids dial on this pedal is not a bad thing … it shouldn't be turned down unless specifically needed for a certain sound. Mine is actually set around the 1 o'clock position. Where care needs to be used is actually with the low and especially the high (where it can sound like an annoying chain saw if turned up). Take time and care with dialing in the sound. It is easy to get a brutal sound if used properly and not the high pitched awful whine that you might find on demo videos on YouTube. Definitely recommend using this pedal on the clean channel. Boosting it with an overdrive pedal isn't necessary or useful.JGB
Overall: I have been using my tried and true Boss Metal Zone into a Boss 7 band EQ for a few decades. I had been looking at getting the Waza Craft Metal Zone before my old Metal Zone takes a dump on me, but I also wanted to see what else is out there. I watched a video review of the MXR Fullbore Distortion and was impressed, but not enough to buy one. Well! My fiance took care of that for me and ordered it for me as a surprise. I plugged it in right away the day it got here. I plugged it into my 7 band EQ. I kinda gave it a half ass listen and wasn't impressed. I picked it back up and figured I would exchange it for a noise gate as that is what I needed more. It sat there for a week or so and I decided to give it another chance. I plugged straight in to the front of my half stack and used a suggested setting I found online. I had to back off on my maps EQ across the board and just tweak it. What I heard was something that sounded familiar and new at the same time. I cranked it up and tried the on board noise gate and it works great! Basically it's a distortion, EQ and a noise gate in one pedal. I tried my old set up side by side with this pedal and the fact that this one pedal eliminated 2 other pedals in the chain was what finally sold me. I love this thing. It likes high gain pickups. My Strat with a Seymour Duncan TB 6 Distortion in the bridge sounds like a flame thrower! Distortion is a very personal thing. Not everybody will love it. So far everybody who has listened to me says that it sounds insane, badass, etc. For the music I play it fits. It's an all around sound I can use on everything I cover on guitar. To me that's the goal to have one sound do it all. I'm very happy that I kept it and gave it another try. One thing to remember is that with this pedal it's okay to back everything down and especially on your amp. Usually I would put everything in the middle and adjust my Distortion and EQ around that. With this pedal I have the amp's EQ, everything on 2-3. This could be the Distortion sound your looking for.Jon

Reviews:
I enjoy this pedal. it cuts down on some of the noise. the pedal related stuff. most guitarists are hearing the amp noise and pedals don't cut that out, or from what I have read the stuff like the decimator may, but it has been said to mess with the tone. this seems to keep my tone intact. I have the knobs, from left to right, at like 9-10 o'clock, the middle lower knob at about 10-12 o'clock, and the right knob at about 10, that is where it stops the pedal noise. it can lend itself to a slight warbling sound like when a record is warped, kind of slightly up and down at the end of notes ringing out, I tend to like that, but it means one of the knobs is set too aggressive. worth it for the money before you think of getting the icp line, or whatever they are called. the decimator onesJared J
This pedal is getting 4 stars from me instead of 5…and I'll tell you why. It DOES do everything the pedal is designed to do…but good Lord Electro-Harmonix; why does it have to be so difficult (and sensitively touchy) to dial in the "sweet spot"?!? Any time you eliminate, or add a pedal to your chain (this means physically, not just clicking a pedal in the chain to by-pass, but actually adding or removing a pedal completely in the chain) you have to go through the painful process of dialing The Silencer in again…and the controls are extremely picky. You WILL find the sweet spot, but it can be frustrating getting to it. I recommend (if you're gonna use this pedal as a noise gate), arrange ALL the pedals you intend to use in your chain, and put The Silencer behind the noisy 'high gain' pedals (Distortion, Drive, etc…) and in front of the quiet pedals (Delay, Chorus, etc…)—set it, forget it, and leave the chain (and the controls on The Silencer) alone; and this pedal will be your best friend. As always, Electro-Harmonix makes their pedals virtually bullet proof, and this one is no different. High quality build, materials, and looks. There are a lot simpler noise gate pedals out there, but you may have to sacrifice quality for ease…and at this reasonable price, I'll put up with the time consuming difficulty of setting up The Silencer, because, with patience, the end result is ear pleasing bliss.White Dog
Electro Harmonix has or had a digital noise eliminator available. This Silencer is a gate. It works. As per Bogner Tech, I go into my MXR Super Comp, then into the Silencer input. My Drive, Fuzz, excetera…pedals are in the Silencer loop. And then the Silencer out, goes to my amp input. My delay and reverb pedals are running in my effects loop of amp. This gate kills noise present, when no notes from guitar are being played. Any time you are playing, the sound input from guitar overrides the dead signal, allowing signal to circuit to your amp. It does seem to also eliminate noise as effects trails and sustained notes fade. So it is a bit more than a gate. Compressor is first in line because, Silencer is buffered, and buffered circuits will effect a compressor's function…as per Bogner info, which definitely seems to be correct. Works great.Orbit Zenz**Jagg Rocker
9. J Rockett The Dude Overdrive Pedal
Product Details:
The dude is j. rockett audio design's take on the legendary dumble overdrive special. the dude can go from clean boost to classic dumble sounds to high gain. – level: the level control introduces clean boost and can be used independent of the ratio control – ratio: the ratio control introduces the ratio of gain vs boost. can achieve the classic ods sounds very easily but it all depends on guitar, pickups and amp as to where the sweet spot is. start blending in the gain control and it will simultaneously reduce clean volume and introduce gain. somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot or mix of the two, please experiment. – treble: turn to the right to increase treble, to the left to decrease treble – deep: the deep control varies the level of midrange prominence. turn to the left and it will be scooped in the midrange with more emphasis on treble and bass. turn the deep control to the right and it will introduce a thick, low midrange. once achieve desired tone on the deep control, adjust the treble to taste for clarity. age group: adult.

Reviews:
I was looking for a boost pedal to drive an old Gibson GA-25 with a Strat. The Archer sounds above and beyond. It has plenty of volume to drive the amp and setting the gain between 10 and 2 and rolling off the treble smooths out the crunch while still maintaining it character. Used it with a Plexi 100 and a Twin Reverb as well as a Rickenbacker, Tele, and Les Paul with the same result. The Archer sounds fantastic and each amp and guitar sounds like that amp or guitar. Worked the same on other pedals. Used it to drive an OCD and it the perfect bump without having to use an amp with complicated switching. No noise from the pedal while toggling on or off. Treble knob is super useful to smooth out or add clarity. It was really easy to dial it in and there's a pretty wide sweet spot. It's super responsive to picking and fingering. I kinda want to buy another to have an Archer drive an Archer. Would that be weird?Nickname
The pedal is small and therefore pedalboard-friendly but is still built like a tank. The knobs and switch feel totally quality stuff, the chassis is rock-solid and good looking. This pedal can be used, just like a Klon Centaur, as a clean boost up to a mild unique sounding overdrive. It gives you plenty of volume and headroom (you generally have to keep the volume knob close to zero if you want to match the bypass volume) and the Gain control is very accurate and allows you to shape your tone just as you desire. It is a great blues or rock pedal and gives its best if put on top of a tube amp that's almost breaking up but you can still use it, as a regular drive pedal, in front of a clean amp and it's guaranteed to sound better than most of the amplifiers' internal gain stages. Not a cheap pedal, in line with its main competitors, but definitely worth the price. If you want a Klon-like quality pedal that really gives you the Klon feeling without destroying your wallet, the Archer is a perfect choice.reptile_breath
I used heavy fuzzes for many years, I decided a few years ago to switch to something different. Been switching between the germanium ocd and the Xotic BB preamp last few years. The Archer does what I was looking for. Sounds great with my guitar volume slightly turned down. I've never used one of those real klons. But I now can understand why everyone likes em. Put a good compression pedal in front of it and it will almost sing.Duane

A pedalboard is essential equipment for a gigging guitarist. but sometimes you don't need a huge array of pedals to get the gig done. that's where the gator case g-bone comes in handy. with enough room for your must-have pedals (roughly 4-5 compact pedals or 4 pedals and a wah) the g-bone keeps your rig streamlined and easy to move. better yet the g-bone provides daisy-chained 9v power for your pedals further simplifying bringing your rig to the gig.
Specifications:
Weight | 8 lb |

Reviews:
If you are looking for a good practice amp modeler that is compact and has quite an array of effects and amps than the Pocket Pod should do the trick. I gig regularly and felt the Pocket Pod would be ideal for gigs where I didn't want to haul my tube amp around. Sound wise I'm not disappointed in hooking my pocket pod up to a sound board. However, where this product ultimately fails is there is NO On/Off switch! To activate the pod you plug your guitar directly into the input jack and it comes on. Once on you pretty much have to leave the guitar plugged in for your entire set or risk getting a loud pop through the PA system. And leaving the pod plugged in makes the pod get very warm and drains your batteries. I have a circuit breaker guitar cable so I can switch guitars without getting the dreaded pop in the PA system. I'm sure the people at Line 6 cut out the On/Off feature to save room. But I've never seen any piece of equipment that can't be turned off with a button. Satisfactory sounds but more headaches than it's worth for gigging musicians.O'neil Blues
Its great i love how it has all kinds of sffects and i can use both my guitar and phone as i play along. Great for portable playing so i dont have to bring the big head amp everywhere i want to take my guitar. Also the battery life is amazing if there's a new version of this i would so buy it.Hector

My bike is a thrown together cheap Chinese carbon fully rigid 29er with spare mountain bike parts on it, with an old-as-dirt non-clutch 9-speed rear derailleur with no dedicated chainguide mounting points/tabs. The chain had been dropping on training rides so I needed a cost-effective solution. Running a 38t chainring in front, so I needed this particular MRP model which allowed the use of the 38t size. Easy installation, almost foolproof. Not one chain drop during my 55-mile 7,500 foot race at the inaugural 2018 Old Growth Classic race in Big Basin.porkstack

Huge pedal board, lots of room for your pedals and power supplies mounted on top. No room to mount anything underneath so if you like to hide the cables this is not your board. I have a whammy V, Rotovibe, Wah and Ernie ball VPJR, plus 8 standard sized stomp boxes, a voodoo labs pedalpower 2+ and voodoo labs x4 all mounted with 3m dual lock and I have plenty of room for more pedals! The case is super heavy duty and the lift off design is far superior to the pedal train lid case IMO, worth every dollarCody S
If there’s a better pedalboard out there for the money, convenience and storage ! I would sure like to know. You can fit about everything on this removable board which is housed inside a flight case with lots of room for extra cables and accessories. The case has some weight so it can take a beating and with wheels attached you can drag this thing to any gig, with all pedals enclosed and ready to rock ! If you’re looking for a case like this than look no further.. Very pleased with this purchase and the features. This is the ultimate case for the weekend giger ! I passed on buying this several times because I was skeptical, let’s face it we have so many choices. But I’m glad I gave it some serious thought and it had the features and security that I was looking for. I am very impressed and you will be too.Jamie
I have owned many Gator cases and they have never let me down. This is a tank I like that it's super heavy duty and designed so that my pedals always stay right where I like them. I usually leave the bottom of the case and just take the top off but in tight spaces the board conveniently lifts out and takes up less space. I use this with my pedal power, dunlop bass wah, chorus, and orange detonator and they all fit nicely and with the supplied strips stay exactly where I put them. The two wheels on the bottom of the case are great and make this so easy to transport.

Look… this pedal is great. Even without the “fat” switch on it still has the kind of bottom end that most overdrives and distortions lack which makes it a great crossover pedal between guitar, bass, double bass, vocals, a contact mic’d plate of nachos or ukulele. But the real reason I bought this pedal was anti psychotic medication and it has the same name as my cat. Zeus is a ginger bengal x ragdoll. He’s eight years old and exceptionally funny and weird. You never know if you’re getting a nose boomp or a face bite. Though he’s really good with the kids on my street and he’s become somewhat of a local Tempe icon. He’s a perfect little bear and needs a bloody cuddle every day. All bow to Zeus!!! Especially you ridiculous humans with your lists and side dishes and recycling bins. Zeus is your god!!!Josh S.

I truly like this pedal. Not only is the instruction booklet easy to understand and the pictures are descriptions are great. It is three different chorus in one box; all of which can be easily dialed in! The led light is different for each mode which is really nice. Plus you can even plug in an expression pedal to further enhance your spiral array mix. I am still getting used to all different settings of choruses. This is a quiet pedal that is fully buffered and has silent switching. Guitar volume does not effect this pedal. Again, I really like the different colors from the led which shows you exactly which mode you are using. A truly must have pedal for chorus afficionados.Sam i am

Reviews:
Upfront…..it's a Keeley …and that alone tells anyone who knows pedals that it will be well built , decent sound quality and affordable…..but they missed the boat on this one and I expect a version 2.0 soon enough….the reverb and the delay cannot be stacked , either way , they can only be played independently. This was a big mistake on the design engineers or Robert himself. The gain/overdrive side of this pedal is excellent!!! And unfortunately I am stacking this pedal with an Oceans 11 while using their spring or plate modes. I will be pretty peeved if and when version 2 is released and the stacking in series or parallel is now useable. Otherwise I give this a 3/5 where it could have been a 4.5/5 easily!!!!!…….sorry guys …had to be honest …but I won't buy version 2 unless you take BACK this original version and modify it correctly!!!Chaotic Embrace Inc
What an incredible pedal! This is the perfect grab and go for the working musician. A wonderful solid blues breaker style drive and choice of delay or reverb. Both the analog and digital delays are amazing. I can't recommend the pedal enough. It only took 5 minutes for this to become one of my all time favorite Keeley pedals (and I have over 20 different Keeleys).Nnate8

This chain guide was so easy to install and unlike others, I did not have to put in shims to make sure the chain was centred inside the guide. With the ISCG mount it went on perfectly and the entire install consisted of two screws into the existing mounts. I don't expect I am going to have to touch this thing for ages unless it takes a big hit. Install was on my Specialized Enduro 2020.604brokenwrist
