This is a 1991 peavey foundation electric bass with the super ferrite pickups in very good condition. one of the overlooked workhorses of the electric bass world – goes from crispy punch to rounded warmth, j bass-style neck with excellent high fret access, well-balanced and weighing in at 8.8 lbs. this one has some light pick swirls, super light worming on a 3-inch square on the backside, and a couple of pencil-tip nicks in the finish, but it's in great shape for a 30-year-old, and has been well-cared for along the way. comes with gig bag as as shown and will be fully insured on its way to you. guitar is for sale locally and listing may end at any time. shipping and insurance are included in the purchase price. all sales are final, so please ask any questions up front.

Original pre-owned circa 1983 peavey patriot bass. nice example that is clean and plays great with a good, straight neck. plays with a good action and no buzz or issues. original pickup is nice and warm and great for rock and roll. these are real nice made in usa bass guitars and probably the best deal at this price point. comes with a gig bag.

This is a 1996 peavey forum bass guitar, made in the usa. i’ve had this bass for about ten years, and it has been rock solid, and i hate to see it go but it’s not really the sound i’m going for these days, and it’d be better enjoyed with a player who will use it. meant to be a competitor to the stingray basses that were so popular in the 90s, this bass also has a single humbucker and a 2 band active preamp. the pickup is internally active and the preamp is 18v boost/cut with lots of headroom for both bass and treble. cosmetically and functionally, the bass is in excellent shape for its age, with only a few small dings here and there, and typical swirling on the guard. the rosewood fingerboard is very dark and looks incredible compared to modern equivalents. the neck is very straight, the truss rod works well, the frets are even, and the bass plays very well. the bass was recently set up with new ernie ball hybrid slinky strings (105-45) and has a low action with room to go lower if need be. the biggest chance
