The quality, playability and sound match bass guitars that are more expensive.
With the on-board pre-amp it's versatile. If you want punch you can get punch, and if you want a more melodic sound you can get that too. The fret board, with its rounded edges, has a comfortable feel. I love the swamp ash body. This is an instrument you want to play before you buy — the quality at the factory is very uneven, so make sure you have hold it in your hands and examine the workmanship and the quality of the maple neck before you buy.Ink-Stained Wretch

This really is an astonishing bass. Superb build quality, first class hardware and electronics (Wilkinson) and it sounds fantastic! I have heard fellow musicians rave about the bang for buck of Vintage brand guitars, now I know why! Playable action and intonation out of the box. But with a couple of minor tweaks it is now superb! I have a hankering for an SG type 6 string. After this experience, I think it is going to be a Vintage VS6. Unbelievable value!S. H.

Up for sale is a very rare electra mpc bass in good condition for it's age. the bass comes with 2 also very rare mpc modules (tank sound and power overdrive) the electronics work perfectly fine. this bass features a neck thru mahogany body/neck with beautiful tortoise binding and abalone bowtie inlays. the bass has a crack in the body looks like it is just in the top layer not all the way through see photo this does not effect the sound. it is missing one of the plastic toggle switch lever. the switch works see photo. the bass will be shipped in a hard case.

Rare very nice original 1970s vintage electric jazz bass guitar luxor 100. made by matsumoku or ibanez. made in japan. the body is made of laminated wood, the neck is made of maple wood. i had let the guitar tested in a guitar shop and everything works. the guitar strings are very old. should be changed for professional play but i leave that to the new owner. the socket was once repaired. see photo 9. a few paint defects on the body. see also photo 9. for it's age it is in a very good vintage condition with slight signs of wear on the wood. can be played or used as a very nice wall decoration. measures: length 114 cm / 44.9".
