Better then the genuine article, a lot of super glues just don't do what they advertise for some reason (except glue your fingers-they do manage to do that). I had a broken rubber foot on an old Zenith turntable that couldn't be replaced with a new one, so I glued the foot back together with this, and much to my surprise it was as strong of a bond as I've ever seen on a soft material like rubber. I use it in my model making to hold LEDs into position in the belly of spaceships, etc. and it works great. It holds solid in just a few seconds and takes a few hours to completely cure, but nothing moves once it's set. Also, the bottle can sit with the cap on for months and you can come back to it and it will be just like new. No frozen cap, no crusty nozzle, no gimmicks. It just works and you can use a lot of the bottle. In fact, I have yet to finish my first one and after a year, it's still just like new. I will buy again.Marvin W.

I used your glue to create an aquascape. This is a newer approach to creating a habitat in a marine reef aquarium. Previously, the norm was to arrange rocks to create caves and overhangs, but it was basically a pile of rocks. In recent years, hobbyists started breaking up rocks and using mortar or epoxies to create interesting shapes. I discovered a YouTube that demonstrated using thin super glue. First break rocks into smaller pieces. Smash small rubble to a powder. Join 2 pieces, sprinkle powder into joint, apply thin glue….. Resulting in one solid piece. The resulting structures imitate real reef shapes (see photos) I would suggest your viewing YouTube “BRS Aquascape” and also contacting Bulk Reef Supply. They would be a great outlet for your product. I've only had this product for a few small jobs. It's so far saved my butt well over a dozen times already which makes it well worth it to me. The Titebond Translucent wood glue worked perfect for me. It did not leave any stains on the light colored wood even though it would squeeze out when clamped. The other darker wood glues do the same thing but even though I'd wipe the "Squeeze Out" off sometimes there is enough to leave a dark or noticeable stain or mark. My Grandfather's 1900 Violin had been neglected and improperly stored for about 50 years. The fingerboard had deep groves from excessive playing and the whole bottom of the violin had come apart, and even wooden parts from inside came off. I ordered the Tightbond Hide Glue #5012 because restoration articles suggested it as a glue that should be used for musical instruments and at a later time, if necessary, you could heat the parts glued and safely remove them without cracking or damaging the wood, such as a fretboard, bridge or nut. I was amazed how easily I could work with the glue. A little goes a long way on a Violin. I glued and clamped the entire bottom and associated parts. 24 hours later, I removed the clamps and it looked like new. Then I removed the fretboard and replaced it with a new one, clamping it again for 24 hours with success. I had gotten some glue on my hands and some had gotten on the edge of the Violin while I was working on it, but as soon as I installed the clamps, I was able to wipe off the excess glue with a dampened rag and it also came off my hands easily with soap and water. This is the best glue that I have ever used. I am extremely happy with the results. I've already used up half the bottle in less than a week. This is just a fine applicator. I use a lot of Thick glue. If I'm in a hurry, I just run a bead along an inside edge, like a weldment fillet. It also works well in filling in a crack or torn-out edge. Just let it thoroughly harden, then sand or chisel it smooth. I've also used it to replace a torn-out wood screw. I've used super glue for so many years, for repairing broken items and also for repairing broken nails. I had been using another brand and thought it was fine until I rediscovered this Krazy Glue. First of all, the brush-on method is a lot better than the silly dispensers on other brands of super glue – they always get clogged and you end throwing away half a tube. Krazy Glue brushes on easily and you can control how much product you apply. Holds well after dry. As for nail repair, it's the best! I was looking for a glue for leather to repair my beloved leather wallet. It tore at the seam where my ID and most used cards reside and I didn't like the split at all. I went to Walmart and looked in the craft/sewing section and almost missed this gem. It was with the jewelry making stuff and I read the package and it said it can be used for leather. I was skeptical cause I always need glues for unusual stuff and most of the time they don't work. I tried Liquid Stitch for this repair before and it failed though it worked for a few months. But liquid stitch takes 24 hours to cure! This stuff was literally INSTANT! I put some on the seam and pressed it together and BAM! it was stuck together again! In fact it was such a good adhesive it glued the corner of my driver license into the wallet! It took me 10 minutes of struggling to finally get my ID out of the wallet. I had left the cards in the area so the gap of the seam would be just right and not too hard to pull the stuff out. It definitely works! Even after all that desperate tugging on my ID I thought for sure the bond would break on the seam but it held intact. I'm glad I found this stuff. I'd definitely wear gloves though when working with this glue, it's one of those that you can literally glue your fingers together and rip skin off. I have not use the glue just yet but my daughter has. First of all the glue was very hard to open. We try to stick numerous things down the hole to puncture the top and even cutting the nozzle. I couldn’t untwist the top to see if it was clogged or if safety seal was there. Eventually the glue came out but it wasn’t from the top but from side of the tube. The glue worked as advertised. I used the 2g size but it's the same super glue gel. I used it to glue stainless steel (a very slippery surface) on a hard plastic surface. Let me tell you, don't plan to remove the parts later on. This thing glues like welding metals! Also careful with plastics because it melts a thin layer at the surface so you don't want to put the gel on a surface not to be glued. It is a really strong bond. As for easy of use, it's confusing how easy is to use. Again, mine was a tiny 2g tube. Very easy to pour on the surfaces, really no need to add a lot, just so it gets a very thin layer (or the extra glue will leak around), better to use less than too much. This gel is really interesting because it doesn't dry when out of the tube, unless being pressed between the two surfaces. In other words, if you leave the tube open the stuff won't dry and became unusable. How cool is that. Not bad on hands either, it will bond the skin but not to the point of having to go to the emergency room. And what I like the most, the tube is easy to reseal, the next time you'll be using it the cap won't be stuck on it.Nicetry11

This is the best seam sealer for tents, backpacks, etc. that you can buy; its much better than the products which cost twice as much that only give you 1/2 as much sealer that are specifically marketed as "Seam Sealers". Some of these other products never seem to completely dry (one suggests sprinkling baby powder on it to help it dry – baby powder? Are they serious?!). E6000 dries quick, stays flexible but is tough and protects the seams. Cons? Because it does dry quick, be ready to work fast to smooth it out, and it has a funky chemical smell that takes a couple of weeks to go away. Try it, you'll like it!Conan4

I love E-6000! Swarovski says not to use it on their rhinestones, but it works incredibly well! If you try to pull off the crystals later, it can damage the foil back – perhaps that's the reason they say that. But if you want the rhinestones to come off, don't use this product! I picked this up on a whim as it was in a discount bin as I walked through a CT. It seemed like a cool product to have on hand. Sure glad I didn't pay full price. As with others, this just didn't function right out of the gate. Couldn't get the twist on cap to pierce the top of the glue. Couldn't get the outer cap off to use the product. Obviously CT is blowing these useless items out with the intent of not selling them any more. Instead of tricking customers into subsidizing the cost of this product failure, they should just bite the bullet and trash the remaining stock. I use Dewalt hot glue guns, seem to be built better than most. However, not all glue sticks work well with them. That being said, Surebonder glue sticks do work well with them. So, if you use Dewalt hot glue guns, these are the glue sticks for you.tristania70

I have little experience using different glue gun products, so I've nothing with which to compare these sticks. Nonetheless, they seem to melt consistently and for the paper work (geometric modules made out of paper) I was doing, the glue sticks worked really well (dries quickly, which may be a negative for some, can be put on fairly thin, . I note these are for a normal-size glue gun, and are a nice length if you're carrying them around, otherwise there are longer ones out there that may be more economical. FYI, if you have ever spun sugar (ex-chef, wanna-be artist here), this glue works pretty well mimicking spun sugar. And its tensile strength is pretty impressive (with paper modules, mind you). Overall they are below average in terms of use. They will make things stick together, but the problem is the slightly higher melting temperature the glue requires, makes it really difficult for everyday craft/art, and application purposes. I'm a professional artist, I also am the owner of an art studio (for all ages, adults included), as well as the art teacher for a local school (K-8th). Over the years I have used many different types of glue glue sticks for different projects. What I find frustrating about this particular type of glue stick (maybe because it's manufactured as a "bulk" item), is the fact that it does not go through the hot glue gun as smoothly, there is much hesitation, almost as if the hot glue gun can't melt the glue fast enough. As a result when the glue comes out it hardens much faster (since it's not melted as well as it could be) so you have very very very little time to work with the glue, unlike most standard normal average hot glue. And incase your wondering…I also tested my hot glue gun with other types/brands of hot glue sticks, to make sure that it wasn't my hot glue gun that was dying and not able to have a hot temperature to melt the glue. So basically after my testing and experimenting with other glue sticks using the same hot glue gun, I have determined that yes this particular brand does not melt at the same rate as many of the other types of hot glue sticks. Unfortunately I am now stuck with 5 pounds of these glue sticks. I will use them, (just because I don't want to waster it) but again it's not ideal compared to average/standard glue sticks for everyday projects.Art teacher and Art Studio owner

I recently tried the Scotch Super Glue Gel and was extremely pleased in it's performance! I work on delicate egg crafts and make repairs to many other items around the house. This special glue gel from Scotch mades it SO easy to allow more precise and controlled applications. This glue stays in place and drys quicker too. In the past, I wasted so many other glue products because the cap would stick to the container or clog up after only one use, and I had to toss it out. Not anymore! I’ve was given the Scotch Super Glue With Precision Applicator in exchange for an honest review. I tried it out on a metal clock and, several hours later, on a ceramic bowl. Both materials bonded instantly and held well. It worked exactly as advertised. The applicator shape allowed for a thin stream of glue without glops. There was no sealing over between uses, despite my not storing it upright as directed. It’s a good product. Only minor drawback is in the packaging, which is wider on top than at the base, making it easy to tip over. Directions are not printed on the bottle itself, only on the packaging. If you put the glue away for months, you might not remember that you’re supposed to store it upright and wipe off the tip between uses. Overall, I recommend this glue, though, as it did a really good job on my clock and my bowl.sqpeg

I was sent this product to try. It came at a perfect time, as I had made an oven clay jewelry piece that I covered in rhinestones. The adhesive I used, some of the stones came off quickly. So, I decided to try this super glue gel. It went exactly where I needed it to go, and stayed there until I placed the stones on it. The stones did not shift as they would have done with regular super glue, and the glue did not spread out over the item before I could get the stones on. The best part of all was, although it has the expected super glue odor, it isn't a strong odor and dissipated quickly as the glue dried. The result was stones firmly attached to my piece and no residual odor that will take time to dissipate. As a woodturner I have used Titebond medium, thin and thick CA glue for a number of years to fill cracks that show up in bowl blanks as the wood is turned away. It's not a perfect solution but it's as good as anything else I have tried and a lot quicker. I have also used the thin version to put a hard finish on bottle stoppers, pizza cutters and ice cream scoops. There are other brands of CA glue that cost a little less and work fine, but I trust the Titebond brand ever since I started using their Titebond I, II and III wood glues many years ago.Mark

Worked great for putting together outside corners on crown molding or even on connecting lengths over 16 feet. I used it with the spray activator. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it been for the fact that the original 2 oz container I purchased hardened with only 1/4 of the bottle used. Could be because I stored it in my un-conditioned garage or that I am just a DIY’er and not a high volume user.Lawrence

This is the glue i have been looking for a long time without knowing it. I use it mostly to make jigs of wood and metal. It has very strong bond and you dont need much, and it has the settling time as promised on the bottle. Which is also well made, so dosing the glue is an easy thing, as well as handling the cap.The only Thing is, it is not quite cheap but if sparingly used, it should last a year in the average a hobby workshop.NormanB666
