This product is not what shown by the picture. Received 20 medium boxes but no smalls! Boxes are medium quality with double bottom and double sides where the handles are to support lifting decent amount of weight (I was able to put 40lbs in it, which will be fine with careful handling but could fail with rough handling). The tops and sides without the handles are the weakest part, and could likely be punctured with pressure in the wrong place (such as heavy weight sitting on top of the lid in the center).Russell

High quality product with lower cost fast shipping
I buy these boxes to ship refurbished laptop computers that I sell on eBay. They are great! They do not weight very much, which saves me on shpping charges, but they are strong, very easy to setup, and the perfect size. Many other places have a 18×14 box that is 7" tall instead of 6… so check out the post office website to see how much I am saving by using these 6" tall boxes (like $2-3 per shipment – practically saves me the cost of the box!), and I require less packing filler material. The product was poorly made. Honestly, I could have done better. There are scratches on every surface, and additionally chip marks around the edges. I was so stoked when I ordered these, but when I opened the box I was highly disappointed. There is nothing quality about this product and I am ashamed that a company would try to sell these. I needed something to ship coffee mugs and other small items in and had looked everywhere for this size. Staples website had the best price and I also had free shipping, so double bonus! I purchased four sets and I liked the way they arrived at my home (plastic wrap all around which prevents them spilling everywhere). Easy to store and easy to pull one out when I need it. They were also a really good thickness unlike some cheaper, thinner ones I have seen/received packages in the mail. I will definitely purchase more of these when the need arises.thebeatonpath
