Reviews:
This speaker cabinet is light and can handle a lot of power. It has a mid-focused voice and can get extremely loud. A pair of them with an ELF head gives you a pro-caliber amp stack that can handle a low B and really project. It matches very well with other amps, as well. I demoed it with a MarkBass 800 and it sounded awesome. Highly recommended.KJBass
I needed something for small gigs that I could carry myself (I have lifting limitations for life) without breaking the bank. This and the 1×8 Trace ELF cab sound really good paired up together. It does breakup at a point but know it's limitations and gig size and you should have success! Well built too!Jonny Rocker
Gone are the days of having to lug around big heavy rigs. I bought this as struggling with the size and weight of my bass rig and really thought I’d sound was still not quite as good it would just save my back if nothing else, but, this Trace Elliot Elf is nothing short of amazing, the sound is immense and more than capable of gigging as I found out last week in medium sized hall, fantastic all round sound, easily loud enough and can be picked up with one hand, best decision I ever made, love itChris B.

Reviews:
From what I have heard, these are absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, every time I go to order a pair of these…They are out of stock. When I contacted the company, I was informed that these are barely made because they are not popular….I find that a little hard to believe because every time they wind back up on the shelf…they're gone within a week or two! I would love to exclusively use Seismic Audio amplifiers!!
I actually found these used at my local GC, and since I had been playing through my friend's 2×15 cab for over a year, I knew I had to have them! I was afraid of losing a little of the low end by going to a 1×15, but surprisingly there's still plenty there (probably too much before?). The 2×10 adds just the right brightness and punch. I couldn't ask for a better setup. Yes, I now have to make two trips to carry them in, but it is two easy trips instead of one heavy and hard to handle trip with the 2×15. I play in a rock 'n roll cover band, playing everything from Bryan Adams to White Zombie, and Franz Ferdinand to Led Zeppelin, with some Iron Maiden and Queensryche thrown in. These cabs keep up with all of it! I play through a 200w SWR Workingman's 2004 amp head and have plenty of headroom no matter what venue we are playing. I definitely recommend this combo!Kyle D.
Ive purchased this bass cab and paired it with a trace eliot elf bass amp and Allen Eden jazz bass v…….the sound is flawless. It cuts right though the mix and I get alot of compliments from band members and the sound guy while playing at church. It's not too heavy and fits great inside my lil 4 door sedan while traveling to different gigs and churches. I feel like this cab is very sturdy and reliable, I would describe the sound to gk swr and aguilar cabs.

Overall: Well I was excited to get this 210xl. I have a 410xl and 115xl. Hartke has always been my go to equipment. I like the speaker. I think the low end frequency lacks a little. But mid and highs shine. The overall speaker construction is good. I would have liked to see more than one carrying handle though.
7. Mesa/boogie 4×10" Traditional Powerhouse Bass Cabinet With Casters

Mesa engineering bass cabinet 4×10 600w discontinued model, somewhat rare. this is a perfectly working bass cabinet that can fill up an auditorium, but not so big that you can't take it to a bar gig or keep it in a rehearsal space. the lows are huge, and the speaker is very responsive at any frequency. i performed with it for a year, and am now selling it since i don't do large shows since covid. the condition is almost like new, asking for way less than i paid for it.

Reviews:
Killer cab for its size. Solid, excellent build quality. Tight punch, great lows and very articulate. I was an SWR Goliath guy for years but the tone and power of these MB cabs turned my head. Bought a second identical cab to pair together like a 410. Easier to mange at only 69 pounds each. Also stacks very nicely, on my other 210 or on my MB 212 Standard Powerhouse (same footprint, only 78 pounds) for even more thump. Installed a new set of MB 3 track lock wheels for one cab. Im set to gig! Definitely recommend.bell407pilot
8. Markbass New York 121 1×12 Bass Cabinet
Product Details:
The markbass standard 121 hr is a 1×12 rear-tuned ported cabinet with a warm, focused and natural sound. it’s a perfect choice for many stage situations as its wedge design allows to use it either as a floor monitor or on its side in standard position. with its 400w of power handling it can be used as a standalone with a markbass head or as extension cabinet for the company's top-selling mini cmd 121p combo, it’s a versatile and very portable solution (weighs only 29.1 lb. / 13.2 kg) that covers all of your needs and also ideal for double bass and acoustic bass as sound the of acoustic instruments is faithfully reproduced by this amazing cabinet.
Specifications:
Reviews:
These little cabs weigh only 29lbs but pack the punch of a cab weighing three times as much. Lots of bottom end with warmth and clarity in the middle. And they handle a whopping 400W! Easy to carry from gig to gig – I play professionally for a living and probably play 300+ dates/year, so the combination of travel convenience and performance is key where my needs are concerned. I just can't say enough good about these NY 121's. I currently own two and drive them (either individually or together on larger gigs) with a Walter Woods amp and use them with both my electric basses and upright basses with great success. and by the way, these little cabs handle the bottom-end thunder of the low "B" from any five-string bass with great ease. They really deliver!RS
I use this as an extension cabinet for my Markbass Mini CMD 121P Combo. It matches perfectly and makes the Markbass sound – just that much louder. Crisp, clear, and with dry mids and plenty of bottom. Great and for getting a modern, hi-fi sound. The cabinet was a little bit heavier than I expected based on its tiny size, but it is by no means a backbreaker. I bought covers for both my combo and cabinet and move them effortlessly on a folding two-wheel cart. I expect the cabinet to be reliable enough for my needs as long as I don't push it too much.JCerio2
I got this cab for my GK MB-500. When you live in NYC, you need to have a super portable and loud enough gear. At first I got a GK MBE210, but it was too bulky and hard to carry around so I got the Mark Bass New York 121and what a surprise! This cab sounds so much better than any cab I ever used (GK and Ampeg). It can handle a great deal of volume and it's loud enough to play with a drummer. It has a lot of low end but also it brings out crystal clear high frequencies. It made my Warwick basses shine like I've never heard them before. As for my Fender American standard P bass, It sounded good, but since the P Bass has a more vintage sound I think it didn't benefit from the cab. So definitely if you use an active bass that has beautiful highs you're going to love the New York 121. The size of the cab is great. it's small enough but still looks good on stage. It looks like it weight less than it really is. My only criticism, is that I wish it was a few pound lighter. But don't get me wrong, at 29 lb. it's very easy to carry around. I highly recommend this bass cab to anyone who gigs and have to carry their gear on subways or any public transportation.

So light, very clear sound.Tim L.
Thundering low end with that perfect clarity you need and it weighs nothing. What else could you want from a bass cab?
It goes without saying that the Darkglass 4×10 is an amazing cabinet. As far as style, arguably there are none sleeker. I replaced my GK ceramic speaker and NEO cabs with this cab (I previously had a 2×10 and 1×15 pairing). This cabinet is smoother sounding, with more thump, and deeper extended lows. Every note is full and has a musical top end. While the GK cabs I used were a bit boxy sounding, this cab has a full musical range and much better reproduction of my Dingwall Z3 5 string. The problem however is AMS. The cabinet came with a 2” rip in the tolex along the side. While accidents can and do happen, and it’s impossible to lay blame anywhere from a practical standpoint, this is the second of three shipments (my first three purchases mind you) to come damaged. The first…three pedals including a DG ADAM and Hyper Luminal…the pedals poorly packed and rattling around in the box and the product boxes smashed and damaged with the USB cables digging into each pedal leaving cosmetic damage behind. Then this cabinet, followed by an Alpha Omega head being poorly packed and absolutely obliterated in shipping. Again, it’s impossible to attribute blame per se but in each instance one common denominator: poor packing from AMS. The age old axiom in shipping: if it moves, it breaks, is somehow not understood by AMS. Their handling of the situations have left much to be desired. Yes they dispatched me a new cabinet, but have only offered me small discounts and/or gift cards for the aesthetic and cosmetic damages to the other gear. Word to the wise; be prepared to inspect your gear from AMS and deal with potential returns and exchanges. And if at all possible, pay with PayPal so if need be you can file a PayPal claim. While I did not, you should.Shane

Just the addition/sonic expansion I was looking for to accompany my 300w bass amp that I use at home. The combination of my amp's 2" tweeter & 15" speaker partnered with the Phil Jones CAB-47's four 7" speakers & 2" tweeter give just the right punch for my Aguilar equipped P/J bass. Now I can dial in everything from Larry Graham to Geddy Lee; from deep lows to tight highs and everything in between. Nice!JPS
Getting the negative out of the way, this won't rumble anything like a larger speaker, it certainly lacks in the "feel it" department. However, paired with a normal 4×10 is pretty exciting. Positives: Clarity, even though it doesn't rumble, the lows are there, even with my 5 string. Mids and Highs sound great. Volume is on par with my larger cabs. Size (& fairly light), the thing can fit in the back seat of my king cab. Context: my live rig varies between peaveys 1×15, 4×10, and 2×10 (any combination). I wouldn't hesitate to bring this out on the road to save space. So far, it's been great to play at home and did very well in a thrash metal practice. We're loud, and I could still hear me through everything even with it so low on the floor. At a home practice setting, my fretless sounded great.Kosmo

Reviews:
I play in a couple death metal bands and 1 goth/death rock band. I have an SVT6Pro head, 31 parameter EQ, and a BBE Sonic Maximizer powering the cab. I normally use my Ampeg 810, but got this 410 for rehearsals (810 kills my back) and for gigs with hard to reach stages. Depending on gig, I use my Schecter Stilleto Custom, Zon RT-5, or Fender P Bass. This 410 handles everything the 810 does and with better clarity. I love it. I will pair it with a 115 to burden that with the lower boom, but this 410 rocks. I highly recommend it.Slade
When opening up this product it felt and is very sturdy. I set it up with a Tech 21 VTBass 500. I was able to dial up any tone I wanted. The speakers sounded very tight and very responsive. I love the overall look of it and the cabinet does have a little weight, but its not going to kill your back. It is very well built and it should last you for years. This is my very first high quality cabinet and I've played through others, but if you want an amp you can dial up any tone this is it.Tracey
I upgraded from my ashdown MAG_410t cab to this one for my main 410. Thia thing is loud. I run my SVT410 with an Ampeg B2R head and it sounds amazing this cab handles the slightest changes made by the 9 band eq. I simply love the tweeter control in the rear really helps me shape my sound to my exact needs. It like any other 410 does not handle the lows of a B string all that great and the non ported design hurts it in the low end department as well. But the non ported design really helps with clarity on high notes. The casters are great and solid they help in moving this thing around because it weighs a ton! The Tolex tears easily so I took a half point off on the quality and the front grill is very weak so I took another half point off the quality. This is a great sounding and solid cab worth the money just be careful on the tolex and grill. Invest in a cover.WTBbassist
17. Trace Elliot Elf 1×10 Bass Cabinet
Product Details:
Bought from sweetwater, used a few times in my home studio. never left the house – with original box, etc. reasonable offers considered. trace elliot's elf 1 x 10" bass speaker cabinet makes a perfect partner for the company's pocket-sized elf bass amplifier head. though the head is small, it pushes plenty of power. it takes a powerful cabinet like this elf 1 x 10" to get the most from the elf. the 10" speaker is a neodymium design that contributes to the cabinet's light weight. and with 300 watts of power handling, bassists are finding the elf 1 x 10" a great addition to their studio and rehearsal rigs.

Reviews:
This little speaker puts out a TON of sound for its ridiculously small size. You have to see it to appreciate how small and light (16lbs.!) this thing is. I am using it with a Little Mark II head @250 watts. I've also tried TWO of them with that head, and I then get 500 watts out of the pair. I would HIGHLY recommend this speaker for bass players who hate schemping big, heavy gear, but who still want a great tone. Low end is surprisingly good, and of course, the price was terrific.Nicholas
It sounds ALOT bigger than it looks. A bass cabinet NO LONGER has to be large to sound big. I already played, with just 1 cab, at a small but busy bar. The band quickly worshiped the NEW sound it made. Realistically I was pushing its limit in this crowded bar, so a PAIR of these would rock-the-walls in any but large or outdoor scenerios. A stacked pair is still smaller than ANY cab I've gigged with…. and at 16 lbs each I may be able to transport my gear with less space and weight than ever before. At 68 years old…. these cabs are GOLD to me.indianaham
18. Markbass New York 151 Bass Speaker Cabinet Black 8 Ohms
Product Details:
This item was returned in great condition. it looks and plays like new, with only minor signs of use (slight scuffs, etc.). part of mark bass' new york series of bass speaker cabinets, this little powerhouse is the perfect extension for either the mini cmd 151p combo or the cmd 151p jeff berlin combo. it's also a great lightweight option for combining with any 500w markbass amp. this markbass new york speaker series is named after the world's most famous city, where bassists often lug their rigs by subway or taxi to get to gigs. because of this issue, markbass set out to create a combo amp that had the power, but not the bulkiness of a regular bass combo. the end result speaks for itself. the sound of this bass speaker cabinet is smooth and warm, with sweet full range and a deep tone that extends down to 40hz. the markbass new york 151 features one 15" speaker and a piezo tweeter with 400w of power handling.
Reviews:
Bought this little cab after owning, and still owning, lots of other Markbass cabs. I had planned on using this cab as one I could leave at the place I practice at since it didn't cost much. It sounds like a less expensive Markbass cab with a hollow sounding voicing, not too bad for the price, but it definitely sounds different. With the right Markbass head though you can still make the cab give you a similar Markbass tone. The only thing that makes the cab not worth keeping is the misleading watt ratings on Guitar Center's and Markbass's website. Both sites have the max power handling for the cab at 300 watts, but the cabinet's label on the back has it as only 200 watts. This will definitely effect what heads you can use and bring down its resale value.ScottM
Sounds like a Markbass should. Excellent sound and excellent value.. Made in Indonesia but overall quality was excellent good fit and finish. Very impressed overall. A little heavier than the regular 115 NY cab but manageable. Spec listed 300W but the nameplate reads 200W. It handles my Little Mark III with no issues though even at high volume.PP
I bought a MB 121H combo and got rid of the Hartke 4 x10 and Behringer Ultrabass AH4500. My thinking was better tone + less weight, count me in. I paid it off in a year and was happy with my sound. And then I joined another 2 guitar rock band. I had to turn the combo up all of the way to keep up. To it's credit the combo did not break up at max volume with gain just past noon. This led me to the NY 151. With the New York 1 x 15 underneath the combo there is an unmistakable girth to my sound now. No need for max volume, you "feel" the bass now. This is my new stack. Also I use a MB tube compressor pedal, always on.J-Dog Krohmer
19. Aguilar Sl 112 Bass Cabinet
Product Details:
Selling this very sleek limited edition aguilar sl series 1×12 bass cab. in very good shape overall, was gigged somewhat regularly and has numerous small signs of wear, small markings in the tolex, but none are very noticeable easy to miss. did my best to take photos showing all the small markings, most evident is a scratch on the bottom of the cabinet by the feet, but obviously being on the bottom not notable at all when being used. overall a great light weight cab my absolute favorite grab and go bass cab ive owned sounds fantastic and makes for a good bottom for a 2 cab stack, which is how i usually used it on larger shows. may consider a reasonable offer from a serious buyer will also being open for local pick up. selling as-described, not interested in seeing it come back. feel free to message with any questions or for more images! thanks.
Reviews:
This cabinet is incredible! Paired with the ToneHammer heads it's a great small rig. Add a second cabinet and you should be able to cover any venue. Anything too big for it should have PA support. May not work great for loud metal, but I got a great tone for rock, blues, R&B, reggae, contemporary jazz and gospel, and traditional jazz. I ordered a "scratch and dent", which had two minuscule marks in the Rolex and a very small dent in one of the corners. Doesn't bother me and I saved a ton!Bassjones
As a jazz/fusion/R&B bassist, I use two of these paired with an Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 and I have no reservations saying that it is the best portable rig I have ever used. I have tried plenty of other brands, with Markbass coming in a very close 2nd place in terms of a solid portable rig (My Little Mark III with a 2×10 and 1×12 traveler sounds awesome). I've had GK, Fender, Ampeg, Genz Benz, and Carvin amps in the past and none of them compare to this amp's versatility or quality of tone. Two of these cabs at 500W satisfies all of my gigging needs, but I would ideally use an Aguilar DB head with a 212 and a 410. Until I have roadies, I'll be using my SL112s. The only way I'll ever sell these is if Aguilar comes out with a portable 2×8 or 2×10, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Bottom line: BUY THIS CAB! (or two of them if you can afford it)Mike
I`m new to bass world but since I bought pretty expensive bass guitar I wanted to have a good sound . This speaker was recommended to me by a friend who already owns one. Speaker looks a bit like an old radio but sounds great. I wish it would be a bit cheaper and smaller but I received a bit of discount from m.friend due to New Year , New Gear sale event ! One thing if you buy both speaker as well as amp don`t believe the seller here that the connecting cable is included because it`s NOT INCLUDED ! I listened what my friend said and ordered cable somewhere else right after I ordered speaker so cable arrived around the same time otherwise I would have to play base wireless and soundless 🙂 Thank youMark

Reviews:
Been playing for 40 + years mostly in home as a hobby and have had many many cabinets and amps over that time. Finally decided to shell out the cash for this cabinet, very happy with my purchase sounds great surprising low end for neo 10s which I haven't had the best of luck with in the past and of course is super lightweight, I think it would work well for most any application, don't know what else to say other than it's an awesome high quality piece that I don't think will disappoint.Jby
