I recently purchased a Seagull Acoustic Guitar from Richards Guitars, I am 100% happy with both my purchase and the Customer Service I received. The guitar arrived extremely well packed and protected in pristine condition absolutely perfect not a mark on if anywhere and setup to my instructions. I would absolutely recommend Richards Guitars as the best Seller I have ever dealt with in my 50 years of playing and buying guitars. It's the old fashion personal customer Service that really stands out for me, you are treated and respected as an individual and nothing is to much trouble. I am so pleased with my purchase I have retained the packing material as I have a Faith Venus Guitar after being played at gigs for years it is showing its age and needs some renovations due to minor chips and scratches and needs re coating and polishing and new fret wires etc. I am sure Richard will be able to advise me on this and hopefully do the work required. I compared this guitar against the Martin and Taylors of similar price. Simply better all around. Not on sound alone, but playability and tuning stability, it was more comfortable to play and it's all wood. This guitar has its own voice that I am getting like more and more, meaning it's bright, but the quality and tone reflect the all wood construction. It is best for fingerpicking, which sold me since at is mostly how I play. Great mids and high notes. Lastly, it's the best looking guitar in its class hands down, with very good build quality.Fingerpicking Good.

You will not find a guitar equal to sound or playability unless your ready to dish out around $2500 and this one is still better than those . I have a HD -35 and others but this one is just straight out said easy and fun to play . Plenty loud and a good mellow base and very balance sound making it ideal for your vocals . My vocal s have improve with this instrument due to it also clarity . Rosewood or mahogany their both super guitars . Not just by my ear but 17 others I jam with and each one as over 30 years playing experience . I have the straight acoustic of both models . When I need to plug in I use a seymour Duncan woody HC center hole pickup . Can't beat this pickup for loud true acoustic sound .Jeff

I had sent back a couple guitars with lesser sound and specs to more than one company, so this guitar is nice in rich tone and has characteristic lacking in some ones I didn't like as much. Rosewood Spruce is a nice combination so that's why I chose it. I also got an Cordoba Acero D10 also from Musicians Friend, also in rosewood spruce- two birds of a feather to hear these two guitars together in a duet. On The Seagull I put a Seymour Duncan Magnetic Pick-up which opens a whole other can of (good) spaghetti in terms of amplified sound pastabilities. A very good choice said to get better with time in the modest year and a half I've had it, I don't disagree, and we'll see after a longer time what will happen, it looks to be the case.Rick

After weeks of research, I landed on this guitar. There is not a Seagull dealer in my neck of the woods so I bought it without having played it first. I could not be more pleased with the sound. It has good solid bass but it doesn't overpower the mids and highs. It is exactly what I wanted. The action on the guitar, however, was so high out of the box that it was almost unplayable. Consulting the owner's manual, I read where one should not adjust a guitar unless one is a professional tech. This meant I had to get the guitar set up. I emailed Seagull informing them of the situation hoping to get some suggestion/explanation. The fact that they never replied tells me all I need to know about how they could deliver a product with such a bad setup. Bottom line: by the time you pay to have the guitar set up and purchase a hard shell case, you're very near the same cost of a Martin Custom D. The Martin comes with a case and is playable out of the box. That stated, having owned both,I can honestly say that I would not trade this guitar for the Martin.Roger270

Great, great sounding guitar for the money. Very well balanced and warm sound, perfectly responding to any dynamic, which is stunning considering the guitar still has to age properly. A pleasure to play and listen to. Aesthetically it's even more, absolutely gorgeous, especially the wild cherry back and sides, which they look spectacular. The satin finish is kind of sexy. That means Richard is maintaining is promises on selecting the best sounding/looking models. We had some trouble/delay on the shipment caused by the express courier and Richard has been kind enough to send me a free gift (which he was not obliged to do), to kind of compensate for a problem he didn't cause! That's service and customer care. I'll definitely consider buying from Richard again.Stefano m.

Overall: First of all this guitar is beautiful. It is unique and striking. It stays in tune. It sustains for days. The action is like an solid body electric. It has low action all the way down the neck. It was shipped impeccably. The chords ring out like a bell. The price is phenomenal. There is a reason I only buy from zZounds. Its because they let play while you pay. This is a company that cares about musicians because they are musicians. Anyway I digress. The neck is a satin finish that rivals my $2000 PRS CE. It is like butter. The nut which governs tuning (& staying in tune) is a Tusq nut, which is what I use to replace stock nuts on a lot of my guitars. ThIs guitar is made in North America, Canada specifically, not in an asian factory 7000 miles away. The body is slightly smaller than a dreadnought. I love it. Maybe hand sits directly over the sound hole because ts in the same position as in my electrics. I looked many times at similarly priced Taylors which are fine guitars, but I believed eve I made the best choice for me.Tony

Overall: It arrived in a slightly banged up box due to the neglegence of a federal shipping company whom i won't name. Luckily for me Godin ships their guitars in the most solid air bubble armor that I've ever encountered. Right out of the box this guitar was ready to sing, and sing it did. Without tuning I played an Emajor and to my surprise it was in tune. About 3 minutes later, after the previously mentioned chord finally stopped ringing, I plugged her into the soundboard and the tone was impeccable and clear. It's a solid guitar as well. it doesn't feel thin or cheap. The action is low and the neck is smooth. I had my worries from blindly purchasing this unique masterpiece but I am very glad I trusted the reviews and description of this angelic bird. It truly is as described, if not better. I don't think you'll find a better acoustic electric in this price range.Derek

Now, after playing this guitar in many venues and different genres I will add to my earlier praise; this guitar sounds better and better, and now that is has some age in the wood the tone is more gorgeous. I've found that with a "back buster" sound hole cover I get a very soulful tone. I prefer it and leave the cover on all the time — especially with slide, the tone is really smooth. Again, you simply cannot find a better guitar in this price range and as I said before it stands up to all guitars in higher range. Plus I really like the autumn burst, matte finish. I buy guitars based on two criteria: 1) Playability – low action, feel of the neck and easy to play sitting or standing. 2) SOUND!! – equal in priority to playability… tone, resonance, intonation and it sounds good both amplified and unplugged. This Seagull met those criteria for me and it also looks great! For reference, I own a Taylor 214e, Taylor Big Baby, Taylor GS Mini, Martin HD28 and several Yamahas, Fenders, etc. I love them all for different reasons. My daughter (who's also a musician) and I visited Guitar Center and I went around the acoustic room picking up various guitars and strumming them + playing some fingerstyle tunes. I kept going back to the Entourage and my daughter even commented about how great it sounded compared to the others. At the risk of my wife divorcing me for bringing another guitar home, I had to have one. The Entourage has quickly become one of my favorites and it sounds great, both acoustic or amplified. The tone is very well balanced – enough depth/bass on the lower notes and the high notes ring through clear with great projection and resonance on both. It really is an enjoyable guitar to play and I highly recommend it.Andy

There is nothing not great about me selecting the Entourage CW. After much research on the brand and a few "lap dances" at the local GC (dreaming on it, Youtube also), it was an easy choice for me AND for what I'm doing musically at this point in my life (60 years old, between any further band project that will doubtfully arise), she has the perfect tone for the 60-70's rock, 80-90's country, open chord creations, all that I lean towards. This guitar sounds awesome to me unplugged. I can feel the vibratory hum next to my torso. It is soft and whispering to my soul to "play me more often, Pops!" But plugged into my Roland Street Cube, with little adjustment, or my ancient PA, is when she comes alive. It is truly like no other sound from other guitars I've owned or researched online. For me, we are a lifelong match. Nuts and bolts? I have nothing bad to say about this acoustic guitar choice at all. I've been playing guitar and piano since the late 60's as a novice and intermediate performer, owned the $2300 Gibson J45 Standard a few years back, the Martin DX1RAE after that, many fine Yamahas, but my new guitar is the one I've fallen in love with. Good luck on your choice but choose wisely. These instruments of fine wood and steel need their rightful owner to come along and stay forever. Trust me on that. I've owned this guitar for about a year, I like to live with things for a while before reviewing. This is a fantastic guitar for the price. It is nicely set up right out of the box with a nice low action and good intonation. The guitar sounds great and is well balanced with crisp clear highs and a round warm bass sound. It responds well to both light touch finger picking as well as heavy strumming. My only criticism when playing is that it feels a little tight when finger picking. I will also comment on the thin neck. I like the feel of the thin neck on this guitar, but it might be a turnoff for others. I would recommend playing in a store before making a final decision. I do have one minor quality issue and I'm not sure if it's common or not. A few months ago the pickguard on my guitar began sliding out of place. There is now unsightly and sticky glue exposed on the guitar top. I contacted Seagull and they sent me a new pickguard and advised me on how to remove the old one. I will say they have good customer service. I'm a little nervous that the new pickguard will do the same thing, but time will tell. Overall this is a great guitar for the price and I'm sure I will enjoy playing it for many years to come.Michigan Steve

I play locally for hire as a solo acoustic guitar / vocalist. My primary guitar is a Martin GPCP Aura. I purchased the Martin SC 13E in hopes of finding a guitar with better action and playability. My first reaction to the 13E was really nice and it did play with less effort / strength than my GPCP. The first issue I noticed was string buzz on the 1st and 2nd strings. It wasn't awful but noticeable. I played the guitar that weekend at two shows. I was still noticing the buzz. So, I started the set-up investigation. The neck relief, the slight bow forward that a guitar neck needs, looked really good, maybe could use a bit more to help with the string buzz. This is an easy truss rod adjustment; however, I didn't change the truss rod setting. The next thing I looked at was the distance of the string height, above the 12th fret. My thought was I would try to lower this slightly if I decided to keep the guitar. The next weekend I got the guitar out at home before getting ready for my show that evening, to run through a new song I was planning to do at hat nights show. I took the SC13E out of the bag and the 1st and 2nd strings were touching the guitar at the 20th fret. I thought the saddle had somehow pushed down lower into the bridge…. I exchanged that guitar for another SC1E. GC person was easy to work with and got the exchange handled quickly. About 3-4 days I had my second SC13E in my hands. It also had the same string buzz, even though the neck relief and action looked good. I played a couple of shows with this guitar and then I started noticing the buzz getting worse. If you are still reading, the reward is at hand. lol I have decided that the problem with this guitar, and probably the other guitar, is the neck angle is off. I will explain why I think it is off and explain how you can check your guitar. I have watched hundreds of youtube videos trying to learn how to set-up and care for my instruments. I have watched neck adjustment videos put out by fender, for their strat guitars, because I wanted to know how to adjust my Acoustasonic Strat. But what I am getting ready to sell you, I have discovered on my own and may not be accurate, but here it goes. If I put a capo, or hold the strings down with my hand. on the 12th fret, there is a space between the strings and the frets above the 12th fret. A pretty wide gap at the 20th fret. On the SC13E the strings are almost touching and the 1st string is touching. Wa La I believe that neck angle is off. I think it was off on both guitars. So check yours before missing your return date. If you check your guitar and it has this problem, don't totally freak out. The SC13E has an adjustable neck angle, so it can be made perfect. If you find what I described above, I suggest contacting Martin Guitar and GC. Another thing to be aware of, the three Martin guitars I have owned had the nut groves cut too narrow. I took my GPCP to an excellent luthier. He filed the width and depth to correct specifications and filed down my frets (I had two that where high) Both of the SC13E guitars needed to have the nuts filed. If you are trying to tune your guitar by making a very slight turn to get it just right and the string doesn't increase pitch and then jumps to a sharp pitch, the string is probably pinching in the nut grove. Both SC13E's were boogers to tune for that reason. One of them broke the B string while tuning up from dropping the pitch. I am returning my second SC13E tomorrow and I think I am going to give it a rest for awhile. Maybe look for something different. FYI: I love my Martin GPCP Aura, unfortunately they discontinued that model. The sound I get from the Fishman Aura electronics is the best I have heard. PS: part of the reason the SC13E plays easier is they use a lighter gauge string. I put a set of the MA535T Martin Lifespan strings on mt GPCP and even with the truss rod loose, the strings don't pull on the neck hard enough to give me the neck relief that is needed. The SC13E is a beautiful guitar to look at and the electronics onboard sound very nice. I learned, I'm not a big fan of having the controls inside the sound hole. A little awkward to get to while strumming and the phase reverse switch is way back from the opening. If you like using the hole covers to fight feedback, I'm pretty sure you would be out of luck. I think this price range of acoustic guitar should come with a hard case. I gave this guitar a 2 rating because it has potential BUT i do think both of these guitars suffered from poor quality control. My luthier could have made both of these guitars sing beautifully but I refuse to buy a new guitar and send it for repairs, even if the repairs are set-up issues. A new guitar on the north side of a thousand dollars should show up playing without string buzzing and the strings close enough to the neck that you hand doesn't feel like you just hung from the monkey bars during an entire recess.Dale

This is a beautiful instrument with a stunning full acoustic sound despite the deep cut away and relatively small body size. The amazing design allows for unlimited access to the upper frets and the whole instrument feels very comfortable to play. I wanted an acoustic guitar with the accessibility of an electric and this new design from C.F.Martin delivers that in droves without ever loosing it's acoustic personality and sound. I own a super jumbo acoustic made by another company but the SC13e makes it sound dull and lifeless even before it is plugged in. The SC13e has that familiar Martin sound which is full and beautiful. The fishman pickup will then allow that sound to be delivered to anywhere from a gig in a noisy pub to full stadium if required. What a stunning instrument!Reviewed by Kenny's Music custom

Girlfriend bought me a Seagull Entourage Rustic for my birthday and I loved the sound and build quality of the instrument. I've since purchased several for family members and friends as as first instrument or a "step-up". Every site said the S6 was the perfect starter…meh! Only problem with the Entourage Rustic was the nut width made finger picking a chore. I decided to purchase an S6. Playing it in store…rusty strings and all…I could tell it was perfect for my purpose. It has enough space between the strings to allow my fingers to pluck away. I'm finally getting it to the point where the top is aging and the sound is becoming resonant, harmonically rich, and almost three-dimensional. The Entourage Rustic is a great Strummer but mine is now my permanent DADGAD guitar. I tuned it down a whole step (CGCFGC… right?) and have put the capo on the second fret. This allows me a heavier set of strings and the spacing at the second fret is wide enough for my fingers. I may replace the second fret with a stainless steel fret in the near future…as my version of a "zero" fret. Incredible guitars made to impeccable standards…yeah, they've won a fanboi. I've also purchased a Taylor that's nice enough. I just seem to gravitate towards the Seagulls. Leaving the Taylor in the corner.JohnnyScottish

I had a teacher who owned the old S6 model and I always loved the feel and sound of that guitar, it stuck in my head for years. I couldn't ever find one locally and I used to not trust buying guitars sight unseen online, until recently. I got a few less expensive instruments to test it out and was impressed w/ how perfect they showed up ready to play and matching the reviews in every regard, even the flaws. So I waited for the right coupon and bought the new and improved version of the dream guitar I always wanted and I'm so glad I waited and ended up w/ the new one because it's even better! The look is outstanding, mine is just like every picture you can find of one they are all perfect and uniform in appearance, some natural woods will have a lot of variance in grain and color, these all look the exact same. The sound is heavenly, this is where I feel this guitar beats it's predecessor and many other fine instruments like Taylors, Yamahas, and some Martins I've played. It has a very rich full tone and a shimmering quality to it's sustain that makes me think it just creates more natural harmonics and resonance than any other acoustic guitar I've ever played. I've been playing just over 15 years and have fooled around w/ at least 20-25 different acoustic guitars alone, I own 4 others aside from this one- and none of those can compare to this sound of this guitar. It can almost run you out of a small room if you're playing hard it projects so loud, and the resonance/sustain is unbelievable- as long as you can hold a note fretted it will keep ringing, when it starts to fade add vibrato and the sound comes back like it's hooked up to a amp w/ a lot of feedback. The most excellent tone and string spacing I've ever found for finger picking. It's just the right sound for an acoustic lead part w/ melodies and Travis picking because it's highs are higher than others. It feels perfect too w/ the semi gloss finish and that contoured neck, best acoustic guitar ever for the $.John

Overall: First of all this guitar is beautiful. It is unique and striking. It stays in tune. It sustains for days. The action is like an solid body electric. It has low action all the way down the neck. It was shipped impeccably. The chords ring out like a bell. The price is phenomenal. There is a reason I only buy from zZounds. Its because they let play while you pay. This is a company that cares about musicians because they are musicians. Anyway I digress. The neck is a satin finish that rivals my $2000 PRS CE. It is like butter. The nut which governs tuning (& staying in tune) is a Tusq nut, which is what I use to replace stock nuts on a lot of my guitars. ThIs guitar is made in North America, Canada specifically, not in an asian factory 7000 miles away. The body is slightly smaller than a dreadnought. I love it. Maybe hand sits directly over the sound hole because ts in the same position as in my electrics. I looked many times at similarly priced Taylors which are fine guitars, but I believed eve I made the best choice for me.Tony

Overall: It arrived in a slightly banged up box due to the neglegence of a federal shipping company whom i won't name. Luckily for me Godin ships their guitars in the most solid air bubble armor that I've ever encountered. Right out of the box this guitar was ready to sing, and sing it did. Without tuning I played an Emajor and to my surprise it was in tune. About 3 minutes later, after the previously mentioned chord finally stopped ringing, I plugged her into the soundboard and the tone was impeccable and clear. It's a solid guitar as well. it doesn't feel thin or cheap. The action is low and the neck is smooth. I had my worries from blindly purchasing this unique masterpiece but I am very glad I trusted the reviews and description of this angelic bird. It truly is as described, if not better. I don't think you'll find a better acoustic electric in this price range.Derek

Girlfriend bought me a Seagull Entourage Rustic for my birthday and I loved the sound and build quality of the instrument. I've since purchased several for family members and friends as as first instrument or a "step-up". Every site said the S6 was the perfect starter…meh! Only problem with the Entourage Rustic was the nut width made finger picking a chore. I decided to purchase an S6. Playing it in store…rusty strings and all…I could tell it was perfect for my purpose. It has enough space between the strings to allow my fingers to pluck away. I'm finally getting it to the point where the top is aging and the sound is becoming resonant, harmonically rich, and almost three-dimensional. The Entourage Rustic is a great Strummer but mine is now my permanent DADGAD guitar. I tuned it down a whole step (CGCFGC… right?) and have put the capo on the second fret. This allows me a heavier set of strings and the spacing at the second fret is wide enough for my fingers. I may replace the second fret with a stainless steel fret in the near future…as my version of a "zero" fret. Incredible guitars made to impeccable standards…yeah, they've won a fanboi. I've also purchased a Taylor that's nice enough. I just seem to gravitate towards the Seagulls. Leaving the Taylor in the corner.JohnnyScottish

I couldn't ever find one locally and I used to not trust buying guitars sight unseen online, until recently. I got a few less expensive instruments to test it out and was impressed w/ how perfect they showed up ready to play and matching the reviews in every regard, even the flaws. So I waited for the right coupon and bought the new and improved version of the dream guitar I always wanted and I'm so glad I waited and ended up w/ the new one because it's even better! The look is outstanding, mine is just like every picture you can find of one they are all perfect and uniform in appearance, some natural woods will have a lot of variance in grain and color, these all look the exact same. The sound is heavenly, this is where I feel this guitar beats it's predecessor and many other fine instruments like Taylors, Yamahas, and some Martins I've played. It has a very rich full tone and a shimmering quality to it's sustain that makes me think it just creates more natural harmonics and resonance than any other acoustic guitar I've ever played. I've been playing just over 15 years and have fooled around w/ at least 20-25 different acoustic guitars alone, I own 4 others aside from this one- and none of those can compare to this sound of this guitar. It can almost run you out of a small room if you're playing hard it projects so loud, and the resonance/sustain is unbelievable- as long as you can hold a note fretted it will keep ringing, when it starts to fade add vibrato and the sound comes back like it's hooked up to a amp w/ a lot of feedback. The most excellent tone and string spacing I've ever found for finger picking. It's just the right sound for an acoustic lead part w/ melodies and Travis picking because it's highs are higher than others. It feels perfect too w/ the semi gloss finish and that contoured neck, best acoustic guitar ever for the $.John

I buy guitars based on two criteria: 1) Playability – low action, feel of the neck and easy to play sitting or standing. 2) SOUND!! – equal in priority to playability… tone, resonance, intonation and it sounds good both amplified and unplugged. This Seagull met those criteria for me and it also looks great! For reference, I own a Taylor 214e, Taylor Big Baby, Taylor GS Mini, Martin HD28 and several Yamahas, Fenders, etc. I love them all for different reasons. My daughter (who's also a musician) and I visited Guitar Center and I went around the acoustic room picking up various guitars and strumming them + playing some fingerstyle tunes. I kept going back to the Entourage and my daughter even commented about how great it sounded compared to the others. At the risk of my wife divorcing me for bringing another guitar home, I had to have one. The Entourage has quickly become one of my favorites and it sounds great, both acoustic or amplified. The tone is very well balanced – enough depth/bass on the lower notes and the high notes ring through clear with great projection and resonance on both. It really is an enjoyable guitar to play and I highly recommend it.Andy

I am a brand new guitar player. I have long desired to learn how to play the guitar and reading about the Seagull S6 A/E guitar convinced me that this was the model to buy as I embarked on this goal. I have only recently purchased my guitar and I am very pleased with my choice! I find it visually appealing, very well made, and the sound potential (I sure can't go by what I can do right now) seems awesome. I am convinced that this will be an fine instrument that I'll be able to play for the rest of my guitar playing life, as I progress from a brand new student of the guitar to (hopefully) an player who can delight in the bringing to life the wondrous tones and music this guitar is capable of. I’m a 54 yr old,pro player & guitar instructor, I’m always interested in budget guitars to suggest to students. I’ve found some feel cheap,or play horribly. This brand is quite the opposite, it has a solid feel, low action, rich bass and sparkling tone. I know those terms are tossed around a lot,listen to the demos on YT, this guitar sparkles like a nice acoustic should. The finish feels wonderful,it came with everything,a tuner, strap, extra strings,and a gig bag. The kit even came with a battery and a wrench to adjust the height of the action. The wrench works well, Ashthorpe has videos showing how to use it, The ELECTRONICS are what makes this instrument much better than the other budget acoustics on Amazon, It has a strong, rich equalizer onboard,u can do or subtract treble, or bass..or midrange..or the super high frequency string noises can be lowered or raised w the presence control. It has a volume control and a battery tester with LED right onboard. This electronics and preamp package is what you’d expect on guitars $300 or higher..It’s not Fishman or a famous brand, but it may as well be, it feels the same. I’ve owned over a hundred guitars, probably closer to 200 and I’ve never seen an acoustic electric with this kind of tone, feel and quality electronics in this price range..ever, if this guitar had no electronics,and was not electric-acoustic at all..it would still sell like crazy at this price. It’s almost hard to believe you get SO much for your hundred bucks. I have had acoustics where the case alone cost more than this guitar. Buy this model if you are considering a few different ones.. the thinline Ashthorpe makes is a smaller body, good for small hands, petite ladies or teens.. but the full size dreadnaught has the rich,thick bass u can feel in your body. The tone is better than the thinline,but a dread body can be big for some smaller people. The thinline was small and comfy,little more sparkly and less bass, but this model has the tone. And the way they laser etched the logo on the navy blue headstock is classy,it gives the whole guitar the expensive,modern vibe I go through guitars fast, I buy, sell, trade.and give some away to students…and I only wind up w the ones I LOVE. And I still have my Ashthorpe Dreadnaught Blue burst,it was a gift from my parents,.and has special meaning to me, Just buy this one,thank me later! forget the budget brands u see on Amazon..Ashthorpe users all leave great reviews, and for good reason.. the customer service is top notch too, a nice lady named Jennifer took great care of me when I had inquiries,and replied to my emails the same day, super quickly.Kevin G.(.I.

I purchased the guitar to play bottle neck slide on . Right out of the box it was easy to set up . Tuned up no issues. Nice action height , and really good sound . I would highly recommend the guitar . A real bargain for the money .Kevin

I’ve been a guitar instructor over 30 years, I’m a pro player with album credits on Warner, Gergen and more.. I’m 54 and playing since I’m 12 I own two Ashthorpe acoustics, this one in a dark butterscotch finish,and a full size dread in blue burst, The thinline has that tone like one of the smaller bodied guitars..bright,sparkly and up front. The body is not as thick as a big acoustic like my dreadnaught, but it is a full scale length adults acoustic.. they just made the body thinner for smaller folks to feel more comfy, The electronic package is superb,get it for that alone,you can plug in delays and effects, phase shifter and compressors, reverbs.. use the PA system or a small amp and play coffee house gigs, without the trouble of putting another Micah the guitar. The EQD section and the onboard controls are well made, useful and the eq points are musical and just right. It’s amazing how intuitive these designers were, they got just about everything right… the feel, the neck, the tone, the electronics..the finish.. it came with a strong gig bag ,not padded but rainproof and strong, like the nylon Tents and backpacks are made from..also a good electric tuner that works nicely,a cable,picks, a strap,extra strings..everything good quality and usable for a pro..maybe investing in a set of more expensive strings will help, the sets they provided sounded ok.but I’m guessing some high end strings would improve sound too,(Martin,Diaddario,Ernie Ball..etc) If u want something light and comfy, yet adult scale length with a pro feel and gorgeous woodwork, they’re out there.. but in this price range? There’s nothing available with the electronics package like this.. It’s so much fun playing with effects through an amp, this company is really awesome,they have instructional videos on YouTube and the customer service was polite,efficient and very pleasant.Kevin G.(.I.
