Gets the job done! I've used these on many of my instruments for years. They may take a slight loosening of the strings to install, but from then on you're good to go…. never, ever have harmed the finish on any of my instruments, keeps the strap well away from my fretting hand, and no strap button to bump into on the higher register!!!!! New straps might take some wrangling to get on and off for a while until the strap leather softens, but at least you can rest assured that strap is staying on until you tell it otherwise!!!!! Never in 30 years have I had a strap come undone from mine. No clips to fail here!JOHN

Seriously, this is a beautiful guitar strap. I've fitted it with strap locks and put it on my Olympic White American Pro and it's just the perfect finishing touch. It's really soft and supple right from new and looks as good as it feels. It's WELL worth the price and although it might look like a bit of a gamble, trust me it's one that pays off. I've been stoked all day after getting this and putting it on my guitar. I've attached a photo. For those that are interested, the black plastics kit was 18, the scratchplate 27 and the Seymour Duncan Classic Stack Humbuckers were 80 each. They still sound exactly like a Strat should, maybe with little more guts but they don't lose any of the essential sound of the Strat. They are however completely silent in positions 1, 3 and 5 and well worth the money in terms of build and sound quality and if 60 cycle hum is something you want to avoid they are a great solution. Dieser schnuckelig kleine Umhängegurt tut ohne Zweifel das, wofür hergestellt wurde: er hält eine Ukulele vor dem Körper des Spielers/ der Spielerin. Der Gurt ist verstellbar, gepolstert, stabil. Mittels eines Hakens, der aus relativ festem Kunststoff gefertigt ist, wird der Gurt am Schallloch der Uke eingehakt, dann unter dem Instrument und hinter dem Instrument nach oben zum Hals des Benutzers geführt. Besagter Haken aus festem Kunststoff hat den Vorteil, dass aufgrund des festen Kunststoffs eine Verformung (und damit ein unbeabsichtigtes aushängen) nicht möglich ist. Der Nachteil: die Öffnung des Hakens beträgt nur etwa 3 mm und lässt sich mit etwas Zug auf geschätzte 5 mm öffnen. Das genügt zum einhängen der meisten Ukulele an, aber eben nicht aller: Die Hummingbird von Epiphone hat einen Schlagschutz, der bündig mit der Öffnung des Schalloches abschließt. Die Materialstärke der Decke plus die Materialstärke des Schlagschutzes überschreiten dann den Öffnungsbereich des Hakens, so dass hier die Öffnung manuell nach geweitet werden muss. I found it uncomfortable. The biggest issue is that if you keep the guitar high it strongly pulls the shoulder straps toward your neck (choke sensations). If an additional bar was added at the front and the guitar was connected to that bar the shoulder straps would stay vertical.zacjupiter
