Reviews:
I bought this stand for my Markbass 2×10 combo amp. I had to buy a 20lb dumb bell for the back leg supports because I was concerned about it "tipping" forward. It's a well built unit, just not for this amp. Maybe should'a done a bit more research. My amp is a "tilt" and "flat" type unit. That could be the problem. Make sure your amp will ride securely on this stand. If it does, you'll be happy. What I'm saying is: SHOP!!!Harley's &Fender's
While these stands are technically for amplifiers, I use them to hold my vintage 45 pound speakers and they work great. My previous speaker stands broke so I wanted something cheap that could hold them stably and securely, these were exactly what I was looking for. These stands are angled slightly upwards which projects the audio towards your ears. Overall, if you need speaker stands for some big speakers, these are a very good, affordable option.Kevin
I purchased three of these for a couple of Yamaha 212 combos @ 62 lbs each and a Roland AC-100 @ about 60. This stand does a fantastic job of supporting these amps as its capacity is 152 lbs.and the extensions of the base "horizontal" pieces beyond the core of the uprights guarantee excellent stability. Puts the amp controls in so much more convenient a location too. Distance between support pieces is fixed so it could possibly not be ideal for everyone's application, but If you can get your amps up off the floor where they can be heard properly, they will actually sound better! You will also find you need less volume as you can hear it better and your band mates will be happier too! I'm thinking about a few more! Excellent tool!Rama

This stand is a sturdy stand but lacks ANY adjustment. I use it with a Fishman Loud Box mini and the amps feet sit right on the rails and the power cord is right at the back support, so it fits a little funny but works. This stand also has a pretty big foot print for a small amp stand. Does the job but nothing worthy of more than 3 stars.djnuckinfuts
Purchased for the Fender Mustang LT50, stand was too small, amp wanted to fall backwards into the rear opening, potentially damaging the speaker cone. Upper arms are not long enough to catch the closing back-plate at the top of the amp. Went with the gator combo amp stand. Solid build on the fender, would work great with an 8 or 10 inch speaker amp. Prefer the gator stand build quality, thats why I gave the Fender stand 4 stars, five star stand are available. If this fits your amp & budget, you wont be disappointed in the Fender small amp stand.ShyFalcon-24715

Easy set up. This stand is adjustable, and it can accommodate different size amps. It has enough tilt to make it easy to change amp settings on a stable platform. (I was afraid that it might wobble). This model of stands is functional, sturdy, well designed and are reasonably priced. A good value.James
My reference stand for combo amps or 2X12 cabs has long been the model by On Stage Stands. I wanted to keep a couple of guitars and a smaller combo amp upstairs in my home in a "sitting area," where I can quickly pick one up and work on a song or play along with something on TV/radio. MFI had this on the Stupid Deal of the Day recently and considering the ridiculously low price, plus sales tax, I decided to take a shot, even though a number of people had commented about the inconsistency in quality and a bunch of different cosmetic issues. My stand was received in a double box with each section and the arms unassembled and wrapped in plastic to protect them. No partially drilled holes, or pieces of metal rattling around inside the leg sections, as one reviewer commented. Finish was perfect, and it fits my Fender Champion 40 like a glove! The height and angle is perfect for playing seated close by, and being able to make adjustments and changes on the amp by hand, on the fly. Very solid and stable; I have a Jensen C12N 50W rated ceramic vintage speaker in mine, which significantly increases the overall weight, and yet the amp is steady as a rock. Thinking about ordering another one for my wife's stage piano combo amp. These are very nice, affordable stands that you don't have to apologize for in any way.Arch69er
I have 2 of these stands and I need 1 more. an amp stand is an important piece of equipment to have for any guitar player that uses a combo amp. They make my life much easier in a few ways. 1 way is I don't have to bend over to see where my settings are.another way is it gets the amp off the ground so the speaker can do its job. and breathe a little as they say in tech speak. It puts the amp closer to your ear so you can use your ear while on stage. The DI box will feed to the house system so you have a good monitor for your axe. Then here is another cool thing I like about this amp stand. Have dogs? Well with this stand you can beat your dog at their own game. No more dog liftin a leg on my amp. That only happened once but it is one of the many reasons why I got this amp stand. I like to use the lowest setting on this stand to keep the amp from falling. It has never given me a problem at this setting. The price is the most affordable of anywhere and the quality is top notch. It is easy to use and easy to transport. I would like find a gig bag for carrying this stand to gigs. That always helps. I have used these with 3 amps of different sizes with no problem. I have not tried it with a heavy Fender tube amp as big as a Fender Twin as of yet but would like to hear from anyone using this stand for a Fender twin. My amps are solid state and for these types of amps this is a great stand for problem free use.RAYMOND

Specifications:
Weight | 9.4 lb |
Reviews:
I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. This product is well made and looks like it will last forever. The only problem is with the one obvious design flaw. The top rear support rail is only 19" long, which is way too short for some amps. If you have an open-back combo amp, the rail will sit inside the side walls of the amp and potentially push against tubes. That makes it unusable. There is a simple modification to fix this. Just add a piece of wood or a steel tube to lengthen the rail. I knew when I ordered the stand that I would need to do this, so I wasn't upset when I received it. I would still recommend this product, but just be aware that depending on the design of your amp, you may need to modify the stand. A little disappointed in Gator. Their products are usually very well thought out. Still, it's a usable product, after you make the mod.mclove2000
This amp stand is solid and does just what I need it to do. I love being able to have the amp angled back so I can get the sound directly from the amp as well as from my monitor. I like that this is low enough to the ground that I can use my amp mic. stand. A big shout out to my sales engineer Ian Lemberg! He is always extremely helpful and makes every buying experience pleasant. Ian is the big reason why I continue to do 99.9% of my musical needs shopping with Sweetwater! Keep up the great work Ian!
My guitar player used this on a gig and because he has a Fender Hot Rod Deville the back support fell right in where the back of the amp is open. It held the amp but not the way you want and because of this the center of gravity was off, we needed to lean it against the wall for more stability. If the back support was the size of the front support there would be no problem! Why they made the back support smaller than the front is beyond me. Just a few more inches on the back support and there isn't an amp that it can't hold. This stand will support a 100 lbs. amp with ease it's very well made.BT

This is a sturdy, heavy duty stand. Perfect for my small amp up on top rack. It's an AI Coda series combo. Slightly rounded in the back but the unit still holds it really nicely and puts it at a nice level next to my F holes on my bass. Highly recommend this and B&H Photo. They absolutely killed it on the price and delivery. Thanks guysRichard
My living room is also my recording studio, so I don't have much space available. The Quiklok two tier amp stand is great for my two combo guitar amps. The amps are now tilted towards my ears, and now I can hear even the slightest mistake better. My playing technique has improved because of this.Reviewed by Andertons Music Co.
Pros: Excellent space saving solution. Two amps, one footprint. Angling the amps up is the first priority and this stand does this very well. The bottom is set at one angle (and it's probably the optimum angle), and it has height adjustment. The top has height adjustment and a universal rotation for angle adjustment. The only limitation is interference with the amp below. It's plenty stable. Fender HD Deluxe on bottom, Marshall Origin 20 on top. The unit is a little bulky to carry on gigs but worth it and only 7-8lbs. Cons: Though it's well made, the fit of the top tube into the bottom is lose, too much "slop." This is a "no go" as is, the weight of an amp would torque it to swing like crazy. It was a quick fix by wrapping the male tube with a few layers of duct tape so the fit was snug and straight. But c'mon the designer couldn't see that was not good? A knob on the back came out-of-the-box broken off. This was a superfluous part anyway, so I'll give it a pass, but it's a flaw and not a bright design detail. Final thought: One would think that there would be a number of "dual" amp stands on the market, but not really. This was the only one I could find in my search. Great find.Mark

I needed something to tilt my amp back on to hear it better on stage. I have been using just a piece of 2 x 4" under the front of the amp, but that left the amp at risk of falling backward without anything to stop it. I did not want to use a bulky amp stand, and wanted to keep the amp at floor level. This works admirably. Well constructed, easily adjustable settings, and a good value. Now, I put the 2 x 4" block under the front of the amp to lock it from falling forward! Using both the Hamilton stand and the small wood block, the amp is literally LOCKED into its tilted position and can't move at all. Nice invention and good design. Recommend.expertprinter0
I bought this stand after reading the comments about stability issues. For the price, I thought I'd give it a shot and use some pedal board velcro to secure it to the amp. So far, it's worked pretty good. I can carry the amp from home to rehearsals with the stand attached and not have to worry about remembering to pack it with my other gear. They could certainly improve on the stand by make it so it cannot "open up" beyond a certain angle. Right now, the hinge of the amp plate and the stand itself will swing open to 90 degrees when it really doesn't need to go more than 45. I plan on cutting a wedge shape piece of wood and gluing it to the amp plate as a stopper.CyberWookie
WOW – great idea – but entirely dysfunctional – completely ***UNSTABLE***. Setting the amp up against the Uni-Stand is awkward at best and then it slides out from under the weight of a Fender Champ – no telling what would happen with a bigger amp (don't have your head behind it or you'll be seeing stars!). This is probably a testament to my own idiocy for buying it…!!! Buy this *only* if you have money to waste, another amp stand that works – and bandages for your head – and cast and sling for your broken arm(s). *** THIS IS NOT A JOKE ***whodaguessed

Reviews:
Not a bad stand at all. Sits a little too close to the floor, but I guess I should of figured that out from the pics. However, the improvement in the sound and tone of the amp is very well worth any other deficits you might find. Just be sure to turn each half of the amp supports in the right direction because they have to be against the stops – no adjustability in the angle because you can't tighten any screw tight enough folded in the other direction to hold any adjustments to the angle. Amazing how the tilt can affect the sound you hear though; it takes away any muddiness from carpet, or it will eliminate a lot of early reflections off of a hard floor and an overly bright sound. Just sit a pair of amps side by side, adjusted the same way (same amps, such as in stereo rigs,) and listen to the difference, or compare your single amp both on and off the stand, and listen to the difference – you will be amazed if you've never used one before. Of course, any angled stand will give those benefits. This one does if fairley economically though, but is best suited for smaller combos or cabs. Anything larger that a 30 watt solid-state amp would do much better on the larger stand for a couple of bucks more. Heavier tube amps should be well-placed on the stand to ensure stability. Best for sitting practice or jams, but too low for gigs, because you risk banging your guitar against the amp while adjusting your sound, imho. Great for balancing what your ear hears between a miked amp, monitors, and any recordings made. Why do we angle monitors in the first place? Like I said, a nice little stand. You get what you pay for, and the amp doesn't have far to fall if you or the stand makes a mistake.aj
When I bought this online I thought I was being very careful to order a large one. But when I got it, about all it can really hold is a small practice amp. Not sure if I ordered the wrong one or was shipped the wrong one — perhaps the former — but all I can say is it was less than useful for my 100W Marshall. I ended up visiting the local Guitar Center and buying a larger stand from a different manufacturer. Oh well. Perhaps I will keep this one and use it for my little 8W Marshall practice amp.John
I have owned these for years and I hsve nrver been disapointed. I god thr brown laqure finish and of all the blues Jrs I have owned this brown with the brown front screen really makes it pop. The sound is all Tube. Zand never dissapoints. Makes my America Performer Tele really come to life and my seafoam Blue America zproffesional really comes to life with these tube amps. Reviews:
I favor the folding stand rack but the only problem is stage space. If you play 2 basses or guitars this is a very good alternative… It was ranked one of the 5 best stands on one of the sites for 2017. For the price it is an excellent deal. It will do the job. I mean you can't stand on it or put heavy equipment such as amps or cabinets on top. But it will last you if taken care of. For the price its a great deal. Its not a Hercules, and even that the holders didn't clamp after time.jazzmatic_7

Reviews:
After buying a great wooden guitar stand and finding it wouldn't support my guitars (a BC Rich Warbeast and Warlock), it was suggested I get this stand as an exchange. I'm glad I did. It's built like a tank, supports both guitars, it's extremely stable, easy to set up and transport, and the guitars are there and ready when I want to pick them up. Great customer service with the return and exchange. If you're looking for a stand that'll handle your guitars, no matter the size or shape, provide a secure place to keep them, and look great doing it, pick this stand up.Andrew
I recently purchased the On-Stage Double Guitar Stand and I am very, very satisfied. I had an older single guitar stand from a different manufacturer which I had been happy with too, but I'm a bass player and started playing out a few times a month and recently bought another bass as a back up so I needed a double stand for the stage. I'm sure there are other stands on the market that may be more heavy duty and are likely more than twice the money, but the reality is it's a stand. It sits there and holds your guitar. This stand is more than sufficient. This stand is well made. The weld joints are solid. The threaded adjustment bolts are well constructed and solid. All areas that contact the guitar are cushioned. It comes with a nice black painted finish too. The best part of this stand for me was that the entire thing can be broken down easily for transport. And if you play out regularly then you know that ease and portability are a nice feature. The picture doesn't show so clearly but the top double headstock neck cradle unscrews from the vertical shaft. Then the vertical shaft is height-adjustable and also unscrews to remove it from the lower shaft. The bottom 3 legs fold in, and the 2 lower mounts that the guitar bodies sit on easily pull out of the lower shaft too. Ultra Convenient! I broke this thing in just this past weekend when I gigged with my band and I was very pleased. I put it together quickly. It held both of my basses without a problem. It has 2 rubber safety straps up top which I would recommend using just in case you accidentally bump into the stand. I purchased this stand, qualified for free shipping and it was at my house in a few days. The price was great, the quality and portability was a huge plus and I highly recommend this stand to anyone looking for a stand either for your home, your studio, or for the road. You won't be disappointed !

Reviews:
I purchased a bass and needed a stand to hold my old guitar while I played the new bass. I was blown away by the quality of this stand for how little I paid for it. It makes playing so much easier when you have your guitars out in the open without any obstructions to picking up and playing your guitars.Joshua
I wanted a double stand that was one piece and collapsed flat to fit into the same road case as mic stands. This does that and also holds my guitars securely with padding at all contact points. It does seem like it would be easy to push over when there is only one guitar on it, but it doesn't seem in danger of falling over on its own. I keep it so the guitars are just barely off the ground and I've had no issues.Motorbilly

Worked great holding a Katana Artist amp. I'm used to using half stack amps but recently had to play a show with a smaller stage and was forced to use a combo amp. This stand allowed me to use a combo amp at a tilted angle so I could hear it and still keep stage volume low for a better FOH mix while being able to mic it so it can be in the mix out front. I do however think it is humorous that the marketing department used an amp in the picture that had tilt back legs on it…Tom E
I have a Fender Champion 100 (40 pounds) and a Hartke HD500 Bass Amp (35 pounds) and this stand is perfect for both. (Not at the same time of course). If there is a problem with smaller combo amps (2 x 10"- 2 x 12") it's that they are too low to the ground. This stand solves that problem in 4 ways: 1) Gets the amp up off the floor, 2) Tilts the amp up so you can hear it way better and 3) Makes the controls a bit easier to see and reach, 4) If you do any recording ever (I do at times), the mic adaptor top is a way better way to mic your amp. And for the price, this is a good sturdy deal that folds up easily to a very nice manageable size. Think too long, always go wrong. Buy it!!!!
So, I have been looking for multiple stands to hold my Fender Bassman amp. It is large, heavy and solid. After going through multiple stands like the Fender Amp stand and others, I found the RS7500. If you have a 4×10 speaker amp like the Fender Bassman, you will find out that this stand holds it very well. The other reason this stand is good is because of the height capability. The Fender Bassman is square but the other stands will not handle its height. So if you have an amp that is tall, then this stand will meet your needs. Also, compared to the Fender Stands or others that are similar, this RS7500 folds up very up nicely and compact versus the others that don't fold up. This was important since I travel to gigs and want the best efficient stand that is compact. Lastly, if I need to mic my amp, then I can add the additional mic holder to it. Of course, if anyone who owns a Fender Bassman Amp knows…hearing it will not be an issue. I am glad to finally find a stand that works for a Fender Bassman Amp!Arrow

Reviews:
Perfect for gigging with two guitars. I use it for an electric and an acoustic. Works great. Cables don't get tangled. Easy transition between instruments. I was concerned it would be too big for a small stage like a pub, but the footprint can be adjusted making it great for any size stage. Tough construction. This is the best guitar stand I've purchased and one of the best gear investments I've made.JP
If you own this you know what I’m talking about when you pick it up by the wrong spot. It doesn’t really lock when folded. I bought this hoping to only bring 1 stand instead of the 2 ultimate guitar stands I currently bring. I was hoping this would be lighter and take up less room in my gear bag. This stand is twice as heavy as my 2 ultimate stands and won’t even fit in my gear bag. Good solid stand for studio. Absolutely terrible road stand.Sean C
