Overall: See title. I own two gig bags from World Tour. One is an older model and the other is this one. Both are great. They offer a good bit of protection and they aren't too expensive. The materials feel very durable. Other gig bags cost double this and aren't as good. I highly recommend World Tour gig bags to anyone. Overall: This bag obviously is not the high dollar type of case. However, the material is much better than i had imagined. Relatively thick canvas and solid material. I am especially impressed with the zippers which are very good and give you confidence when opening and closing the bag. It will keep your guitar from sun, rain and water, and relatively light conditions. But this is NOT a protective bag. It is a carry all. It has one pocket to hold your extra stuff that's a pretty good size with two zippers. I would definitely buy another one especially at this price. I purchased this gig bag for a Squier Bullet Telecaster, and the guitar fit perfectly. I love the thickness of the padding and features such as the extra nylon pad on the headstock, so the strings don't rip apart the inside of the gig bag, as it happens with so many other ones. The pockets are nice and roomy, definitely more than enough for me. All handles and straps are high quality and feel sturdy, never makes you feel like they're gonna rip out on you. Zippers feel good, they're big and bulky, definitely high quality! You're getting quite a lot of value for the price this gig bag sells for! It should be made clear that this is a guitar bag, and not a hard case. It serves its purpose as a convenient yet very attractive way to locally transport my guitar, while also providing a few accessory pouches. Like most things now-a-days, it's made in China but seems to be designed and stitched well, with decent zippers, straps and handles. The only apparent downside is that the chemicals used in the production of this bag were retained within the shipping materials, and it smells really bad. Ok yes the build quality is decent and it's good looking. Don't just accept other reviews at face value that this is some kind of panacea of quality. It's fine. Probably wouldn't hold up to heavy regular use but for medium to light use it should be fine. The carrying handle on particular looks like it would wear out quickly. I don't gig a lot anymore so the price/quality seemed good. My biggest complaint and the reason I'm returning it is the sizing is kind of absurd. It's way too big. I bought mainly to use with a Strat and there are big gaps all the way around. Cases of any type only work well when the fit is snug. If there is slop, bad things happen. The accessory pocket is classy – I like the removeable pouch that is perfect for a trem arm and setup tools. This gig bag is very ergonomic and is easy to carry. Obviously designed to fit a strat like a glove it may not fit other guitars as well. I did managed to get my Fernandes Retrorocket in it, even with the angled reverse headstock, but it was a bit too muck work. My Warmoth body Strat fits perfectly. I bought the Fender FE620 guitar gig bag for a Fender Player Stratocaster, I was not disappointed. Three things stand out about this gig bag vs gig bags of the past. I'm a music therapist and travel from school to school. It is light with plenty of padding. It fits my classical guitar just right. I had priviously had the older roadrunner gig bag, which I bet many perople had. I must of had it 10-15 years. It was falling apart. The old one had a small handle on the top that the new bag doesn't and that is the one thing I miss. I would lilt the guitar in the middle to place it in the hatchback. This Gig Bag is replacing an Ibanez Bag I had previously. That bag had the problem of the straps being slightly too far apart, so they would slip off my shoulders and I had to sew on an extra click-together strap to hold them in place. This Road Runner bag does not have that issue at all. The straps are correctly placed and there's even a clever zippered pocket in one of the straps! Another thing I like is that this bag is compact. A standard classical guitar will fit in here no problem, with no extra space or wiggle room. Nice! The other pockets are excellent too. The pocket by the headstock is a 2-in-1 pocket. You can fit all your small accessories in there. The large pocket has another mesh flat pocket inside and the main large pocket is plenty big enough to carry sheet music. I purchased this with a 25% off sale from Musicians Friend and am super happy with the value and quality of this case. I use it for my Epi Les Paul plus top but my 12 year old son quickly found it and stole it from me to upgrade his cheap Gator gig bag fo his Yamaha Pacifica. Everything about this case is better than the lowest end Gator case. The exterior nylon is tougher and more rigid. Padding is thicker. Zipper feels better. The best improvement is the pouches on the outside of the case. The top one over the neck is plenty big for a 15-25 foot cable, tuner, and small accessories. Then there is another small pouch over that for picks or some very small things. The big pocket on the front is plenty big for a folder with sheet music or music book for his school and lessons. The old gator bag the folder and must would stick out so it could (and did) get wet. Even if you are a beginner and have a halfway decent guitar I think its worth getting this case over cheaper options. Now I just need to get another one. That said I with it came in an alternate color like gray or tweed so as not to get 2 cases mixed up. Definitely recommend this case.Mike

Like most, I looked at the cheaper alternatives when seeking to replace the flimsy gig bag for my new (2016) USA SG Standard. While there are cheaper options, they do not provide the neck support necessary for the SG – this case offers the correct support for the angle of the set neck in the form of a "ramp" where it meets the body. Many of the generic "one size fits all" cases do not. This case also cradles the instrument properly, and is not "too tight" and/or "too loose" along the curves of the body. Now, I'm no fan of overpriced Gibson-branded accessories, and would have opted for aftermarket if the fit was the same but sadly this is the only way I found to properly protect my SG. This is a quality TKL Canadian-made case with "Gibson Gear" silkscreened on it, and the cost, for me, justifies the peace of mind. This is a sturdy case! Much nicer than what Gibson has used in the last several years. As I understand it this case is made in Costa Rica. I bought this case for my 2016 50s Tribute LP. I know the gig bag could do a good job for protecting my guitar, but nothing beats a hard shell case. This case is pretty awesome for what it is. Looks like it was made from tough plywood, and the covering looks pretty tough as well. This case doesn't have a locking hinge. You have to buy a padlock for it. The interior has a plush gray lining that provides soft cushioning for your LP, and its safe on the finish as well. My LP fits snug inside the case, it does not shake around, which gives me peace of mind that it won't be shaking around when I'm carrying it about. Visual aesthetics are simple but elegant. The Gibson Gear logo blazing across the front looks cool, although I personally wish it could've been the Gibson USA logo. It's a new bag with tags, though listed as "used." It's a very tight fit for the Jackson Kelly. You need to put the headstock in first and then work the back up over the body. But the size stated in the review is "48.8 inches exterior length" and the bag is actually 42 inches exterior length – which is just the few extra inches I needed to fit my new Ibanez Mezzo Bass.
