A trend you're probably seeing with bad reviews would be people complaining that it was too short or easy. I do have to admit, it's easier than any of of the Guitar Hero games or the other Rock Band games. I rented it and it took me less than three hours to beat story mode on hard while getting five stars on all the songs. Sure, they could have added some more songs but I just don't care. The game was just so good that it doesn't really matter to me. Plus, I think the fact that the difficulty level will make this more accessible to a lot more people. Another thing I've seen a few complaints about are the graphics. Seriously? I mean, come on it's no Call of Duty but the graphics are on par with any of these types of games. To be honest I think the visuals are where this game shines. Just look at the outfits, the sets where they play, the instruments, and all the fans. It's all very accurate and I think that's simply awesome. Also, the visual interpretations of the Abby Road sessions were spot on. Now, the audio is great, obviously. Granted, there were a few songs I didn't really like but that's a given for almost anyone. One thing I thought was really cool were some of the small nuances such as the sound bytes in the Abby Road sessions of the actual band members and things like the sound effects of the reel to reel and the audio boards. Very cool. Overall, this was a very fun game to play and I honestly think it was a much better execution than Rock Band 2. There are plenty of songs to choose from for DLC and I that's one thing that will keep people coming back for more. Even if it doesn't take you long to beat it I think there's still a lot of replay value to this game especially of you're a Beatles fan. Think of it this way, you don't listen to a song you like a few times and then never listen to it again do you. I think this game is worth the retail price and is a must for a Beatles fan. I should note that I only played through the guitar portion so the vocals and drums might add quite a bit of difficulty to the game and I personally just bought the kit and can't wait to give them a try.blastmode7

The software version that came with our purchase was v1.0. When you insert the disk, the game console checks to see if there's a new version. We played v1.0 while v2.03 downloaded in the background. The game is VERY jumpy and pauses often which made it impossible to play – very annoying! We thought maybe the update download was causing troubles but we had troubles even after the download was complete. The new version 2.03 won't even start!!! I've opened two support tickets with the game manufacturer (not Playstation) and they give me the "reboot and it will work" – not the case. I've updated firmware to the instruments and all kinds of steps to resolve. At this point the manufacturer won't even respond. Merry Christmas kids – your parents thought the product would work but we'll be returning it to Target instead.Milton Mike

I was so happy to actually find this bundle. If you can find this during the pandemic for a good price do not hesitate, but it immediately. This has been so much fun for my family and friends. Rockband 4 is the definitive experience on PS4. Guitar Hero Live sucks on so many levels. This however keeps the basic formula fresh! With a better wireless guitar controller (which took me a while to get used to but now I love it!) and updated graphics and effects, Rockband remains true to what made these games so great (unlike GH Live, seriously that game sucks). HOWEVER your enjoyment of all these types of games always comes down to lag compensation, if you haven't got your TV set up just right you're gonna have a bad time. It took me weeks to get mine set up just right, but once I did I was shredding through songs on expert like I was born to it! BE WARNED this is very much a DLC song. The on disc track list is the weakest of any Rock Band/ Guitar Hero game for a long time. I literally only bought this for that one 'Mumford and Sons' and 'The Killers' song :p But after sinking an embarrassing amount of money into downloadable tracks, I now have over 300 songs in my library and it's GREAT! I play this ALL THE TIME! Thankfully, Harmonix have had the best post-game launch support I've seen in ages, with regular game updates that actually improve performance and fix little bugs, and by far the best part is that there has been a CONSTANT stream of new DLC almost every week, with not just old favourites, but a tonne of modern songs that a popular right now! I love checking each week and seeing a song I love hearing on the radio being brought to Rockband 4! Another major downside is that although your old guitar and drum controllers will work with this game, you cannot sign in to an PSN account with them, so your scores will never be saved AND it causes alot of performance issues in band play. I HOPE it's not just a problem with the game like in the previous titles where it works fine when there's only one player, but as soon as you get two people playing it lags and makes you miss notes that you hit. If this is still a problem even if you have all modern controllers then THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I SHOULD NOT BE PENALIZED WHEN I'M GOING 100% ON A SONG AND JUST BECAUSE MY FRIEND ISN'T DOING SO WELL IT SAYS I MISS NOTES. But other than that the game is incredibly fun. It stunned me Rockband Beatles guitars and Rockband equipment is so expensive now. Having said that, my item arrived in a timely manner, I tested out the guitar and it was in good working order, so Im very happy.grandpaoverlord

Playing rockband is such a better experience when your guitar isnt missing notes you know you hit. This is a great guitar: closer to the size (not the weight) of a real guitar, you can barely hear the strum bar noise that the older guitar hero guitars made.katenphilw

Was a bit dubious about Vintage to be honest. I was looking for a tele with maple neck with a 10 or 12” radius. And a satin finish body. Unless you go for the really expensive Fenders, all necks are 7.25 or 9.5. Richard put my mind at ease with the live chat which pops up whilst on the website. So I received the guitar not sure what to expect. I’ve own several Fender Strats and Teles so I can directly compare. The neck feels really good and was pleasantly surprised. One piece maple. I like the satin finish. The aging is silly but I like it. Within an hr I changed the pickguard screws as they looked to big. I then removed the control plate and bridge so I could remove the ridiculous sprayed aged finish. Took 20 minutes. The difference was instant. This was just my personal preference as I’ve aged a number of guitars. I’m not interested in some peoples snobbery with regard to relic guitars. A few visual tweaks and this Tele is as good as any Fender I’ve played. In fact I’d say that concidering Fenders huge range of guitars, they are totally limited to top end spec by never giving neck radius options on Mexican or Squiers. Ignoring the aging this guitar is good enough for beginners or any level. I like relic guitars personally so I’ll be adding my bit over time to make it look more realistic. It’s called character. I’ll be going for the strat next so Richard I hope you can give me a good deal. Lol. So my final thought. If you want a Fender you can’t beat these Vintage models for price. Especially with the set up. And if your really picky you can reshape the headstock which let’s face it, isn’t difficult. I took one star off because it took a little longer to get to me. Not an issue, I’m just impatient. My next guitar will be from Richards guitars.Andrew C.

To be honest I was a bit disappointed when I first saw this guitar. I've never wanted a falsely "relic'ed" guitar but the price Richard offered on this ex-demo item was irresistible. I realise now that it was just the relic look that put me off. As soon as I played this instrument I feel in love with it. The great set up is a big part of it but the tones and the sustain are phenomenal. This is my first Telecaster, my third Vintage brand guitar and my second from Richards Guitars. The very first sound I had it of this was the neck pickup with (I didn't realise at first) the tone control halfway down. Fantastic jazz tone! I won't go on, suffice it to say that this Telecaster-style guitar has all the tonal versatility and no-nonsense playability of a very good Telecaster. I'm still not sold on some aspects of the look but the playability… wow! Thanks to Richard's Guitars, again. I'll be back for more, I'm sureGreg W.

This game was well worth the money. It had a lot of the most popular songs by the Beatles as well as some not so popular only true fans would know. The only downside is having to buy all the other things along with the game to be able to be playedcolson.b

This guitar would have been great but the whammy bar didnt work at all and that is why I gave it 4 stars. I own the gretsch guitar and the rickenbacker plays nice and smooth just like the gretsch. The frets on these guitars aren't like the cheap toy guitars that come with the games, these make less noise. I returned the guitar because of the whammy bar but I may buy another one. The Beatles guitars really are nice and I love the strum bar! You can move it pretty fast without alt strumming it. I bought the Logitech guitar with the wood handle and returned it because the frets were really hard to mash. It looked nice and felt good, has some weight to it, but it just didnt perform well for me. I like my gretsch better!LoveToCollectMovies

This wireless guitar looks…perfect. What can you tell if this was a wireless guitar compared to a real guitar? It's the same shape but has a whammy bar. Rock band has surpassed itself with its latest version of the Rock Band Stratocaster. No clacky strum bar that ruins play, this time has even improved on previous models, that compared to the racket made by Guitar Hero peripherals is playable without having to use noise cancelling headphones. This controller is very responsive, and Ive learned some useful finger techniques from using it. I would definitely recommend it as a fun alternative to the real thing, especially if you plan on eventually trying to play a real guitar.codename_chris

I use this on Rock Band 3 for PS3 with a MIDI Pro box (also available on Mighty Ape) and a standard MIDI cable and it works perfectly – even starpower and the control buttons work (though the controls have the Wii symbols on them). The fret buttons are ok – could have been better designed: different widths for each of the "strings" would make it much easier to feel where your fingers are going, same for the nylon strings when trying to pick specific strings. The game is pretty good at stepping you through different guitar techniques and then through the different sections of each song (so you could play them on a real guitar too).Allen

expiria x2 telephone bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.exploralucero

When speaking of this bundle per se, I must say that it's an excellent collection of hardware, particularly the Hoefner bass, which is superior to all the other guitar-based controllers I've used. My issue from the start was the original $250 price tag, which was why I didn't pull the trigger until I saw it here discounted for less than half that amount. i bought this because i already had bought rock band 1 and 2, discs only. i previously had guitar hero 3 & 4 a couple years ago, but i had traded them in. I kept the guitar controller from 4, and so all i needed was drums and mic. seeing how cheap this was, i ordered it. now i had bass, guitar, drums and mic. HOWEVER, the guitar controller isnt that great. if you put it on your lap too hard, it will disconnect. also it is uncomfortable, seeing as basses have more frets and therefore longer fretboards, your hand is farther away from your body and your arm tires much faster than with a normal guitar. the drums and mic work fine tho. just be careful in your decision, since waiting for rock band 3 or getting a guitar hero controller might prove better. the game itself is amazing though; made with love and made for those who love the beatles. i myself am not an avid fan, just fond of the fab four. however this is great music in a great game, and for that, you can't really go wrong.ParadoxEternal
