Reviews:
Great little device. Different to a looper. Great for creating background washes of tonal color on-the-fly. If you got adept at it, you could use it to great effect in live performance. Personally, I use it to practice scales and arpeggios. Very effective and easy to use. I don't know how different or similar the electronics are, but it would be great to see this device combined with a looper. They're similar in concept. An extra stomp switch combination, and you could be looping, not just freezing. Not a criticism. Just a suggestion.jamesbwar
This is a great little pedal! Whether I need to sustain a note or chord while playing/riffing over the chord, and/or using it to hold a note in a live performance, this pedal can do it. It's a seamless sustain pedal that you can't hear when it's turned on or off. This far exceeded my expectations. I currently use this pedal with my bass to hold keyboard notes while playing my bass lines (since our band doesn't have a keyboard player).SLoveland
It's a nice pedal it's like a sustain pedal for the piano but for the guitar. Really fun to use. Been using it on my gigs ever since I got it. Works great for ballads and intros. The only issue is the foot button makes a loud click. Seems that they would have put a silent one in over the loud clicking one. Also wondering why they couldn't have made it more like an actual pedal like a wah or volume pedal… I've never seen one for the guitar so I imagine it has something to do with capturing the sound. But electro-harmonix if you're reading there's an idea for you. I know a lot of guitarists that would love a pedal that you can work like a true sustain pedal.Marco

Just plug your phone in and use the free toneprint app to add up to three custom toneprints! Several already in their database or create your own. Pedal can do 2 simultaneous harmonies, above and/or below the note you are playing. Button has built-in expression function which is pretty cool and useful! Awesome pedal!aaronplaysguitar247
First impressions. Fast tracking and good options. Well laid out pedal. Would be more useful w/ different scales rather than just major modes, but the modes are a fun way to interact. Tone reproduction seems very synthetic. (Used on sax not guitar). The mash pitch bend is a great idea, however the tone of the harmonised notes is so plastic that it's not worth it for me. The Digitech DHP55 harmoniser i had in the mid 90s killed this. But that was a high end rack mount multiFX unit. Maybe on distorted guitar this would be a lot more effective. This is a well designed user friendly pedal at a great price that I'm sure will be a lot of fun for plenty of players. EDIT: those were first impressions on the day it arrived. After playing around a bit more today I found adding reverb after the Harmonizer really helped. Still sounds plasticy but its a fun effect. The modes setting is actually is a good way to interact. Tracking is superb and it also does a good job of harmonising chromatic/non diatonic notes.27jjk
Let me start with… The only good features of this pedal are the esthetics and nothing else. Having tried out other tc electronic models this is a real disappointment. The pedal features C D E F G A B tonal options with # toggle with and mash for infinite tonal possibilities however… When it comes to the scales it offers 10maj, Dorian, Phygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian and a custom form if you ever get them to work in the toneprint app. From the harmony perspective it offers -6th, -4th, -3rd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 3rd and 5th, 3rd and 6th and 3 tone print options if you ever get to make them work. I downloaded the tone print app on my apple Mac and I never got it to work. However the iPhone and iPad apps work only if you invest on a 35$ on a convertor-cable. After careful playing around with then tone print app the toneprints never saved any of my custom presets. The minor thirds never latched on properly, the feel is plastic and not organic, even though it is a versatile pedal it really lacks in quality. The octave does not sound deep and round as other brands, the only good solid song are 5th or dual 5ths. I wanted to use this pedal for harmonizing either Iron Maiden or Queen riffs but I would suggest to jam it out with a buddy because this will definitely provide that sweet double guitar harmonized tone.Rickingo

I use this pedal for solo boost, 3 band eq is nice. There is much more going on with this pedal. I keep tinkering with it on its own to push my tube amps. Get this pedal if you aren't cutting through the band during your solos. Find your rhythm sound and then when it comes solo time, stomp on the tank and you will cut right through! The results were surprisingly good, after using some acoustic guitars as my samples and then using a cheap single coil guitar to recreate them. It even captured a passable sitar sound. I'm going to build up a good selection of various guitar samples for future use. All in all I'm very pleased with this versatile pedal, it was well worth buying and it's so useful.Reviewed by Andertons Music Co.
You can certainly change between generic guitar sounds easily. A start will not sound exactly like a les paul but certainly gets in the ball park and captured tone can be tweaked with the excellent tone controls before saving. Only down side is its not easy to change between the 7 patches while its on the floorReviewed by Andertons Music Co.

Reviews:
This Product was to be used to split the output of my pedalboard into 4 amps. it worked, but it is very noisy, adds a terrible hiss and ringing signal into the amps. as soon as I unplugged them and ran through to 2 amps no noise what so ever. I thought maybe it was the pedal board. Nope the splitters are not very good at all, after running through just a clean signal the same thing happened. I just wanted to have something to just split the signal to go into 2 left amps and 2 right amps. This buffered splitter is not for that purpose. It is all around noisy period. I don't have any idea how these splitters would be useful for any purpose at all. I had to give it one star. Overall this splitter in my opinion has no business in a studio or live or anything else.Audio_Spark
Purchased this to split my guitar signal for routing to amplifier and instrument reference input of vocal harmony processor. Hooked up and immediately heard loud AC / Ground Loop hum. Even touching the chassis of the pedal generated the hum – even when not in the signal chain. Experimented with multiple configurations (amps, pedals, power supplies, cables, routing, etc.). All results were the same: Whenever this device was in the signal chain, the noise was of a level which rendered the signal unusable. Whenever, removed from the signal chain, noise was gone. Great idea, poor execution. Do not buy.Guitar Slinger
This an excellent buffer splitter for doing exactly what it's designed to do at this price point. For those experiencing ground loop issues and noise, you need to correct that with the power or invest in a splitter MADE to mitigate ground loops. I don't use this to run two amps. My use is for the buffer as I have a long cable run and split the signal to my tuner that is true bypass so that I'm removing it from my signal chain while adding a needed buffer. Works perfect!EGG

Reviews:
I recently replaced a 5 watt Roland cube street with the more powerful cube street EX. I was disappointed that the EX did not come with Roland JC setting. The clean setting on the EX produced a sterile, cold sound that I warmed up nicely with the Behringer tube modeler. This was my only reason for purchasing this pedal. I have occasional use for a battery operated amp and this pedal allows me to get the warm tones that I require.Richard
Case is plastic to evidently help with cost. With the cost of musical equipment any help is great. I take very good care of equipment so I do not "stomp" on them. Pedal has quality sounds that seem to work within relm of eq'ing. This pedal has it's own drive built in although a bit sensitive. Take your time and you can dial in some quality tones and sounds. I play lots of various music ranging from southern, blues and Christian rock and have been able to fine something nice that works with each style or genre. Again the pedal controls seem a little sensitive so take your time when you start with the pedal. I enjoy expermiemting so this facet is a-ok by me. Over all good pedal.Bo L.
I've had the pedal a couple weeks now and I am more familiar with it. I may have written a previous review so this might be an update… I purchased this pedal for the few times I would have to play on others' amps that don't have any effects as I already have two very good modeling amps. It works great on the modeling amps with the clean channels selected. Recently I bought a Fender Blues Jr which has no effects. I am in a small space where you really can't crank up the volume. To cut to the chase, the TM300 can stand toe to toe with either of my modeling amps, either plugged into them or the Blues Jr. In the modeling amps it provides more clean voices than the amps do without a lot of fiddling. You can also use the distortion/overdrive features instead of the amps' native on-board features if you wish. It is very intuitive and if you take the time to play with it you can come up with some very interesting combinations. I have a Les Paul Custom and a Fender Strat. And though both have upgraded pickups I couldn't quite get the sounds I wanted. The LP was a little too jazz-like and muddy when played in distortion thru the amps. The Strat was just tinny and quacky. I was considering changing out the pickups in both a second time. The TM300 breathed new life into my LP. I can now dial in the sound I want without having the change the pickups. The Strat has a richer fuller sound when I want and the quack when I want. I got this one simply because it was cheap and I just wanted to play around. Venti cinco dolares? Are you kidding me??? The only drawbacks are: 1) It has a plastic housing. It's not heavy duty like a Boss. 2) If you use 9V batteries you have to take the stomper off the change them. A minor annoyance. 3) If you use batteries you have to be careful to unplug the unit after use or it will burn thru your battery in less than a day. Or you will have to buy a 9V adapter. BUT… If you don't want power cables and like to keep things neater, the battery option will help and will also make it more portable as you don't have to pack a power cable if you go anywhere with it. This is my 3rd Behringer pedal, and though not the best in the world I own 3 for 75 buckaroos… less than the price of one professional pedal. For an amateur they work fine and can help a newbie find out what they like and need in pedals without a lot of financial pain.

11. Wampler Db+ Boost Independent Buffer Pedal
Product Details:
All great guitar tones have a solid foundation. too many cables going in and out of your pedal board and to and from your amp can sometimes accidentally rob of you your guitar's natural higher frequency tones (making your tone muddy) and in essence – creating “tone suck”. a quality buffer can help prevent those high frequencies from being lost and with a clean boost – you can make sure your guitar always sits in the mix. introducing the wampler db+. the db+ has all the same great features as it's predecessor – the decibel + – but now you have the ability to turn the buffer on and off independently as well in a now micro pedal size. whatever your needs may be, the db+ is ready to deliver. from studio or stage, it's a one-knob problem solver toolkit. you no longer have to suffer high-end signal loss, or “tone suck” again. you never have to have your boost on just to have your buffer on. you can now take ownership of your tone and have it exactly as you want it at all times.

High hopes and low performance. Thought these would be an easy, durable, reusable answer to a common problem – and save me the time/effort building my own pedal boosters. No such luck. The Pedal Boosters are well made, easy to apply to the pedal board, but fail to solve the issue of kicking pedals on lower levels – and created another issue when added to the pedalboard. ISSUE: Combo of height and angle make the back of the Pedal Booster is too tall – riser is too tall in the back (with a pedal added) and cannot use with a travel bag (won't close, also puts 1/4" and power cables in precarious position)…am curious if the Pedal Booster is useable with the hard shell cases. KICK: The front of the Pedal Booster is too low – the angle of the booster is nice but the front is too short/low. If you have something akin to the Line6 M9 with a row of buttons close to the front of the effect pedal you'll still be kicking the top of the pedal in front of it on a lower row of your board. The cheapest, easiest, most functional solution is still tracing the outline of your pedal on a cheap piece of MFD board, cutting it out, and putting it between the pedal and the pedal board. Paint it black and you'll never know it's there. Keeps the pedal flat (no issues with cable angles), raises the pedal just enough, is usable in both the Pedaltrain HSC and carry bags, Weighs a little more than the Pedal Booster which may be a cumulative concern if weight is an issue (re: flight board).Twangbanger
