1. Epiphone Double Neck Hardshell Case For G-1275 Custom Electric Guitars

Reviews:
The case seems to be fine…waited over a month for the case to arrive after the guitar arived which meant not taking the guitar to the first leg of the shows. Other than that, seems to do what it it supposed to. I am not sure about the comments about it not fitting…very snug and does what it is supposed to do. The only reason for not adding the 5th star is that I have not been able to get it on the road as of yet and the time it took to get the case here. Get it together Epiphone.RideHD69
This guitar is absolutely beautiful in appearance. A bit neck heavy when standing but all doublenecks I think are. The guitar needed a setup when it arrived, (string height adjustment, intonation etc.) but most guitars from the factory do. If you are looking for a doubleneck for under a thousand bucks then you can't go wrong with this one.john
I bought this for a doubleneck Tele partscaster that I built, so I had to modify the interior slightly with some eggcrate foam. It's a decent case to store a guitar in, but I don't think it would hold up on the road. It works just fine to throw into the back seat for an occasional gig, which is what I needed it for. I'd buy another one if I needed another doubleneck case.Demetrius Helicopter

Reviews:
This case is for an original Dobro resonator guitar that is signed by one of the Dopera brothers that I purchased back in 1973-74. I bought a guitar case that had some problems and ended up putting some divots in the sides of the guitar. It made me sick that it happened. I had the damage repaired by an amazing craftsman, and in order that it never happens again, I purchased this case. It is the perfect size for the instrument, and I don't have to worry about it getting dinged up anymore.jibajazz
Needed a case for a roundneck resonator (Regal RD-40), and didn't want to spend a lot. The classical size might have worked, but I went with this case. There is some room for movement, and the square neck shaped cavity allows the roundneck a slight bit of play, but not enough to be a problem. All in all, for the price, these cases are great. Definitely not a flight or touring case, but for car travel and protection at home in the guitar harem, I couldn't be happier. I have several cases of this brand, and I always get them quickly and well packed, and shipped free!Andy
A nice square neck resonator case; fits the Gold Tone PBS perfectly and the Gretsch Boxcar with a little extra space around the lower bout that can be filled with a polish cloth. Good quality medium duty case. Not too heavy but substantial; nice leather handle and good hardware. Lots of bang for the $$ for a specialized case, especially when on sale!Iceman

Reviews:
What makes this case a bad design are the slot sections inside. The foam buckles, folds and breaks pretty quickly. This causes a situation where when you are removing or loading your guitar, facing left, in the left slot it rubs up against the strings and saddles of the guitar in the left slot section. I bought a 2010 Les Paul Goldtop and it was in mint condition. It is not anymore. All the damage has been caused by the case and not rocking out. There are a number of scratches, dings and chips at the bottom of the guitar and in the back that were caused from the guitar slipping off of the foam that separates the two guitars while trying to slip the guitar in and out into place. The thin foam padding that they have at the bottom of the lip has fallen off and that has caused some dings and scratches on my guitars when taking them out and loading them in. I do like the case for the ease of mobilizing the guitars but the design of the slots and UX of the case has fallen short. I was hoping that in our times that these things would have been addressed during the research phase of design but based on what I’ve experience with this product I doubt that much research and testing was invested in the actual load and unloading of guitars of even the UX of the product. On their website they use language like “ Whether you call them your "Babies" or your "Axes", we know how important your guitars are to you…”. I first thought about baby strollers and how padded and safe they are. I thought about how the designers of strollers think about how to remove danger or harm to the infant in the stroller.Elijah Zane Echeveste
This case is okay not great. I don't fly I just bought it to throw in my car and go to gigs. The quality of the build is well below SKB into the Gator end of the spectrum, okay not great. It will not fit a Jazz style bass which I thought was unusual given the popularity of that style instrument. I bought mine on sale and was disappointed. If I had paid full price I would have been angry.

Reviews:
The cavity doesn't hold (fit) my SG doubleneck!jmichaelshea
Case looks great, feels great too, nice tweed cover with the odd glue drip here and there, but nothing that can't be femoved with a strong fingernail and a good aim. Overall it's great value for the money, and is tough enough for local gigs in your own vehicle. There's no weather strip inside or out so avoid drink spills or heavy rain. My only real issue with this case is that there isn't much padding inside the case itself, and it feels a bit cheap inside as the only padding is along the neckline. The inner compartment feels a bit chintzy too, but it's just a compartment. Don't get me wrong it's worth every penny, but the overall quality is not as good as any of my other 40 Hardshell cases. It will do the job it's intended for, and that's the most important thing here. I got the st version which is the biggest, and it fits my danelectro double neck guitar with 3/4" to spare on each side, and plenty of room at the top. Of course for storage it's perfect !!!.nicwhite7777

Reviews:
I think the price of guitar cases are totally inflated and to get one on sale is something one has to do to stretch the dollar. Okay, that being said, this case fits my China made Fender strat Squier to a tee. The eye catching tweed fits the Fender vibe. If you noticed my cons was durability i.e. the cases tweed look is attractive, but you wonder as road gigs pile up if the tweed doesnt start to tear and expose the raw components exterior of the case underneath? If they had lacquered the tweed exterior, the case itself would have a fighting chance to slip and slide into vans and carriage areas with little thought of rips and tears it would acquire in a short time. Again, I dont gig much these days, but if I was looking at a case long term that could withstand the road, this case would questionable unless you "handle with care" when you transport and load and unload your gear.James R
I didn't feel like spending over $200 and waiting until who knows when, for a Gibson Explorer case, so I picked one of these up. For the money, it's a good case. I carry my guitars with me to shows, so they are always in my vehicle, so this case does the job. I will say it feels a tad more sturdy than the Gator version of this case, and it's slightly smaller, which is a good thing given how large an Explorer case has to be. The only improvement I could wish for, is to make it tad smaller still. There's still several inches of room from the headstock to the edge of the case. Overall, for the money, I'm very happy with the case.Tony
I purchased this knowing that it wouldn't be a super durable road case but adequate for storage and playing out now and then. In those ways, it met my expectations. The case is made of very thin plywood, but not so flimsy that it can't function as a good light duty case. The hardware appears to be of decent quality and all of the latches lined up well. The lining was neatly applied and actually fairly soft and plush. It is a universal fit case, so I wasn't expecting it to be completely form fitting to my Telecaster. It will move around a bit in the case when you transport it. It could use better neck support, as well. But overall, not bad for the price. Where this product really came up short is with the application of the tweed covering. The tweed was applied over wood chips and small voids in the wood frame. No effort was made in sanding or prepping the wood prior to applying the cover material. This is only cosmetic, but looks really sloppy and substandard. Maybe I just got a rough one. I didn't expect perfection at this price, but I don't think this case ever should have left the factory like this.Pat

Reviews:
I give this bag only 3 stars because unless Gator upgraded the bag or is making it in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase. I bought one of these for a Sterling by Music Man bass as I was under the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). As the photos indicate, this bag will work for a Fender P Bass, but the Fender FB620 is a better bag for that and other Fender bass guitars while presently costing 10 less than the Gator while offering better protection and features. The Gator GB-4G seems to be more of a universal fit bag accommodating a wider range of sizes. The thing it seemed to have going for it the most was its zipper which seemed heavy duty. I say "seemed" because I returned the bass and so the bag as well.Vice
I bought a used guitar for back porch jamming. Needed a gig bag that didn't cost more than the guitar ,but would keep it safe and clean. Stopped at Sam ash because I was certain they had a variety of gig bags. Not my first visit or purchase. The Gator gig bag I chose is the economy for dreadnought guitars by Gator. Great price for my budget and well made. This bag is perfect for my needs. Easy carry and my guitar is covered.Just enough padding in all the right places for my guitar. Also accessory zipper compartment.Lindy
I'm giving this bag only 3 stars on account of the price increase; for it used to cost about 4-5 less than the Fender FE620 but now costs about 10 more than? Unless it has improved features or is being made in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase as the FE620 gig bag provides better protection and features (for Strat size guitars anyway). I purchased one in May 2021 and only because as I was of the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). I should have sized things up beforehand since the Sterling by Music Man Cutlass I bought the bag for is essentially a slightly shorter, slightly sleeker version of a Strat (for which the FE620 was made). The best thing the Gator bag seemed to have going for it was the zipper which seemed rather heavy duty while mesh pockets on the front of a gig bag aren't particularly practical while being subject to tearing/ripping. As you can see by the photos, there's too much room in the bag for a Strat size guitar (though one might be able to insert the headstock into the bag's internal top pocket to prevent the guitar from sliding around too much in the bag). The Gator GB-4G ELEC Series Gig Bag is more of a universal fit bag better suited for guitars longer and/or wider than a Strat.Vice

Reviews:
I categorize gig bags into basically 3 categories ranging from completely soft, to soft with a semi-rigid perimeter, to a hybrid that is fully solid on the edges. The Fusion falls into the middle category. I tend to avoid the soft category as I fear headstock damage though I own several gig bags in each category. This bag may have risen to the top of my list. The other bag I have in this category would be the Mono Vertigo. While I understand what people like about it, I have issues with it. The straps aren't concealable. While the material is nice, the zippers are not waterproof and do let water in. Storage is minimal. The lining WILL wear quickly due to the way the guitar is inserted/removed. There's no adjustment to account for short scale instruments or offset bodies. As for the rigid hybrid cases, I own several of the Access Stage 5 and Protec Contego bags. The Access Stage 5 is the plushest but is heavy and expensive and not comfortable. The Contego is a little lighter while offering about the same level of protection and is more comfortable. This was the bag that I'd say the Fusion has just toppled for me in that it's even lighter and more comfortable for normal carrying. If I were forced to check a bag in, I'd opt for the Contego but since I don't take instruments on planes, that's not an issue.Steven G.
I was looking for a bass gig bag with +20mm padding, a toughened bottom end and pockets big enough for 2 Boss pedals. The Urban came up on Google. It ticked all of the above, and had chest and waist straps; I ordered one – the wrong one. A call to the office was all that was needed to get the order changed from a black to a blue bag. The bag came boxed the next day. Its padding is hefty enough to make for a stiff bag. The straps have clips to keep the ends tidy. A length of adjustable padding lets me make a nest for the stomps, wireless kit, a short lead and a few other small bits, inside the bag with my Ibanez SR300EB bass. The bass goes inside the padding; the other stuff, between padding and case. There are pockets inside the pockets. One of them had a Fusion key ring and lanyard inside. I wanted pockets and got them. I can fit my Blackstar Fly 3 Bass stereo pack in the biggest pocket. My Hercules EZ-Pack guitar stand fits into the head pocket with room to spare. The chest and waist straps help spread the load. I have, in the first day of getting it, gone on 4 buses and a train, cycled 7 miles, and walked more than 2, all with the bag loaded for my afternoon at the music studio. I stood the Urban in a corner, and it stayed stood. Try that with most bags. It's heavier than my other bass bag, but weight means quality, and you're not going to get this much shielding without weight. The width covers much of my back, blocking out my hi-vis coat. I would welcome more hi-vis on the main and Fuse-on bags or at least some hi-vis rain covers. I can at least put a hi-vis rucksack cover on a Fuse-on, as and when I get one. A staffman my music shop said I'd chosen well, he saw it, and they don't deal with Fusion. The bags are dear but well-made and will look after you.Mick
I researched carefully before buying this bag and this sure was time well spent. I travel in London on public transport every week with my guitar and need a tough bag with good straps and pockets. This bag is fantastic! It is so much better than my old one being stronger with great protection and a snugger fit for my guitar, and excellent good sized pockets. This bag has much more comfortable straps and amazingly it is more compact overall than my old one which used to catch on the doorways and overhead handrails on the train and tube. I also like that it is more rigid than my old bag and as a result it is easier to remove or replace the guitar without the bag collapsing all over the place. The neck protection in this bag is also far superior. Overall it cost half as much again than my old bag but I am twice as happy so worth every penny!Rob

Fit and finish are very nice. I suspect it will last longer than the guitar.patric2
Purchased this case in "Brown" and it's beautiful. Very well made and a little lighter than the epiphone brand Case. The gold hinges and latches are stronger than I had anticipated, Should last for years. The interior is solid and covering is just as well made as it's competitors brand, epiphone. It does not carry it't name sprawled in gold ink across the top of the case, yet does have a small metal name plate attached to the side by the handle. You should be well please with this purchase knowing your guitar is well protected. My epiphone Casino fits perfect.kerrymcginnis

I picked this up for my ESP LTD B206 and it’s perfect. It’s super snug so your instrument doesn’t move around. I love the neck support with Velcro enclosure to secure the instrument. I also appreciate the end pin padding. I keeps the end pin from poking through the bag. Well built and durable. On top of all that AMS matched a lower price I found online and I’m using the payment option. Fast shipping…I received it in 2 days so I was ready for Sunday worship service. Thanks again AMS!!!MO Oliver
I love this case. I always bring two guitars in case of broken strings, and different songs call for different sounds. Having both in one bag makes load in and out a breeze. my only con would be the straps need to be wider. two guitars no matter how light are heavy and wider straps would be better.Leon
Sturdy, lightweight, looks cool, and easy to transport! Doesn't have an enormous amount of storage but the big pocket is roomy enough for cables, tablet, etc. It's smaller than the the other dual bags I looked at and you'd be forgiven if you thought it was a bag for a single acoustic guitar at first glance. Inside it's nothing fancy but it holds the guitars in well and the material is the type that won't leave fuzz on your instrument. Well worth the money if you need to take 2 guitars along with you to gigs or practice. It's the perfect balance of good protection without being overly bulky or expensive. Check them out!AJB

This bag is a bargain! Has plenty of solid padding and really offers Cadillac protection at a budget price. Have tested it with both straight and tilted headstocks and it works great with both, and offers much better protection than normal gig bags. Also offers more storage space than most other gig bags regardless of price range. Showed it to others in my original band and they couldn't believe the quality for the price! I've used the single guitar gig bag before and knew it was high quality and so far not disappointed at all with this new one. If you're considering a double guitar gig bag you can't go wrong with this one!PRSman
This was priced right and will do the job. It's not the most heavy duty bag I have, but definitely not the worst. All in all I'd recommend it for a gigging player with work tools, but NOT collectable axes. There's no real neck support in this bag, but if you're careful, you should be OK.Keith L

It’s all about choices. Two for one. Fitz either my Es-335 and or es-330 with my les Paul along with cords stand Strap for a little more weight as the solid case for one guitar. Bulky but has lots of control. This is due to the case design wanting to naturally stand straight up.Nice for public bustle. Noticed on YouTube that there was a problem with the strings poking through the case. Problem solved very well redesigned. If it’s time for you to Evolve your transportation I highly recommend this.Jes
I own mono cases, and this is the only time I have been disappointed. The acoustic side of the case is amazing as expected, but the electric side is non functional. The electric side was so tight that I was genuinely concerned that my les Paul headstock would break from how tight the case was. The headstock of my guitar could be seen bulging from the case and was offered virtually no protection in case of a drop. You can easily tell that the electric sleeve was nothing more than an afterthought to the acoustic side. I always feel safe with my electric in any single mono case, but will never trust them in this dual case.Kev
I was excited when I saw that MONO was selling this. My needs are unique in that I walk, take a subway or bus to my music classes or jam sessions. So being able to carry an acoustic / electric would be a miracle. MF has a special so I bought. There are two storage compartments, one large and one small like most MONO cases and are a standard carryover. The acoustic compartment is nice and fit my acoustics nicely as I tried them. The electric was a huge disappointment. It is such a tight space that you have to use force to get your electric in. To make it even worse the electric side's zipper doesn't go all the way to the bottom so that last part is shoved in vs "placed" in. This is so tight that it fails tilt back headstocks like Gibsons, Epiphones and Hamers. You are buying an expensive case to protect a fragile instrument and this doesn't work for a class of guitars. I would describe this as an acoustic MONO case with an cheap MONO "guitar sleeve" fixed to the back. The electric size is nowhere near as protected as the acoustic side. The size walls are cushioned but unconstructed and not rigid. The material does not seem as sturdy as my MONO double bass case that I bought several years ago as well.MrPrytania

Reviews:
A brilliantly well made high quality guitar case that I specifically purchased for travelling. I often use the electric part of the case for carrying clothes whilst I travelling. Back straps are adequate, strong and comfortable to walk long distance between venues. All together I'm well pleasedTrevor B.
The zippers on these bags are junk. they need to use heavier top notch zippers. the zipper on the smaller compartment areas is too small for real usage. Not sure why they just dont use the larger zipper on EVERYTHING. The a 3 point velcro rings for the tick bag should be 4 point (it sags on the single point if the tick bag is packed). where they strap at the top with 2 points is good, but its a bit wonky on the single strap in the middle because what happens is if you are carrying the guitar by the handle the tick bag sags down at that point a little bit. The guitar bags are kinda spendy but if you've invested into it, then the company should go the extra mile.I just wonder how much these guys have really travelled gig after gig with these bags. They are better than most out there though but also a lot more money too. I just think they need to use better zippers and add better/stiffer sidewalls for the guitar cases. My rig is heavy and wonder how long the guitar bag shoulder straps will last too. They seem sturdy, and so far so good. I play a Les Paul and the case could have stiffer sides for a heavier guitar. If you play a Strat or Tele then you're probably OK. Also, the smaller compartments are pretty much usesless too. they try to compartmenalize everything and all they need to do is keep it simple becuase NOTHING fits into the tight little spaces inside the pockets, unless you carry a lot of pens? I like spaces large enough for a couple extra pre-amp tubes, and slides but most of the inside pocket spaces are way too small for anything except, sharpies, or cable tips? . Someone who designed it must have carried a lot of pens/sharpies around because nothing else fits into them. I'd rather see a single zipper or velco space where you can just stuff everything itno it. Overall its a decent bag and better than most gig bags but these arent inexpensive either. The larger compartment could open a bit wider too. Its pretty small compared to the picture.effective.edge
Hands down this has been the best gig bag i have ever purchased and likely the last until it has to be replaced. I had previous cheaper versions and they were just that, cheap. This MONO bag has been a huge upgrade and im so happy i made the decision to get it. The linning inside makes sure the finish is well protected and the neck strap and support block are such a great insurance knowing guitar is not going to swing around in the space. The storage is great holding all my cable (both 1/4 inch and Kemper pedal cable) In ears, picks, spare strings and even having both guitars loaded (An ESP telecaster and PRS 7 string) its not a bad weight evenly distributed when strapped on your back. Outer shell is extremely well made and looks like its going to stand up to the road well. Bottom has rubber treads to set it on the ground without worry. If your looking at it but are scared of the price dont be, after your first set you will be glad you got itDaniel
