I boulght the heil talk box in december not knowing about these. It turned out, you need another rig to hook it it up. Its basicaly a speaker cabinet. Worked awsome but hated the second amp. The danalectro had an exelent concept with mic input to amp direct ( first of its kind )But is very underpowered.Basicaly a toy.I returned it.The banshee has poor construction, a folded over piece of aluminum with steel sides crudley bolted on, leaking sound evrywhere. I purchased the mxr today and just tested it….. It has PLENTY of volume,, ( 18 volt power )I only needed 4 on the volume,, however if you wish you con rattle your teeth ( no joke )with this bad boy !! It has a VERY solid , heavy, and compact design, taking a minamal amount of space for such a great effect,also the instructions are very helpfull in breaking down the alphabet into different categories, and explainig how to pronounce them correctly, resulting in true guitar speach.The heil has an light thing you screw on,, yet there is no light in the unit???? Didnt make sense tome, maybe i didnt buy the light, or wire it in ? However, turn the mxr on, the led comes on and you know your hot.So basicaly,, its the real deal with a coulple of improvements,the volume, tone, and gain controlls reaaly expand upon the original concept, no amp needed, led refenc light for operation, very rugged enclosed constuction,and well… it just looks cool as ,,, you know. The Heli Talk box at first will seem overwhelming, but after figuring out how to hook it up, and making sure you have everything you need to make it work. I went with the PRO set up. This is what you need,(ABY Switch) and a low out put amp (I recommend 40 Watts/ 8 ohms), a good stereo/speaker 1/4" wire, and a mic. It becomes something that I can't put into words. A great tool, and add on. This has added another instrument to my rig and I love using it for leads and making a song I am writing unique. If you want a challenge and different sound this is for you. Just make sure to hook everything up right or bad things will happen. DO NOT us a powerful amp/head. The clear tube you put in your mouth is a speaker and it will rip your head off.cmdrstienberg

The talkbox works very well. Powerful driver makes it a snap and the tube is plenty long. I just wish I had bought the cheaper basic version. They advertise this version as being able to allow effected signals, but you can just put the talk box at the end of your effects chain and get the same result for a lower price.Also, the device is powered with a wallwart. At this price, it should have a normal plug with the dc converter inline instead of tying up 3 outlets on your power strip. They could have at least made the converter smaller and angled the plugs 90 degrees so that it would stick out sideways on the strip.mgladden2
As soon as I plugged in I was speaking understandable words with the help of my guitar. It reminds me of the original unit without the risk of blowing up your gear. I slip fit some smaller diameter tubing into the factory tubing. This made the tube more comfortable for extended use. If you remove the tubing altogether, the banshee 2 makes a great small amp.
I've been using this thing for a couple years now. I had the original Banshee which I liked, but this new one has some switching features that I really like, such as the ability to have the talk box speaker AND your amp active at once. It's very cool. The only bummer is that it has a different power rating than all my other pedals. I guess that's the price you pay to have one of the coolest effects out there. I have a pretty wide variety of pedals and I'm always looking for something to set my tone and guitar tricks apart from the other players in my town. This does it! I don't use it all the time, but when I do, people notice. The best part is that there are no possibilities of it destroying your amp since it has it's own preamp/power amp. The results are not as powerful and defined as a talkbox effect. But close enough if you don't have the patience or time to master the talkbox techniques. The trick to achieving an articulate pronounciation is to EQ and find the right sounds and gear combinations in your set up or effects chain. Getting a talkbox after months of drooling over them on YouTube has been fantastic. Using a talkbox is by no means as easy as you would think, but it's quite fun to learn how make your instrument "talk." Overall, I say it is completely worth it and I recommend it to all of you thinking about buying one! The Banshee I is not missing any key features and works great, though it would be nice to have a way to get a boosted clean (and I mean very clean) tone with the talkbox alone. As it is, the only way to get a really clean tone loud enough to use is to use another pedal before it. The quality of the Banshee I is fantastic. It feels durable, solid, and works great. I couldn't have expected anything else from one of the most well known talkboxes. The Banshee I may be a tad expensive for starting musicians, but I say it is quite worth it. It works much better than a "ghetto" talkbox that you could cook up at home. The only minor complaint I have with the talkbox is it could've included a couple things, though they're really not even necessary. For one, it could've included a 1/4" cable in case you needed another to get it in line with other effects. Second, it could've included a smaller tube to put into the one it comes with to help you get used to the feeling of playing with it.v As I said, they're both unnecessary add-ons, but it would've been nice to have them.
I always liked talk box stuff (Gilmour, Frampton, Adam Jones' solo in Jambi, Perry) but had heard how much of a hassle it was to set it up. You needed 2 amps and sometimes the talk box would blow up your amp. Then I saw this thing. It's so cool!! Just plug in and play. If you're by yourself you don't need a PA to hear it – it's plenty loud on its own plus the sound is in your mouth! No problem hearing it. Of course with a band you'll need a PA to hear it. When I first got it I was making all of the sound in my mouth. I discovered if you open up (and say ahh like the doctor asks) and let the sound resonate in your throat then that is the classic sound you hear on famous recordings. Lots of experimenting with this pedal and it's all fun too! The controls are basic and easy to get the right sound without any hassle. The trickiest thing is learning exactly how and where on the mic to mount the tube for the most comfort and best sound. It comes with a velcro strap for mounting and I've found that to be adequate, especially for gigs where set up/tear down need to happen quickly. I think this thing is great and I'm happy that I bought one.beshmonger
Ok. So this was definitely a novelty purchase so the wedding band can cover a total of three tunes by Bon Jovi, Frampton and Joe Walsh. Yes, you know which ones they are! That being said, this is one fun box to play with. There are endless ways to process the signal and get unique sounds. The Banshee II allows for your guitar(or keyboard) signal to go direct to the amp, only through the Banshee, or both. It's the both that I like so I can get my guitar sound and the talkbox sound in the mix. It takes some time, and lots of saliva, to get the vocalization sounds down, but it's tres cool once you know how. If you have a few extra bucks lying around, it's a fun purchase.emijon1

I boulght the heil talk box in december not knowing about these. It turned out, you need another rig to hook it it up. Its basicaly a speaker cabinet. Worked awsome but hated the second amp. The danalectro had an exelent concept with mic input to amp direct ( first of its kind )But is very underpowered.Basicaly a toy.I returned it.The banshee has poor construction, a folded over piece of aluminum with steel sides crudley bolted on, leaking sound evrywhere. I purchased the mxr today and just tested it….. It has PLENTY of volume,, ( 18 volt power )I only needed 4 on the volume,, however if you wish you con rattle your teeth ( no joke )with this bad boy !! It has a VERY solid , heavy, and compact design, taking a minamal amount of space for such a great effect,also the instructions are very helpfull in breaking down the alphabet into different categories, and explainig how to pronounce them correctly, resulting in true guitar speach.The heil has an light thing you screw on,, yet there is no light in the unit???? Didnt make sense tome, maybe i didnt buy the light, or wire it in ? However, turn the mxr on, the led comes on and you know your hot.So basicaly,, its the real deal with a coulple of improvements,the volume, tone, and gain controlls reaaly expand upon the original concept, no amp needed, led refenc light for operation, very rugged enclosed constuction,and well… it just looks cool as ,,, you know. I love this pedal. The option to have one octave up and two down allong with the sry signal is great and creates a full sound. The tone is great, both the poly and classic modes, but the toneprint option is the real winner. Creating sounds and importing pre-created ones is a great way to dial in exactly what you want to sound like.
This pedal takes your playing to new lows! You can play with the settings and achieve amazing effects, the knobs are offering; 1 octave lower, 2 octaves lower, 1 octave higher, and so you blend it at your own taste. But the best part is probably the TonePrint, it is an App that you get for free in your computer then you have access to a wide variety of settings, effects and you can save them to your pedal, this is an amazing feature from TC electronic. Im using together the Sub n Up with the Hall of Fame 2, amazing results. You can use them both not only with bass but they work amazing with keyboard as well. I've been looking for something to make my guitar sound like a bass for years. There have been several octave shifters, but mostly monophonic and producing ghastly warbling sounds. This subnup pedal produces a good sounding bass using just the sub1 control, and adding the toneprint smooth bass patch turns it into a really nice punchy bass that reflects the tone of the string you are playing so you can get anything from a bright twang to a deep boom just using your fingers and there is no noticeable delay in the conversion, you play a note and it sounds immediately – older pedals used to have up to a half second gap between playing and hearing the note. This pedal does heaps more than that, several YouTube videos show it off, but I didn't see any that showed it being used to replace a bass when you just need it for a few songs and don't want to bring two guitars with you. I haven't had a chance to play with the tone editor yet, but that promises even more variation. Great pedal at a good price.Robin D.

I'm a metal guy at heart, so when I finally put the Metal Zone away and started building a grownup pedal board, a Tube Screamer was high on my list. I was particularly interested in this unit because of the size, since my beginner board probably isn't going to be very big. I plugged this little guy into my regular setup and was immediately blown away. If you've played some metal you know the setup: straight into a high gain amp, drive at 0, level at 10, and tone dialed in to taste. It made my Orange Micro Dark Terror, digital Bias FX rig, and even my sad old Marshall solid state roar, but in a much more defined way that never felt flabby or uncontrollable. I would recommend pairing it with a decent noise gate to trim down the hum, but that's just what electric guitars do when you crank the gain, and not a flaw of this pedal in particular. Okay, sure, it can do metal. I've also run this unit through a bunch of other setups and contexts. Through my Orange I definitely got very usable blues and classic rock tones by pulling the gain and volume back on the amp, and setting everything on the pedal around half way. I can even see potentially using it with the drive all the way up as a lead boost or to slightly break up a clean tone. This little thing is a beast for sure, and is pretty much perfect for my uses. It's not a transform your amp kind of effect, it's meant to compliment what your existing equipment already does. It has some specific things it does well, and it *really* nails them. #sweepstakesDan
Stop what you're doing right now. RIGHT NOW, and get this pedal. This tiny little monster sounds incredible and I am kicking myself for not trying any kind of Tube Screamer for my 20+ years of playing guitar. This literally sounds like a tube amp in a box. You can dial in the perfect amount of boost or drive without really impacting your guitar's true tone. If you push it all the way, it's almost in distortion territory, yet it retains warmth and picking dynamics…on the other hand it compresses nicely – like a tube amp. How does it do that? It's magic. I got this mini version because I'm building a mini pedal board, so it fits perfectly. Don't let the size fool you though, because it sounds incredible. The only drawback is that it needs an external power supply. Oh, and as an added bonus, this is made in Japan, and it shows. The switches, knobs, and inputs feel very high-quality. I collect Tube Screamers, and decided to get this for the collection. Soundwise, it works as a TS808; great transparent overdrive for stand-alone use but excels at boosting gain on an overdriven amp. Not as harsh or "dark" as a TS9, and a decent price. Definitely a TS to consider if you're trying to save some money; you definitely won't be missing out on the sound of the TS808. Also great if you want to add a Tube Screamer to a board, but need to save space. The only negative I can say is the Level and Tone knobs are difficult to see for settings, but that's true with most mini pedals. It doesn't take a battery, but there again, neither do most mini pedals. Construction is more solid than the Mooer Green Mile, and the TSMini is made in Japan (thought for sure it was Chinese). The price is great on these, but I'd also consider checking out the East River Overdrive by EHX; my current favorite Tube Screamer clone. As far as the Ibanez Tube Screamer line-up, this is seemingly the best value.Dave

It’s an Ibanez tube screamer, so of course it’s wicked. Easy to use, bombproof, and gives you that extra bit of oomf for a big solo. If you want pure dirty blues then I’d go for the 808, but the TS9 is great for rock, it’s got a slightly brighter more aggressive tone. These things really shine with a Strat, but they sound just as great with whatever guitar you’re using, and they are just loads and loads of fun. The tube screamers are, I think, a foundational building block of getting a good blues tone out of your rig. Obviously, your guitar and amp will have a big impact on your sound, but this pedal can help you find that special sweet spot of tone. Being an overdrive pedal rather than a hard distortion pedal, do not expect the long singing sustains you would get from a traditional distortion pedal, but more of a crunch, an added grit. I think the pedal will interface well with a distortion device like OCD, and spatial pedals like MXR Carbon copy, and TC electronics hall of fame… if you can afford them… they are expensive… the price you pay for quality. If you are into blues, this is the pedal. If you are into hard rock, this pedal is good in front of a layered chain of distortion pedals to over drive some killer tones.Jim in the box

Initially intended to buy an Xotic EP Booster because I wanted to try the Echoplex thing out, but saw this little guy and figured…why not? I like it so much, I don't see the point in ordering the EP Booster anymore! Hits the front end of my Soldano in a way no overdrive has yet, and with no noise. Works equally well in front of my OCD pedal for a lead boost. And to all the people whining about the switch not clicking…whatever. I like that about the TC stuff and wish all pedal companies would make their switches "clickless". Great value, just buy it already! Thanks TC and Sweetwater!
This pedal does exactly what it claims and does it better than other pedals of the same purpose. It is constructed extremely well. For around $50 this pedal's physical casing and switch assembly is made better than pedals I own costing hundreds of dollars more. I don't foresee this pedal ever needing replacement or repair. I'm not particularly fond of the "momentary volume boost" feature but that doesn't change my overall opinion. It's a great item.ethan1957

Overall: I've been playing through a Headrush gigboard and needed something different that was just as easy to use, had plenty of tones that were inspiring, that didn't cost as much. I've owned a few Line 6 products over the 30 years of playing music and decided to buy the Pod Go. So worth it! The tones were better than expected, and if you can't afford the Helix series, this is the best choice for a floor unit under $500. The built in expression pedal with toe switch is perfect. You can switch between volume and wah wah or other parameters just by pressing the toe switch in the expression pedal. Basically you don't have to have another expression pedal. The built in pedal can do what you need. I am not tech savvy, I bought the Headrush gigboard last year because of how easy it is to use. I didn't think a floor unit could be. Then comes the Pod Go. It's actually much easier to use than the Headrush. Granted the two have different features but I found making your own sounds easier with the Pod Go. It seems I make them in a shorter time. The color display along with color footswitches make organizing sounds easier than making coffee. If you need a floor unit under 500 the Pod Go is the best choice on the market. If you're a metal head or a traditional Jazz player or love the complexity of Fusion, the Pod Go has your sound.
I was looking at purchasing a Helix LT and upon researching I came across the Pod Go Wireless. It does everything I required from the Helix but at less than half the price, size and weight. You can dial in some great tones, I use it through an 80w Marshall combi straight into the FX return (turning off the cab sim on the Pod) and it sounds very impressive. The amount of effects to choose from is incredible and you can tweak so many variables to get that perfect tone. The wah treadle is very good but it’s not so great when used as a volume pedal as it doesn’t seem to gradually increase/decrease the volume, it’s almost on/off. The wireless feature is very good, I’ve not had any connection issues and don’t have to worry about treading on my cable, which I’m very prone to. Overall, for what I need in a jamming/garage band capacity it is perfect and I’m very, very pleased with the purchase. PMT delivered the next day, it was very well packaged and was the best price I found on the internet.Martin M.
Overall: I wish I could say something positive about this unit. Although it does have some great sounds and features, the fact that it is constantly having to be rebooted because it freezes up or shuts down on its own make it pretty much worthless (Yes I’ve done all the updates and other futile suggestions from the support folks at line 6). Add to that a power supply that is a complete piece of crap. It’s cheap, fragile and generally a bad design. It is almost impossible to find a replacement because line 6 wanted it that way. Simply using a Standard, generic replacement (9v 2500 mA) Is tricky and not guaranteed to work. My review for this product: Look for something else better from a company who is not obsessed with nickel and diming their customers to death over some ridiculous accessory.

After a few mediocre and one downright terrible vocal processor, the Boss VE-20 manages to have great effects and good editing features while also being simple to program yourself provided you read the manual. The presets are good and get you singing right out of the box, the looper feature is operated by literally three button presses, and navigation and menu diving is streamlined to be as hassle free as possible. The real shining light for me has got to be the distortion effects. Ive never been able to run distortion on vocals without getting huge amounts of feedback from the PA. I dont know why, I dont know how, but as I brought the Boss to the studio a couple days ago, the volume was cranked and I received absolutely no feedback from the monitors. I think there might be some kind of gate within or a limiter of some sort, but Im just happy it works so well!damageeffect
This pedal has very limited uses if you are planning to use this on stage. I was initially excited to play with this thing and hoped it would add a new dimension to my vocals but when I started going through the presets I realized that none of them were very practical. It gives you a ton of reverb options but as anyone who has ever played a show knows, there is already reverb in the venue so using your own on-board reverb on top of that is just going to muddy up your sound. The harmony presets are all useless to me and sound fake anyway. The "pitch correction" was another feature I was excited about but it doesn't do a great job and will often lock on to the wrong notes unless you have perfect pitch (Which i definitely do not). So with all that being said what is left is the chorus effect, doubling effect, flanging effect, tremolo effect and delay effect that are actually useful live. So I guess if you use a bunch of flange, chorus, and tremolo in your vocals, this pedal might be alright. Oh while I'm at it another thing I didn't think about that I wish I had before getting this pedal. If you're playing guitar and singing at the same time (like myself), changing presets is a pain in the butt and near impossible. You have to hold down the 2nd pedal for 2 seconds and then you can scroll through the presets then holding the pedals down again to lock on to the new preset.. you have to ask yourself.. are you really going to have time and coordination to do that while right in the middle of a song? Probably not… I'm sad this thing didn't meet my needs because I was excited about it but it's just not very practical at the end of that day.Dancing with Ghosts

It's a nice pedal as utility pedal for only needing the one effect. Enjoying the tremolo, reverb, flangers. You can set the effect to a preset (up to 24) and flip through them on the fly. Renaming the effect is a pain, having to use the dials! The distortion effects are weak but can be used with your dirty channel to be usable like using a fuzz otherwise it sounds thin and not usable. I'm not having any grounding issues and I have it powered through a pedal board brick. I have it running in front of an orange tube amps.BJ
About 100 pedals models for less than £100. Some in stereo and can be output in stereo or mono. Straight out of the box some models sound very good to me, I especially like the tremolos, some of the reverbs and delays. Also I quite like one of the chorus models (an effect that does not usually use) and one of the overdrives. Have to try tweaking the uni vibe and phasers but I'm sure there will be useable sounds in there My rating for sounds reflects my view that I find some bad and others excellent. It has plenty of features, is well made with a sturdy metal enclose, comes with its own power supply and is easy to use. This pedal is perfect for anyone who is running their complex delay/reverb/ambience stuff in an effects loop, but needs a 'swiss army knife' pedal for effects that need to go in front of the amp (distortion, wah, phaser, etc.). I was playing in the pit for our local HS musical last fall (they haven't had any electric guitarists…or bassists or drummers for that matter… in the student population for the last 7-8 years…I blame vocalist-centric reality TV shows….but I digress). The show was "Sister Act" and, unlike the R&B tinged '92 movie, the (2006) stage musical is all late 70's disco style. Needless to say, I needed a wah-wah pedal. Instead of shelling out the same amount for a decent 'one-trick-pony' wah pedal, I opted for this unit, as I have been looking for a multi-function 'in-front-of-the-amp' pedal for a while, and I already had an expression pedal for my keyboard. My expression pedal was the dirt cheap M-Audio plastic one that, according to Line6's own website, shouldn't work with this unit…except it did. Yes, even when toggling the "M-Audio/Other" switch on the underside of the pedal, at first It either didn't work at all, or worked backwards. But then, I discovered the genius programming built into this little gem. If you rock the EXP pedal either fullup or full down, you can manually set the heel/toe values for ANY of the 5 adjustable parameters in a given effect. SO…….In the tube/tape delay effect, for example, I have it set so the repeats, drive/gain, and "wow/flutter" all increase (each by individually set amounts) when I rock the EXP pedal from heel to toe. Add to that the fact that this is a dual stomp switch pedal with a dedicated tap-tempo switch, and you have an ultra-controlable delay unit. My only niggle is in the auto-wah/'tron' department. While they have a few dynamics-based filter effects models, only one is a dedicated Mu-Tron/envelope-filter type effect. What's more, since they only have the one model, and only 5 adjustable parameters, they decided to allot some of those 5 precious parameter knobs to things like "high-/low-/band-pass filter" and left out the crucial "sensitivity" setting. My rig is old-school; vintage non-master-volume amp + tube screamer + THD Hotplate. All my gain/distortion is controlled via my guitar's volume knob. The problem is, with no 'sensitivity' setting on the 'Tron' effect model, you only get decent results if your guitar volume is full up on or near 10. Unfortunately, most of the situations where you want to use this type of effect are with a relatively clean tone. But, since I can only get said cleaner tone by rolling back my guitar's volume, I don't have enough signal to trigger the wah effect. Instead of including some of the 'cool-but-of-limited-usefulness' models like "Comet Trails" in this section of the pedal, I wish Line6 would have had multiple 'Tron' models (high-/low-/band-pass) with sensitivity parameter adjustments all 'round. Full disclosure; what with my fore mentioned rig, I have not at all explored the distortion section of this pedal, and thus cannot comment on it's quality or lack thereof. I have at least dabbled in the modulation section, and done extensive exploration in the filter, delay, and Reverb sections, and found them all adequate to superior in tone and 'controlability' (OK, maybe not a real word…yet). And, c'mon, for $130? You really can't beat this!mikeoxmal

I've had this pedal for about maybe 5 months, great pedal. The best thing to do is to always read your manual because this particular pedal shuts off. That feature is to save you battery power, or just being on too long when you walk away. I hadn't gotten use to that at first. It pays to read the manual to figure out how to do it. But the Selections in where the layout is for the different tones, for rock and roll, blues, heavy metal, and R&B is it great pedal.astringmusic
It' easy to blow an afternoon exploring the wide variety of sounds this pedal can produce. While many of the effects are great there are quite a few duds mixed in there. You just have to play. There doesn't seem to be that much logic as to how the effects are grouped. You really need to write down your favorites. Out of 100 effects I think almost anyone can find 20 that they really like. The Stomplab has some very good patches right out of the box better than most MultiFX units. I rarely get to say that. Since I like to try them all, I think it excels in areas that can outdo expensive pedals. The amps sound really realistic and have beefy snappy mids right in your face with great projection and pop. The tones are designed to sound good as you play with EQ settings the amps seem to stay in the zone of what you would expect an actual amp would do. The best way to really experience this is to plug into a Hi Fidelity home stereo etc. and listen to how detailed the mix is. There is a Tube Screamer that seems to actually enhance just about every amp you try it with when trying to get some edge. The clean amps are some of the best out of the box tube gain style sparkling U2 like rhythms with clearly defined picking separation. This is probably about as good as it gets for these type sounds. Very metal like ballading with chorus and delay. Def Leppard Bringing on the Heartache or Photagraph come off terrific. The crunch sounds are very realistic and the US Hi Gain is about as good as it gets for 80s Metal. I can compare this to the VT Plus series because I have it. This pedal sounds good and really excels with a Tube amp. The VT Plus is a tube hybrid and the 12ax7 single tube does add a touch of edge as it is cranked but the pedal is the same Engine and the edge is subtle and the Tube Screamer SIM sounds close. Any sound can be had and it records from the line out with very good definition. Most of the amp sims are very good with little tweaking and I think it has the most good amp Sims of any other multi fx unit. Has way more variables than the VT Plus amp series and it is one of my favorites for downright realistic amp sounds. Hard to believe it but, it stacks up well against the bigger floorboards in respect to tone alone. More controls on the bigger units sometimes can take you too far off base. It really is well designed and keeps you sounding good.

First off, I didn't have the latest firmware update, and loops were going a bit wonky and astray. With latest firmware and most issues solved, I'm finding this an absolute joy, particularly with the fuller, less 'in the box' sound that looper tend to get when you pile lots of loops on top of each other- so much space and headroom. I came from the RC300, but was still a lot of work to get my head around even setting up as before, but worth it in the end. Particularly useful to the way I loop are the 4banks of 4 effects which I can now preset for each song, and scroll through with a foot pedal with so many fewer clicks than previously. Okay, slightly weird what floats the boat of a looper, I know… but, less clicks! Also loving that I can assign 3 of the 4 effects to my violin (INST in) and 1 to my MIC in. Didn't think I'd be bothered by the 3 extra loops, but now I've less effect clicking to do I'm finding that loops 4-6 do get used, and arrangements are getting more varied. It's also physically smaller, and saved me taking extra pedals – really important and so damn useful for me, when travelling. A fabulous piece of kit. PS: I'm also so enjoying the 6 outputs, too – it's solved a long-standing mic and inst out of the same output dilemma.
I really like it, the sound quality is great has a ton of options and features and many customization abilities. In the back of the unit you have a lot of different inputs and outputs which is great you can connect many of your instruments and pro sound system as an output.Anonymous
I've had an Rc505 for a year or so now and was excited to get my hands on this RC600. The floor setup is great, although you can't quite do everything with your feet. With a shoe off you can do most of the functions with a toe, but you still have to bend over to mess with it. The included drum loops in this are a massive upgrade from the RC505. Tons of character and room to play around with there – even settings for fills etc at the end of loops. I've only had this two days, so I'll update my review after some more time with it, but so far I feel like it sounds better, the extra instrument and mic inputs are a huge boost, and overall it's been pretty easy to use coming from the 505.Sterling
