Reviews:
I love buying value priced guitars and customizing the hardware and pickups. As a result I have a collection of instruments that are dear to me but do not have cases. As each instrument is unique, I'm trying to find a unique case for each one. I'm glad I gave The Highway a try. This case is extremely well made and has a very surprising price tag, given all the features. The fabric is super durable for travel with an extra layer of thick, rugged material protecting the bottom of the case. The adjustable, removeable neck pillow attaches firmly to the case with Velcro and takes some extra effort to detach; this is a good thing because you don't have to worry about pulling the pillow off the bag while using the neck wrap (they designed the neck wrap extra wide which holds the guitar firmly without interfering with the integrity of the pillow). The case padding is thick and the bottom has extra padding with strap pin protection. The accessory storage system is really cool and unique – running the entire length of the case – and offers plenty of protection for you laptop, phone, etc. The back pack straps fit snugly in the back of the case are barely noticeable, and the comfortable handle is very strong. I tried this case case with all my electrics. I have some mahogany body strats that are very bottom heavy and although they fit ok, the weight distribution made the carry a bit awkward. The best fit was with my Fernandes Revolver, the lightest and longest of my guitars. The weight distribution is perfect and the fit is very snug. Mission accomplished! This case is a great value right now offering the expected top end features, great protection, unique design, and a cool factor. If your an average player who prefers a bag over a hard case you should definitely give this one serious consideration. If you like to bounce your guitar off the floor like a basketball or enjoy throwing it off buildings, you will need to shell out at least twice as much dough.Tim H.
This is in my opinion an exceptional product. Like the other reviewer here I like to buy my electrics at low prices and make the actual guitar I want. It's all about the pickups (tone) and then playability with me and electrics. I bought the first case based off the pictures and the compartments on the SDOTD. I guessed that in the least it will protect from extra scuffs and scratches. This is now my favorite electric case and I bought another one on SDOTD also. If offers far more protection than any hardshell case in it's price range and all those compartments really make it easy to carry everything else I need except for a speaker box. I'm sure there is a really small combo or micro stack that could also fit in this bag somewhere. In retrospect, had I known how much I would like these I would have never bought any of the other hard cases I bought in this price range and just purchased a bunch of these. Is it a high end Hiscox or offer as much protection as a well made hard shell case? No. However, it is considerably better than any budget priced hard shell case that I have ever seen. I am primarily an acoustic guy and I have even purchased 2 of these for some of my acoustics. This is an instance where I feel that the product is actually worth it's full retail price and would not be unhappy had I paid full retail for any of them.Patrick

Reviews:
This is the largest soft case or gig bag I own (by a lot!) If you have a Jumbo or some old Larson Brothers Prairie State Super Jumbo, this is your gig bag. It's really designed for people to use the top compartment for laptops, songbooks, electronics etc. I rarely carry a laptop in it but it's nice to know that I can. Regardless, I use this thing every week with my SE Angelus, my main acoustic. It's heavily padded and has a nice soft flocked interior with padded neck support and Velcro strap to keep the neck from moving. There is no storage compartment within the guitar space but there is plenty of room to put in straps, cleaning cloths, whatever you need. I occasionally get ribbed by people asking if I brought a Mexican Guitarron (pretty sure that would not fit!) – but it's been great for me. If you want this for a smaller guitar you will have to customize your own padding solution to keep the body from moving around too much during transport. Highly satisfied with this product.Ken
Love this case… soft exterior keeps it from marking up walls, tables, etc. The corrugated boards are on bottom, and separating guitar compartment from accessory compartment. No need to worry about your tuner, tools, etc dinging up your guitar through the foam like traditional gig bags. You can reposition pillow up or down the neck to adjust for body style/thickness, and the wide neck strap works way better than the loose strap in most bags. The accessory pockets hold gear in place well. I drive a truck, so the case bounces around a lot, no issues with anything sliding out of place. More usable room than a hardshell, I keep a set of common tools, a couple books, 2 cords, a tuner, and a small multieffects pedal in here with no issues at all. Room for headphones in guitar compartment, im going to add some velcro for this purpose. Thanks for a great product, I'll be buying more.D
This case is well constructed and provides a good amount of protection. Most guitars will fit without concern although I would review comments and check with the seller. I tested a few oddly shaped guitars. The Rickenbacker 330 and 360 fit nicely. I also tested the 2018 Gibson flying V and Firebird Studio T neither would fit or come even close. This is a nice option for local travel in a car to the studio, practice, personal use. or gig. Overall great purchase!LA
3. Road Runner Rrmbg Abs Molded Bass Guitar Case
Product Details:
This road runner molded bass case is designed to fit a variety of electric bass guitars of various shapes. it has a non-scratch, thicker pile, plush-lined interior and padded neck brace with 2 accessory compartments-one covered and one open. for extra protection, the molded exterior is extremely roadworthy. the hardshell bass case also has a tongue-and-groove valance, rubber feet, 3 riveted latches-the middle one has a lock and key mechanism-and an offset handle for easier transportation. the soft, plush interior protects bass from scratches and nicks, plus road runner uses a special, eco-friendly, dye-free material, which eliminates the release of polluting bi-products into the environment.
Reviews:
First of all, these feel like really cheap cases. Right out of the box I had to glue down some of the padding inside of the case. This one doesn't smell terribly like my last one does, maybe because they forgot to use glue. They are really lightweight and compact which is great for storing guitars. They keep your guitars sealed up and if it falls over, your headstock might not break off. That's the only reason I buy. My fender strap floats around in this quite a bit. My Jackson dinky is absolutely swimming in this thing. My last road runner case had a slightly different product number but was otherwise the same other than the inside dimensions fitting my strat snug. Imo these are only worth buying when they're sdotd or heavily discounted. I'd be really disappointed if I didn't know what I was getting and I paid full price. If you're planning on leaving the house with your guitar in this, just get a solid wood case that specifically fits your guitar.Ollie
Let me tell you something about this case. IT ROCKS! I have an evh project guitar that I made to resemble eddies 5150 guitar. Now any of you that are familiar with that guitar knows that the banana head stock makes finding a case difficult. This case can fit that type of guitar very securely and safely, so any of you 80's metal guys will love this case. Bur more than that, my guitar has a floyd rose trem system as its bridge. Now you can't use this case and the bar, which is fine cause it has a pocket that can hold your bar and all of your pics in, but the guitar sits fine with it in. I was jamming with my buddy his house. I tripped over something and my case flew out of my hands tumbled, not slid, tumbled down the stairs doing all sorts of flips. Now the case was fine, but obviously I was worried about my guitar. I plugged it in when I got home and to my surprise not only was the guitar in tune, but the I did a dive bomb and the guitar stayed perfectly in-tune. It stayed in-tune from a tumble down the stairs in the case. I will never buy another case from anyone but roadrunner ever again. It's a fantastic product. It's durable, and it does the job of protecting your most precious investments!bruh
Got excited when I saw pictures from other reviewers of their BC Rich Mockingbirds in this case since it is a tough guitar to find an aftermarket case for. Unfortunately, my 1980's USA Custom Shop Mockingbird does not fit. Sizing was off just enough that the angle required to get the body to fit inside the lower bout of the case caused the neck to to not align with the neck channel of the case. At this point I can either return and keep searching, or try to chop up the interior of the case a bit to see if I can straighten out the fit of the body to get the neck aligned straight up inside the case. Otherwise, it seems like a pretty solid case for the money. If you know your guitar will fit I would recommend it.Mario

Reviews:
I have had a jazz bass in this case for a few years now (not sure why the person in the other review had trouble). My son uses my bass too and last night he set it behind my car when we were heading home. I didn't see it and, YES, I ran over my bass. I even stopped on top of it when I heard the crunch before I knew what had happened and had to finish rolling over it! The front tire went over the neck somewhere around the nut. BUT THE BASS SURVIVED! The tuners turned so it was out of tune, and it could probably use a setup now. But there are no cracks, scuffs, or ANY problems with it – still holds tune, plays well, etc. The case is trashed, but that's what it's for – right? It is relatively inexpensive as cases go and I've had more sturdy ones, but it did the job as well as any of them when I needed it to! THANK YOU ROADRUNNER!
This is a decent case for the money. That said, I can't recommend this for use with a Fender Precision. The case is too large and allows the bass to slide around too much inside it. There's around 2 to 21/2 inches of space around body width wise and lengthwise. You can feel the bass moving around inside the case when you carry it. The worse is that the top doesn't have enough padding inside to keep the bass neck seated in the support cutout. The neck will pop out due to the excess space around the body. Not good. I should have checked the fit better before purchase. I ended up getting the "real" Fender case from GC online. I had it shipped to my local store and will return this one when I pick up the read deal case.Lowbass
I was looking for a case that was more sturdy than the gig bag I had been using for years. When I saw this one on sale, I read the reviews and decided to take a look. Bottom line, it was just what I was hoping for. Holds my Fender in place with a huge compartment for cables picks and tuners. Definitely what I wantedLarry M

Purchased this case for my Fender Precision Bass. Mostly, will be kept in my studio, and occasionally on a few short gigs. Case seems sturdy, and I like the compartment size suitable for a strap, cable, etc. Also features a locking latch which is very handy. Pricewise, its a very nice case for my needs, without going into more expensive flight cases for touring. Very satisfied and should last for quite a while. Would buy this product again. Cheers!penlan-6941-us
Decent case for the money. Dimensions are a little off from whats advertised. Lower bout width is around 13-1/4 instead of 13-1/2 so my BC Rich Eagle fits a little snug. Overall, no more than I use it, itll work. Sure beats paying $300 for the actual BC Rich case. Also, if your headpiece sets at a steeper angle, it will put pressure on the headpiece. Depth is more for a Fender style headpiece.xv1700at3

I'm a music therapist and travel from school to school. It is light with plenty of padding. It fits my classical guitar just right. I had priviously had the older roadrunner gig bag, which I bet many perople had. I must of had it 10-15 years. It was falling apart. The old one had a small handle on the top that the new bag doesn't and that is the one thing I miss. I would lilt the guitar in the middle to place it in the hatchback. Other than that it is better in every way.Darren
This Gig Bag is replacing an Ibanez Bag I had previously. That bag had the problem of the straps being slightly too far apart, so they would slip off my shoulders and I had to sew on an extra click-together strap to hold them in place. This Road Runner bag does not have that issue at all. The straps are correctly placed and there's even a clever zippered pocket in one of the straps! Another thing I like is that this bag is compact. A standard classical guitar will fit in here no problem, with no extra space or wiggle room. Nice! The other pockets are excellent too. The pocket by the headstock is a 2-in-1 pocket. You can fit all your small accessories in there. The large pocket has another mesh flat pocket inside and the main large pocket is plenty big enough to carry sheet music. Also, the zippers are excellent. Large, and they zip up very smoothly. The padded handle feels great and there is a hook to hang it up as well, if you want. I've owned many gig bags over the years. This is a great one!Bloomworks
I purchased this with a 25% off sale from Musicians Friend and am super happy with the value and quality of this case. I use it for my Epi Les Paul plus top but my 12 year old son quickly found it and stole it from me to upgrade his cheap Gator gig bag fo his Yamaha Pacifica. Everything about this case is better than the lowest end Gator case. The exterior nylon is tougher and more rigid. Padding is thicker. Zipper feels better. The best improvement is the pouches on the outside of the case. The top one over the neck is plenty big for a 15-25 foot cable, tuner, and small accessories. Then there is another small pouch over that for picks or some very small things. The big pocket on the front is plenty big for a folder with sheet music or music book for his school and lessons. The old gator bag the folder and must would stick out so it could (and did) get wet. Even if you are a beginner and have a halfway decent guitar I think its worth getting this case over cheaper options. Now I just need to get another one. That said I with it came in an alternate color like gray or tweed so as not to get 2 cases mixed up. Definitely recommend this case.Mike

Overall: See title. I own two gig bags from World Tour. One is an older model and the other is this one. Both are great. They offer a good bit of protection and they aren't too expensive. The materials feel very durable. Other gig bags cost double this and aren't as good. I highly recommend World Tour gig bags to anyone. As a heads up, my short scale bass is able to fit in this deluxe electric guitar bag. I am so happy. The next time I need a gig bag, I will get another one from World Tour.Marshall
Overall: This bag obviously is not the high dollar type of case. However, the material is much better than i had imagined. Relatively thick canvas and solid material. I am especially impressed with the zippers which are very good and give you confidence when opening and closing the bag. It will keep your guitar from sun, rain and water, and relatively light conditions. But this is NOT a protective bag. It is a carry all. It has one pocket to hold your extra stuff that's a pretty good size with two zippers. I would definitely buy another one especially at this price. The bag came with my order of a guitar and fit it perfectly (a Gretsch G5220) Basically, it will just about fit any solid body guitar from a Les Paul to a Strat. Solid purchase in my opinion.Michael
I purchased this gig bag for a Squier Bullet Telecaster, and the guitar fit perfectly. I love the thickness of the padding and features such as the extra nylon pad on the headstock, so the strings don't rip apart the inside of the gig bag, as it happens with so many other ones. The pockets are nice and roomy, definitely more than enough for me. All handles and straps are high quality and feel sturdy, never makes you feel like they're gonna rip out on you. Zippers feel good, they're big and bulky, definitely high quality! You're getting quite a lot of value for the price this gig bag sells for! I've read terrible reviews and seen pictures of big brand gig bags (some of which retail for 2-3 times the price of this one, so I went with this one and can't recommend it enough!Oscar

I just got a new-to-me bass which didn't come with a case or gig bag. I ordered this to minimize dings and keep dust and cat hair off my new toy. This thinner than my Fender gig bag, but will definitely serve its intended purpose. The straps, hooks, and zippers seem to be of decent quality. They should work fine for me since I don't carry my bass around much.John
Got this for my used Squire and the zippers are very beefy (zippers are metals I think). Not much padding but enough for me to carry my bass around. Removable straps/single strap is really nice to carry. Tiny complain: the plastic part where it hooks on to the top triangle hook can sometimes makes carrying it on your back uncomfortable. Just don't place it on your shoulder bone that's it.Eric
Not a great gig bag and for the same price the Gator is the better deal with more padding and much better quality zippers. This dust cover is over priced and should be $10 at most. It is ok to store a cheap guitar in the closet to keep dust off, but that's about it. Not good enough for traveling. Save your money and buy a better gig bag and skip this one.Louie H

I purchased this for an Ibanez acoustic electric bass guitar. The case was a little large for the instrument but, all it took was a towel slipped in on one side to take up a little room and, the fit worked Great. I don't mind gig bags if they are made well and, have at least 20mm padding to protect the instrument. Overall though I would rather put money in a hard case it offers much more protection and, better storage for the instrument. I think that if the bass would of had a little larger body it would have been a perfect fit but, this particular bass has more of a concert size body. At any rate it's a very nice well built and, sturdy case that I think would work well for most all acoustic electric bass guitars.terrygh
I am a performing musician and a guitar teacher so I use my guitar A LOT. I got this roadrunner case to replace my original Gibson case, which after 10+ years fell apart. The roadrunner case lasted 2 years, if that, and that handle broke, plus the latches get more difficult to close/open as time goes on. If you play casually at home, or travel with your guitar rarely, this will do fine. If you play in a band and do any out of town shows, or tours, this will not make it. Just spend the extra money on SKB, Gator, or Wolf. Not to mention, the company wouldn't do anything for me, since it was a gift and I didn't know the exact purchase date to use the warranty. Customer service was just robotic answers regardless of the situation at hand. AVOID!Caveman
Handle Design does not support the weight of the case. It will break in 2-3 years if you use it a lot. And, RR does not sell replacement handles, so you will need to find a luggage repair place capable and willing to repair/modify the case so it is transportable, again. Otherwise, it becomes just a storage unit.Rich

Overall: I honestly bought this bag to keep dust off of my bass. Out of the box, the gig back looks great. Has plenty of pocket space and the color is eye catching. Material feels pretty good, but again, it’s a bag.I’m not completely impressed with it though because:1. Neck is held down by a Velcro strap, no other neck support. 2. Overall protection around the neck is minimal. Found out when door smacked the bag while on my back. Felt the vibration of the wood on my back.
This Ibanez gig bag is well constructed, with fabric and materials that have a nice feel and appearance. The design and style is sharp and sexy, with nice accents in the construction. This is not a fitted bag, and as such it is generous in its dimensions, but not excessively loose that the instrument moves around a lot inside. The bag has well-positioned shoulder straps, a hand strap, and a clever hanger hook at the top. The accessories pocket is generous and can likely accommodate whatever you should need: strap, tuner, cable, cloth, extra strings, etc. It is worth noting that this bag is not superbly padded and will not replace the purpose or value of a proper hard case. However, it will adequately keep your instrument from getting knocked around, dinged and scratched. It is an ideal lightweight cover for transport to gigs or storage at home, but I would not advise loading this into the van between the 4×10 and Twin Reverb.Mars
I have two Ibanez basses. One has its own hard shell case and it's my performance bass. My practice bass however had no case until now. I bought the PowerPad bass guitar gig bag because I was traveling to L.A. by car for a band get-together and wanted to bring my practice bass. I treat my equipment well (or try to) and wanted some protection for it while traveling. Quality-wise it was perfect. Good workmanship, all zippers functional and it seems tough enough to last a long time. After the trip I was quite pleased with the gig bag. The padding is adequate, at least for me because again, I don't throw things around. It sat behind the front seats in the car and I never felt that my bass was in danger. I love the big pockets on the front; they held my coiled cord and my condenser mic & cable. I never got around to using the smaller pocket near the headstock but that's there also. Plenty of handles and different ways to carry it. One of the big things I liked about the bag was the fact that the bottom of the bag is wide, flat and maintains its shape. What that means is I can lean the case up against a wall with the bass inside and it doesn't want to roll off to one side and fall down. Overall, well worth the money. For a gig bag I think there's no reason to look any further.edbeachwood

Specifications:

Reviews:
It's not pricey and not meant to protect from everything…..but as a storage bag at home or to take to practice or a local gig here and there it's totally fine. The big pocket is great for cables and a tuner to store in there. Also the back pack straps are a nice feature for this price level. Go for it!
I noticed on the inside there is some extra material to protect the strings and pickups from whatever it is you put in the pocket of the gig bag. It's not a lot of extra material but it's something. I like how it has two straps to go over each shoulder rather than one diagonal strap that clamps your neck with most bags. Overall, it's worth what you're paying when it comes to protecting what's inside it.Max

Reviews:
The Vertigo is about as good as it gets for gigbags. The top load design really give way to protecting the body of the bass. This case provides more protection than any other gigbag Ive used. I make sure I zip it up when not in use, so stuff doesnt get down in to the bottom of the case. With a traditional fully unzippable case, you can open it up and see the whole area, easily cleaning it. With the Vertigo, you have to take a little extra effort to make sure it stays clean. I love how you can just slip the bass in and the neck holder does a great job of keeping it secure. Ill be offering this case as an upgrade on the basses I build. It doesnt have as many pockets as the other hi-end gigbags such as the ProTec Contego, so you have to buy the extra snap on case to carry stuff like effect pedals or a direct box.gregory1041
This is the best bag to date that I own. Scored it at $190 and free shipping! Safe and secure, I added a tsa bag lock which fit great through the zippers. Very spacious front pocket that is great for holding various cables, books or even my wireless. There is a small netted pocket inside of the larger one, but the design is flawed for holding smaller items. It is a weird boomerang shape that allows items to slide down the side. If youre looking for a great, safe, well built bag for holding a strap, cable, tuner and possibly a small collapsible bass stand then this one will get the job done! I also picked up the tick for easier access for business cards, a soft cloth, some tools and my primary cable. Now its a portable office!ocdman2012
Superb bass gigbag. Offers excellent protection, while being light and portable. Very well made, quality design and material. Particularly like the "boot", top loading design and hard wearing "sharkskin" exterior. Quite pricey but worth it to protect a prized instrument. Would prefer internal lining to be tauter and tougher, maybe stitched and quilted. Would buy again and particularly recommend to gigging players using cars or public transport.Mr G. S.

It's adequate. Not really bad. but not really that good. It provides minimal protection like most gig bags but it has some large and very spacious external pockets. Personally I would recommend spending a few more dollars and getting the World Tour Deluxe Gig Bag. The padding is much more substantial and the zippers are of a higher quality. Summary: For $20 it ain't bad. Visually the giant American flag graphic is really cool.shellback1995

19. Gator Gt-Bass-Tan Transit Series Bass Guitar Gig Bag – Tan
Product Details:
Gator's transit series bass gig bags are designed to fit bass guitars up to 44 in. long, and feature a durable, weather-resistant blended fabric on the outside while keeping your guitar safe with 20 mm thick foam padding and a plush, micro-fleece interior lining. unlike most gig bags, the transit series gig bag has a rigid interior within its frame for more case-like protection, especially designed for protecting the headstock, neck and bottom. the padding is also adjustable and removable to better accommodate your particular axe. other cool features include thick rubber tread on the bottom to prevent wear, a large zippered pocket on front for your necessary accessories, padded, removable backpack straps for easy transport or a molded, padded handle for a more secure, comfortable grip. it's even got several d-rings for clipping more accessories, making this a convenient gig bag for the musician on the go.
Reviews:
Pros: Super nice looking (I got the gray). Stiffer than other gig bags, has an adjustable neck support inside, and has more padding around headstock and base – all of this will offer really good protection. Rubberized base is great if you have to set the bag down on wet or muddy ground. I also like the pocket for the backpack straps, so you can tuck them away if you're not using them. Roomy main pocket for all of the gear. Nice sturdy handle. Cons: Zipper pulls seem less sturdy and neck pocket is only good for capo, picks, and other thin things. We'll see how long it lasts with heavy use, but so far I am liking the bag a lot.Kim
This case is advertised to fit numerous solid body electrics, it should do just fine. The wanna-be Tele copy I am building fits well, my Gibson SG is OK in there as well. I thought I'd just see if the SG fit, it has a Gator hard case it lives in. There's a number of pockets and storage places with zipper closures, and several carry on your body or handle options. The interior has a few removable, and / or moveable spacers held in place with velcro, to fit various body sizes and neck lengths. Even a convenient D ring at the top of the case to hang on a hook or something. The exterior fabric appears to be a tough material, the interior is fairly plush. The sides are not solid, but let's call them resilient, to say the least! Typical Gator Case build quality, I'm glad I bought it. On another note, kudos to the Sam Ash customer reps, who helped resolve a shipping mixup over the Christmas rush. Having a problem with a shipment is one thing, how it gets resolved is what's important, and even though it took a while what with Christmas rush and New Year in the middle of the weeks, eventually the troubles got fixed. They did what they said they were going to do, and that's good enough for me!Loren
PROS: I'm really happy with this case. I wanted something higher quality and nicer looking to go with my beautiful new Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 (which came without a case). I was torn between the black and the beige versions but the beige turned out to be really cool. A little different from the norm and very classy. Materials are great, build quality is great. Obviously, this gig bag is designed for flexibility with many different guitars, so it's not absolutely form-fitting, but it has extra padding that you can manipulate however you like for a really snug fit with your guitar. It also has lots of nice little pockets. CONS: My ONLY gripe is that the laptop pocket has the zipper at an angle, which looks cool but actually shaves off enough room so that my 15" Macbook Pro just barely misses fitting in. If only they had made the zipper straight across instead of at an angle, my mid-sized laptop would have fit in perfectly. There's still a flap that I can secure over it, but I'd feel more comfortable if I could get that zipper closed too. Oh well. 13" and below should easily fit. OVERALL: Highest quality gig bag I've come across. I know that there are one or two other brands that make high end gig bags like this, but the ones I've seen are bulkier and more geared towards being almost hardshell case stand-ins. This bag will not replace your hardshell case at all, but it is the undisputed king of "gig bags." More supportive and far more attractive than anything else I've come across.BF
20. Protec Ctg233 Bass Guitar Contego Pro Pac Case
Product Details:
The contego pro pac is a highly protective case incorporating the features of a gig bag. this is important to know when choosing a new case for your guitar as bag manufacturers often classify their bags as “cases.” the entire case is made of shock absorbing multilayer multi-density foam with the addition of an ultra-strong lightweight honeycomb frame along the perimeter designed to deflect impacts. the honeycomb frame also reduces bulk, giving the contego a slim protective profile. the exterior features water-resistant 1680 ballistic nylon, 2 large gusseted storage pockets, head stock pocket, thickly padded backpack straps, long-lasting custom zippers, quicklock, and a padded handle wrap with strong long-lasting rope handles. the interior is lined with soft padded nylex and features an adjustable neck block with a zippered storage pocket, puncture-resistant lid patches, and 2 adjustable suspension pads to protect the end pin area. the ultimate case at an incredible value!
Reviews:
There are a lot of brands of good quality gig bags out there. But this ProTec Contego is one of the best, simplest and most well made cases available. It is durable, ergonomic, and relatively light weight. I still have my 4 year old Contego and it still looks brand new…and I gig a LOT as a professional bassist in Chicago and abroad. ProTec has only improved upon a great thing with this newer version of the Contego. Very happy with my purchase!K2
