Reviews:
This is the best of the best when it comes to top quality gig bags. There's a reason top guitarists like Ariel Posen and Matt Schofield use Reunion Blues. If you have a top end guitar it's worth paying the extra to make sure you look after it when on the go.Reviewed by Andertons Music Co.
It is sturdy, lightweight, very comfortable to carry around (I love the two straps), and easy to clean. I took it to my first show, and it protected my guitar really well. I am going to travel with it, and I am leaving my hard case at home.Reviewed by Andertons Music Co.
I Needed to replace my flight case for my Telecaster Deluxe and thought i would try this out. Hot Dog am I pleased I gamble on this. This thing is so durable and secure it is unreal. The movable padding in the base to stop your tail button from smashing is great. The back pack straps seem super sturdy and well built. I can safely say I will be buying another one of these cases for my other guitar, and for all other guitars I buy in the future. I cannot praise this case enough.Christopher C.

Reviews:
I picked this up for my ESP LTD B206 and it’s perfect. It’s super snug so your instrument doesn’t move around. I love the neck support with Velcro enclosure to secure the instrument. I also appreciate the end pin padding. I keeps the end pin from poking through the bag. Well built and durable. On top of all that AMS matched a lower price I found online and I’m using the payment option. Fast shipping…I received it in 2 days so I was ready for Sunday worship service. Thanks again AMS!!!MO Oliver
I love this case. I always bring two guitars in case of broken strings, and different songs call for different sounds. Having both in one bag makes load in and out a breeze. my only con would be the straps need to be wider. two guitars no matter how light are heavy and wider straps would be better.Leon
Sturdy, lightweight, looks cool, and easy to transport! Doesn't have an enormous amount of storage but the big pocket is roomy enough for cables, tablet, etc. It's smaller than the the other dual bags I looked at and you'd be forgiven if you thought it was a bag for a single acoustic guitar at first glance. Inside it's nothing fancy but it holds the guitars in well and the material is the type that won't leave fuzz on your instrument. Well worth the money if you need to take 2 guitars along with you to gigs or practice. It's the perfect balance of good protection without being overly bulky or expensive. Check them out!AJB
4. Reunion Blues Rbcb4 Continental Voyager Electric Bass Guitar Case
Product Details:
When reunion blues "launched" the rb continental back in 2008 (literally, from the top of a three story building) they had no idea that they would be the vanguard of a new era in protective cases that would transform the expectations of professional and hobbyist musicians all over the world. with the rb continental voyager series, they are excited to up the ante once again. reunion has refined and revised their shock absorbing and impact-resistant flexoskeleton with an efficient internal structure that maintains their high standard of protection while reducing weight and bulk dramatically. they have further articulated their quadraweave exterior with a modern black heather texture that wears well and looks great. reunion has also re-designed the interior bracing system with an adjustable neck block and the addition of user-configurable protector pads at the endpin. all of the great ergonomic features of the original rb continental are evident and even improved in the new voyager series. reunion's zero g handle still feels as weightless as ever, but they have added an edge seam to improve longevity and durability. their adjustable, hideaway backpack is even more comfortable than ever. most importantly, reunion has consistently maintained their high standards for quality craftsmanship that they established back in the 1970s when they created the first professionally accepted gig bag. reunion uses industrial-grade high-tensile thread, reversed water-resistant zippers, abrasion and scuff resistant corded edges and seams, eva backed material and internally reinforced structure in those high stress areas. often imitated, but never equaled, the rb continental voyager guitar case will protect your axe in style for years to come.
Reviews:
It looks sturdy and feels sturdy, but its heavy and the finish its a little not that good special when you open all the way the gig bag doesn't open very well it pops up when you open it all the way…
Very good protection . My old incase bag was nice but I did notice the tuners were way to close to edge and tight in bag . This bag has more impact room inside if it takes a hit . It is about 4" longer than what I was used to using . My bass is custom made and a bit smaller body than average but it fits safely in it . The way the backpack straps work actually are pretty comfortable with my neck issues . I thought maybe I would need more storage compartments , but then I decided not to drag more unnecessary stuff around in it . LOLMike
When I received the bag I honestly didn't know what to make of it. I've only had hard cases and a couple of cheap gig bags. I didn't fully appreciate it until I put my bass and all my stuff in it… a couple of cords, a notebook, tuner and my amp head on Mark bass Nano fit in the storage areas. It had more storage than I expected. It actually stretched slightly over a period of a few weeks to fit my music man bass. It is very evident that this is a well thought-out product. It also is easy to understand how this will take 30 to 40 years of experience to achieve the level of quality that reunion Blues has. I couldn't be happier or more impressed, and for the for the price it exceeded all my expectations.Rod
5. Gator Gc-Lps Deluxe Guitar Case
Product Details:
This item was returned in mint condition. it is free of any performance issues, and has no scratches, blemishes, or other cosmetic flaws. the gator gc-lps deluxe guitar case is made from the finest abs plastic with an ultra-strong extruded aluminum valance. the interior is created from eps foam giving ultimate support, and then covered in plush to completely pamper your craved-top single cutaway electric guitar. the hardshell case has an interior accessory space for storage and includes lockable latches.
Reviews:
Well made for the money. The picture doesn't really show the quality, but it's there. My Gibson SG standard fits a little loose, but not enough to move around with the lid closed. Latches seem to be solid and not to cheaply made like other competitors product. It gets five stars. Musiciansfriend get five stars also because they made the entire sales process very simple and direct. Thanks for the great job!!!!Tommyb
Sound: N/A Features: The separate interior compartment was one of the reasons for the purchase but nothing fit. Gibson Les Paul Standard doesn't fit. The neck isn't supported thus causing the body to rock back and forth. Kramer Assault 220+ does not fit. Same problem with the neck as the LP. PRS SE Fredrik Akesson doesn't fit because the body is too thick. Ease of Use: N/A Quality: The outer plastic case material felt thin and flimsy. It'll probably protect your guitar during daily carry but I don't think it'll survive an impact. The latches and hinges are terrible. The latch metal and plating is rough and sharp on the edges. All the latch pivot pins are bowed, I suspect from tension keeping the cover closed tight. The hinges are mounted slightly crooked with the middle hinge mounted on a curve so the edges stick out. All around poor selection of hardware and poor workmanship. The blown foam interior is smaller that the case leaving a 1/4 inch space all the way around. The plush interior hides this gap but it's significant. One of the desiccant packets was open inside (?!) and a few of the little pellets are now rolling around underneath … which means there's airspace underneath! I though it was solid foam? Guess not. Value: I'm not sure what fits in this case … properly … but for $109, its quality and workmanship is marginal and a far cry from the PRS hard case I tried for $177. I would put this in the $60 range but maybe I'm expecting too much. Manufacturer Support: N/A The Wow Factor: It looked good until I actually got it in my hands. Overall: Overall, not worth it. Very poor construction. Not sure what fits. Returning it.Paul
The case is road worthy, and does its job of protecting my guitar! As a touring musician (to any musician), that is what matters most. It is a simple good looking case and I am very pleased that I bought it!I've had it for a couple of months, and have traveled and performed through 3 states with it. I live in Florida and deal with weather that is very humid and big up and down temperature changes during the winter and spring months and the case still looks new and continues to keep my guitar safe!Gene M

Reviews:
I checked out a lot of cases, read a lot of reviews, talked to many musicians before springing for this high end case. It's definitely the best out there. The designers dropped it from an upper story window and the uke inside was unscathed after landing on concrete. Plus it looks great and has a decent- sized side pocket for tuners, picks, capos, back-up strings, etc. The only drawback is that it's quite a bit heavier than I anticipated.noonieann
This bag is extremely well made with a tough exterior, plush lining, and provides secure neck support. Extremely well padded. It fits my Gibson Army/Navy style mandolin perfectly. It's a little thicker than necessary, which makes sense since it's a uke bag. The double shoulder straps work great. All in all, I'm very pleased.wd8jol

Reviews:
I give this bag only 3 stars because unless Gator upgraded the bag or is making it in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase. I bought one of these for a Sterling by Music Man bass as I was under the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). As the photos indicate, this bag will work for a Fender P Bass, but the Fender FB620 is a better bag for that and other Fender bass guitars while presently costing 10 less than the Gator while offering better protection and features. The Gator GB-4G seems to be more of a universal fit bag accommodating a wider range of sizes. The thing it seemed to have going for it the most was its zipper which seemed heavy duty. I say "seemed" because I returned the bass and so the bag as well.Vice
I bought a used guitar for back porch jamming. Needed a gig bag that didn't cost more than the guitar ,but would keep it safe and clean. Stopped at Sam ash because I was certain they had a variety of gig bags. Not my first visit or purchase. The Gator gig bag I chose is the economy for dreadnought guitars by Gator. Great price for my budget and well made. This bag is perfect for my needs. Easy carry and my guitar is covered.Just enough padding in all the right places for my guitar. Also accessory zipper compartment.Lindy
Very nice overall. It feels sturdy and should protect my guitar well. The only issue I had right out of the box was the stitching that connects one of the clips to the backpack strap was starting to unravel. Luckily, I have someone in myhouse hold who can sew and was able to mend it, otherwise I would have sent it back for a replacement. I just hope the rest of the materials stay securely in place.Stan the Man

I'm giving this bag only 3 stars on account of the price increase; for it used to cost about 4-5 less than the Fender FE620 but now costs about 10 more than? Unless it has improved features or is being made in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase as the FE620 gig bag provides better protection and features (for Strat size guitars anyway). I purchased one in May 2021 and only because as I was of the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). I should have sized things up beforehand since the Sterling by Music Man Cutlass I bought the bag for is essentially a slightly shorter, slightly sleeker version of a Strat (for which the FE620 was made). The best thing the Gator bag seemed to have going for it was the zipper which seemed rather heavy duty while mesh pockets on the front of a gig bag aren't particularly practical while being subject to tearing/ripping. As you can see by the photos, there's too much room in the bag for a Strat size guitar (though one might be able to insert the headstock into the bag's internal top pocket to prevent the guitar from sliding around too much in the bag). The Gator GB-4G ELEC Series Gig Bag is more of a universal fit bag better suited for guitars longer and/or wider than a Strat.Vice

Great price for my budget and well made. This bag is perfect for my needs. Easy carry and my guitar is covered.Just enough padding in all the right places for my guitar. Also accessory zipper compartment.Lindy

Reviews:
I still give this a 5star rating. For the price it's excellent. It's very comfortable to carry. The latches are easy to use. It's durable, much better constructed than a case that sells for $30 less that I looked at. It fits my 35" string length MTD 5-string with length to spare. Drawbacks: Obviously no concealed compartment inside so everything is visible when you open it at a gig, so a pouch for those private items is useful. (The lid seals the two aux compartments so things don't fly around loose.) I have to rotate the top tuner flat or the tuner rests on the bottom of the case (something to remember and never forget although not really major). "TSA Approved" implies you'd be flying with this thing… not a custom fit case to careful inner packing would need to be considered, right?Steve
I was looking for a case for my Sterling Ray 34 bass. I saw a previous review on here stating that they bought one for their Ray 34, and that it fit perfectly. So I bought it based on that. It fits darn near perfectly. Nice long neck support. 2 rather large storage compartments. Plush (chocolate colored) interior. And the TSA latches are tight and secure. If your looking for a nice, reasonably affordable case to protect your investment. Don't hesitate to give these cases a shot.Bill
Well the measurements were accurate and there was some padding that helped with enough space for my large bass guitar. A B.C. Rich Mockingbird bass ('84) that has a strange and beautiful shape to it. But many cases don't fit it. Some custom cases are hundreds more than this one and I'm thankful that it fits well. A little tight on the lower horn but it fits! I like the two spaces for misc. stuff. The light is a great added feature but haven't really used it yet. But nice to have it for that situation where you will need it. Its sufficiently different on the outside from a similar model so there is no confusion between my 2 basses.leonardo_rhema

Decent gig bag, especially when you consider the low price. Construction is very good and fits many of my electrics. I have gig bags that are much better, but they are 3 or 4 times the price. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the thin padding.JJRCANUCK
OK, who writes the questions for the reviews? "Is it enjoyable?" Really? For a gig bag I suppose it could be enjoyable… maybe? For MY review… These Glary made "Wayfinder" gig bags are not really made to protect a vintage / collectable guitar. They are made (In my humble opinion) for storage or shipping ANY guitar. I sell guitars for a living, and I buy these Wayfinder gig bags to pack / protect guitars for shipping. That said… These are the absolute best value for what they are. The padding is medium density 5MM P.E. foam (good enough for storage), and the outer shell is a fair choice of a Nylon material. The stitching is also a Nylon format, and the zipper is more than sturdy enough for a "snug fitting guitar". IF you need something to carry a guitar from place to place I would spend a FEW dollars more, and look at the Glary "Hard Shell" cases but IF you are storing or shipping guitars… I think these are the best value gig bag on the market. The price is low enough to give them away or it is low enough to keep your guitar(s) protected in storage. Do I recommend them? YES! I want them wholesale!zombie415.2009
I agree with a previous post that it is made for a 3/4” more than full size, however it will fit a full size. Just length wise it’s a bit of a stretch. My Jasmine S-35 did just that. As far as material and padding, you are getting $14 worth which is what I paid. Nylon material is a little lighter than others and the padding will protect from light dings while moving around but not more forceful impacts. All in all, it’s a good bag to transport your guitar from point A to point B such as classes, or to your practice spot or a friend’s house. If you want a bag to travel and throw around with the luggage and gear, maybe upgrade a little.jmedi

Reviews:
A brilliantly well made high quality guitar case that I specifically purchased for travelling. I often use the electric part of the case for carrying clothes whilst I travelling. Back straps are adequate, strong and comfortable to walk long distance between venues. All together I'm well pleasedTrevor B.
The zippers on these bags are junk. they need to use heavier top notch zippers. the zipper on the smaller compartment areas is too small for real usage. Not sure why they just dont use the larger zipper on EVERYTHING. The a 3 point velcro rings for the tick bag should be 4 point (it sags on the single point if the tick bag is packed). where they strap at the top with 2 points is good, but its a bit wonky on the single strap in the middle because what happens is if you are carrying the guitar by the handle the tick bag sags down at that point a little bit. The guitar bags are kinda spendy but if you've invested into it, then the company should go the extra mile.I just wonder how much these guys have really travelled gig after gig with these bags. They are better than most out there though but also a lot more money too. I just think they need to use better zippers and add better/stiffer sidewalls for the guitar cases. My rig is heavy and wonder how long the guitar bag shoulder straps will last too. They seem sturdy, and so far so good. I play a Les Paul and the case could have stiffer sides for a heavier guitar. If you play a Strat or Tele then you're probably OK. Also, the smaller compartments are pretty much usesless too. they try to compartmenalize everything and all they need to do is keep it simple becuase NOTHING fits into the tight little spaces inside the pockets, unless you carry a lot of pens? I like spaces large enough for a couple extra pre-amp tubes, and slides but most of the inside pocket spaces are way too small for anything except, sharpies, or cable tips? . Someone who designed it must have carried a lot of pens/sharpies around because nothing else fits into them. I'd rather see a single zipper or velco space where you can just stuff everything itno it. Overall its a decent bag and better than most gig bags but these arent inexpensive either. The larger compartment could open a bit wider too. Its pretty small compared to the picture.effective.edge
Hands down this has been the best gig bag i have ever purchased and likely the last until it has to be replaced. I had previous cheaper versions and they were just that, cheap. This MONO bag has been a huge upgrade and im so happy i made the decision to get it. The linning inside makes sure the finish is well protected and the neck strap and support block are such a great insurance knowing guitar is not going to swing around in the space. The storage is great holding all my cable (both 1/4 inch and Kemper pedal cable) In ears, picks, spare strings and even having both guitars loaded (An ESP telecaster and PRS 7 string) its not a bad weight evenly distributed when strapped on your back. Outer shell is extremely well made and looks like its going to stand up to the road well. Bottom has rubber treads to set it on the ground without worry. If your looking at it but are scared of the price dont be, after your first set you will be glad you got itDaniel
17. Skb 1skb-66 Electric Guitar Rectangular Case
Product Details:
New skb-66 skb hardshell case that fits left or right, strat and tele shaped guitars. case was purchased new and has been sitting in a home studio. it has never been out of a smoke-free home. re-designed exterior with larger bumper protected corners and contoured stacking points for added convenience. accommodates skb's patented tsa recognized and accepted trigger release latching system and a comfortable rubber over-molded handle the skb-66 is designed for traditional body styles, both left and right handed strat and tele type guitars. a thirty year standard in universal fit electric cases. with a fitted interior with full neck support and deluxe plush protection on all sides.
Reviews:
I was going to get the SKB-6 but did not like that it does not have body contours to hold the guitar body snug. This SKB-66 has nice contours that do hold the guitar body snug. The neck support section was a little tight at first. But then I realized the softest part of this case is down the middle of the top lid where the lid touches the neck and strings. That section appears the same as the rest but indeed has a semi firm/soft foam so it does not squash the neck and strings but holds the Pacifica snug with no wobble room at all. Even with the case latch closed I can push in and flex the case in that area. No pressure on the 5 way switch or knobs. I was a little skeptical of the fit prior to purchase because the Pacifica has a slightlt different body shape from a Fender Strat. But, it fits just right. Latches seem sturdy. This is my second SKB ABS case. The first one is still holding strong after 18+ years with a Tele style guitar in it.Sasquach
I have another SKB rectangular Case that has the Fender logo embossed with the TSA locks. That case fits my Strat and Tele much better. This case is a bit lighter but still nice quality, however, the neck support is so high in the case that when you place your guitar in the case, the whole guitar sits at an angle. The headstock lifts up out of the case as the body drops in. When you close the lid, the pressure forces the headstock down and the body up putting undue stress on the neck of the guitar. When I think "universal" case, I would expect it to fit a traditional Strat and Tele, but it does not.Don
I bought this for a Charvel Predator, and was worried what I was going to be receiving for the price, since I have received some pretty crappy ones only a little cheaper than this one. When I got it and opened it up, I couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the highest quality case I have ever bought. There is tons of storage inside. I originally bought it to ship a guitar safely out to Mike Learn for a paint job, but this case will be one I will keep forever. BUY THIS NOW!!! I may be buying one or two more for other guitars I have.simplydirectproducts

Purchased this case for my Fender Precision Bass. Mostly, will be kept in my studio, and occasionally on a few short gigs. Case seems sturdy, and I like the compartment size suitable for a strap, cable, etc. Also features a locking latch which is very handy. Pricewise, its a very nice case for my needs, without going into more expensive flight cases for touring. Very satisfied and should last for quite a while. Would buy this product again. Cheers!penlan-6941-us
Decent case for the money. Dimensions are a little off from whats advertised. Lower bout width is around 13-1/4 instead of 13-1/2 so my BC Rich Eagle fits a little snug. Overall, no more than I use it, itll work. Sure beats paying $300 for the actual BC Rich case. Also, if your headpiece sets at a steeper angle, it will put pressure on the headpiece. Depth is more for a Fender style headpiece.xv1700at3

Well the sales person Isiah is A great guy he was very helpful. However Jackson don't know enough about their Products. My guitar does not fit in the case. I wish it did because it's A great quality. I hope Jackson finds me the proper case for my Randy Rhodes flying VMarty Gibson PRS Man
This case is a tank. High quality build, and pleasing to the eyes. I bought it because is clearly says it's for Jackson RR and King V guitars. What they dont tell you. Is that the RRX24MG7, which has a 26.5 inch scale and is too long. I bought the case anticipating my guitar's arrival, been starting at it for 2 weeks. Guitar came today, DOESNT FIT!Griz
I needed a case for my Jackson King V Pro guitar. I wasn't sure what to get. I am used to slim line cases and wasn't sure about this one. But I felt that to get a perfect fit, I had better go with the Jackson case. When it arrived, I was overwhelmed by the girth and general bulk of it. I almost returned it as I have limited space. However I don't like to rehash all the work and thought it takes with product searches so I went ahead and put my axe in there. I'm used to tilting my hard cases vertically against the wall and letting the guitar fall into the case, and opening it and pulling them out vertically. Its easier than lying it flat etc. However with this case, there is very little depth. So much so, that the V will fall out of the case if you have it open vertically. The safe way is to lay the case on a table or on the floor to make sure this doesn't happen. For a guitar that cost 900, I was expecting more depth in the case. A 1.5 inch depth adjustment would be enough but… However once shut, the case does have some positives vs other slimmer hard cases. For one, there is a lot of padding on both sides of the case giving you excellent protection. Second, the case stands on its legs vertically without tipping over giving you excellent balance for vertical storage which I do often. (just gotta remember to lay it flat to open and take out the guitar). It also has leg supports to lay on its narrow side, as well as flat. And it looks elegant. Very Road Tough Case for the King V. If you can get past the bulk of it and the fact that you have to lay it flat to get your guitar out. Then Get it because its Built like a Brick House!Chris

This Bag had more padding than I expected, based on the Reviews. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it for regular Gigging, Traveling etc. But for around the house, taking your Guitar to practice it's fine. The Fender logo in Red is a classy touch. Of not, my Squier Mustang was a Very tight fit in this Bag. Better than the store brand bags for sure!Terry
Light weight gig bag, very good value for money. As you would expect at this price the gig bag does not offer the same protection as more expensive options.Reviewed by Andertons Music Co.
The design of the gig bag makes it more suitable for right handed guitars. My left handed tele deluxe has to be put in backwards because of the angled top on the bag. Why couldn’t they make it with a straight top? It’s bad enough being left handed for guitars without unnecessary non-ambidextrous designs of gig bags! Not impressed, FenderReviewed by Andertons Music Co.
