This guitar was affordable. I shaved off 2mm from the bridge to make it closer to the height I'm used to. It plays easy, it sounds good and it looks great. My Alvarez sounds better only because it is bigger. This is one solid guitar. I will have another one. I admit I was a little hesitant to purchase online without having the ability to play it first. I have extremely small hands an this fits like a glove. Neck is very nice maple with rosewood fret. Smoother finish with no fret sprout whatsoever. The tuners work very well stayed in tune. String through back. Not a single flaw in the finish . I owned one of these guitars for 2 years and was very please. I bought it new online and wrote an extensive review at that time.This is a brief followup. It held a tuning for an exceptional length of time. It had nice sound amplified but don't plan to play it acoustically 'cause it doesn't produce much sound….more like the Strat I once owned. My only negative comment is that it was not balanced….I had to use a strap even when sitting down. My encounter with Washburn products was very positive.rxroger
When I first received it, it was sure Pretty in the box. Once I got it out of the wrapper it was even prettier. I gave it a strum and of course it was a bit loose so I tuned 'er up. Still, yuck!! But after adjusting the intonation she plays and sounds real nice. The strings are heavier than I like but that is no problem. Overall, it's a good deal.madavis76281

I had to disassemble one and reassemble it. It didn't turn at all. The other three are so so. Also, the entire uke vibrates when you play it. I bought this guitar because I wanted a cheaper camp fire guitar and love it. I changed the strings to Elixir and filed the saddle down as well as tightened the neck adjustment and it plays as well as my electric guitar..i play it often. I am happy with it. sound quality matches my more expensive guitars..123ford5
