One of martin s best kept secrets, the hd-35 is based on the legendary d-35 with a three-piece back, a bound fingerboard, and the added classic look of herringbone trim around the top perimeter. this rare instrument has received a well deserved revamp in 2018, updated with scalloped top braces for tone, and a modified low oval neck with narrow taper for ultimate playability. the hd-35 combines a sitka spruce top with east indian rosewood back and sides, resulting in pure martin tone enhanced with strong bass.

A new guitar i haven't had an opportunity to play much due to some hand surgeries shortly after purchase. one of the first of the new reimagined hd28's of 2018. it has a nice and even tight grain all the way across and opposing cross silking that is even in density and spacing from top to bottim.not splotchy or faded anywhere. beautiful rw and unblemished one color ebony with with the diamonds and squares inlays. i put a set of bone bridge pins on it.plastic originals are in the case. a very fine martin indeed. the tone is 100% martin. crisp clear, loud,resonate,swelling looming and blooming, just a really nice one. no, it has no scratches or buckle rash. professionally set up.low action, no buzzing and plays like a dream.

Beautiful and easy-playing martin 000-10e. this guitar is in great shape and is ready for a new home. 100% solid wood, top, back and sides! the sapele wood looks amazing and offers a smooth, warm tone that is a great compliment to the voice. i compared this head-to-head to a martin 000-15 in-store, and believe it or not, i preferred this road series! the neck is a slim oval shape, and with nice low action (plenty of adjustment room left) this guitar is awesome for someone who plays a lot of electric and is looking for a similar feeling neck and playability. the electronics are great – no ugly mounting on the side of the guitar, just a simple volume, tone, and digital tuner in the soundhole. condition-wise, there are a few minor/difficult to see nicks and dings. there are scratches on the pickguard (of course!). frets are in good shape at 90% life imo. high-end martin gigbag included!
