I bought this pedal board in 2018 after looking at other brands (pedal train $200-$300 for same size). Comes with heaps of velcro tape, probably more than you'll ever need. I also purchased the JOYO JP04 power supply and RD1 pedal flight case. $327 total..(in 2018) What a bargain. Every bit as good as the Botique brands, but Sooo much cheaper. Up and coming quality Chinese brand Joyo's RDB2 pedalboard is a Pedaltrain 2 (original) clone for a fraction of the big brand name price without sacrificing quality, features or aesthetic finish. It's just a practical, fully featured mid sized pedalboard, perfect for home or gigging. I like the fact that you can buy it without any case, although the Joyo hard case combo is simply stunning value too. It comes enclosed in bubblewrap with an elastic power supply retaining strap and two rolls of 5cm wide hook and loop (1 of ea) adhesive backed velcro inside Joyo's protective cardboard shipping box. Praise must go to Artist Guitars too for their RMA return handling. Upon receipt I discovered a cosmetic repair issue with the board I had received. I immediately contacted Artist Guitars. The ethos of any company, but particularly an online store can always be gauged by how they handle it and the customer when a problem occurs. In this instance, the entire RMA returns and replacement process couldn't have gone more smoothly or been facilitated any better. Two thumbs up for Artist Guitars and my new Joyo RDB2 pedal board. Overall: First, be aware that you are getting the smaller version of this pedalboard (the M model #) for the $99.99 price point. I misunderstood and though the board came in a kit with both the L and M side panels to customize the board yourself. I was wrong, it came with the M board and it was pre-assembled. It's a sturdy board that looks good and has a well thought out design. My Walrus Aetos power supply barely fits under the rear panel, but it works. It comes with everything you need to attached your pedals and the carrying case seems to be good quality. This is my second NuX Bumblebee pedal board and this has to be one of the best values and highest quality board and bag out there. I have no idea why the others cost so much more relative to what you get here. Solid and stable. The slats are adjustable, allowing for a variety of set up possibilities. Using the second, back level for pedals also allows you to easily put your power supply, always-on pedals (like a buffer) under that section. The sides are also designed so many power supplies and cables can be routed out thru the sides – a feature a lot of boards lack. The carry bag is excellent quality and it even comes with spare bolts, wire management clips and 3M Dual Lock tape. Either size of this pedal board is a great value.Rob

Plenty of space for MXR wah, Fender Marine Reverb, Radial ABY, Boss Tuner and Supro Tremolo footswitch. Will add an Overdrive Boost and a Leslie pedal. Good documentation, leads and Velcro. I was looking for a compact board for just a few pedals. I was looking at the Pedaltrain Nano and the MONO Lite because I wanted something that could fit in my MONO Guitar Tick. As much as I like Pedaltrain boards, their bags are junk and nice padded bags can cost as much as the board they carry. While the Dingbat Small is a bit bigger than the PT Nano, it came with what appeared to be (and is) a nice padded soft case at a price equivalent to the MONO Lite Plus without the case. Construction is very similar to the MONO: a bent aluminum sheet with holes for routing cables. One nice feature of the Dingbat is that it is built to accommodate a wide range of Voodoo Lab power supplies. Since I happened to have a VL 4×4 on hand, that was both convenient and cost-saving for me. Since I've made such a big deal of how a padded bag is included, I'll talk a little about it. It's form-fitting but has a good bit of extra space so you can stash extra goodies on top of or beneath the board when it's in the bag. With that extra space, it has velcro straps that help keep the board from shifting while in the case. Padding is quite good. It's no flight case but it'll help protect your board when thrown in the back of a car. The outer covering isn't quite as indestructible as on my MONO cases but I expect it to hold up for some time. Voodoo Lab does sell replacement cases so if I wear this one out, at least I can get another.Alec
Just finished setting up my Dingbat Large pedalboard and overall, I am satisfied with the product. I own a couple of Pedaltrain boards as well, so I was able to compare them to the Dingbat. I am happy with both brands. The boards are well-made, sturdy and provide practical solutions for using multiple pedals. There is one major difference (in my opinion) that distinguishes them. Pedaltrain boards have slots that span the entire length of the board making it very easy to set up your cables. However, this design sometimes makes it a little more challenging securing certain pedals with velcro because there may be less surface area. On the other hand, the Voodoo Lab Dingbat has much smaller slots for setting up your cables. I found this to be a bit more challenging because many of the holes are covered up by your pedals (especially larger pedals), so I had to be more creative in figuring out where my cables should go. However, this was certainly not a "deal killer." It just required a little more thought. Also, the Dingbat has more surface area so my smaller pedals are generally more secure. Both brands offer good soft cases. But I like the fact that the Dingbat case has internal straps that provide more secure packaging for traveling with your rig. I replaced both of my Pedal Train pedal boards a few years ago with T-Rex Tone Trunks. I prefer the design and layout of the T-Rex. However, the T-Rex 56 comes with a poorly made, cheap bag…virtually no padding and terrible zippers, all which have broken and I had to fix on multiple occasions. When i got tired of looking around for a "suitcase" or something else that might fit the board without being too cumbersome, i found the Mono 2.0. i have already 2 mono guitar cases which have held up wonderfully to lots of abuse. i expect this to do the same. I used this board to set up my small keyboards and audio "toys". They fit perfect and the measurement provided by SA are spot on. The case feels solid and durable. My only issue is that the rubber feet on the outside of the case are on the deeper side of the case. If you want to use the thin side of the case as an actual board like I am, the feet on the outside of the case will be on the wrong side. This would also be important if you were using it for pedals because I imagine that the feel help with sliding on the ground. I use mine on a keyboard stand so I have no issue with this. But when I close the case up, you naturally stack it with the feet on the ground. When you do this and everything is mounted to the top, it's all upside down! Again, for me, not a big deal. But worth mentioning. Good price, good case, good purchase for me.
I received this yesterday, which is about 4 day after I ordered it. Very happy with shipping speed. It is made as good as any box I've ever had and it looks good too. Made with sturdy materials and parts. The top/bottom (thin side) was a little deep for my Boss GT-8 so I cut down the Styrofoam packing and slipped it in for a perfect fit. It was a little deep in the other side, but some foam pieces took care of that. It also has extra room for power cables and such. I'm confident this will protect my gear for a long time. The only issue I find is the feet are on the deep side. If your looking to use this as a stage for your board, you'll need to move them to the shallow side. Not a big deal. I had some small black screws that worked well to fill the holes when I moved the feet. This is a quality case at an excellent price.
This case is designed upside down. A pedal board case should have the thin side on the bottom so that you can remove the lid and keep the pedals in the tray. So the rubber feet should live on the thin half of the case and the thick part should be considered the "lid". Aside from this design flaw, this is a nice and well built case and I will continue to use it. The size is perfect and the construction is nice. Good price and fast delivery!

If you are like me and like to use lots of pedals, this is an excellent board at an excellent price. Very solid and easy to transport. The closing mechanism is not the best but it does the job once you get used to it. In the configuration on my picture I go from the top row to the bottom row, right to left in both cases so I can have my looper in a practical position but you could also do bottom first and top second. There is one long wire to go from the end of a row to the beginning of the next row, one medium wire to start or end the chain and enough short wires to connect all the pedals. The quality of the cables might not be the best as I had one that became faulty on another Behringer board (the PB600 with 6 pedals) but they are easily replaceable if they fail. There is also an extra power in the chain (so totally 13) so you could add an extra pedal at the top right or a cry baby on the floor outside.michel_decary

This is my first pedalboard so don't have anything to compare it with. I went for this free routing model and glad I did as makes cable routing easy and tidy. Its a very sturdy board, its easy to adjust the angle of the board and it looks nice. The Smart Track feature is a nice idea but to be honest isn't really that great in practice. The clips are quite wide so you do lose a fair bit of space on the board. Pedals are not really that secure either especially if the pedals have shiny coatings. I don't gig yet and the plan with this was to get something to tidy up the pedals I use in my practice area. It achieves that perfectly but if I did start taking the pedal board other places I'd definitely secure the pedals with hook and loop to be on the safe side. I'd recommend getting this board but the hook and loop versions rather than the smart track ones.

Been using this unit w/ Boss Tuner, FDR Reverb, DD3 Delay. Sometimes I switch out and put in my RC3 or a Boss Distortion. Only gripe is that I have several other pedals that won't fit. E-H and TC Electronic. I would like to see Boss have the slots movable so you can fit non-Boss pedals. Good unit though, have had no issues for several years on my Acoustic gigs. Would recommend.
Bought one of these for a Boss tuner, distortion, and chorus. NONE of the pedals will simply "snap" into place. Believe me – I forced and shoved, and pleaded. In the end, I had to shave a bit of the plastic off the notches to squeeze the pedals in. If these were third party pedals, I'd have expected it. But these are BOSS pedals. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. Great little compact pedalboard. Im not a tone junkie so I only ever run 3 pedals so this rig is perfect for me. Securely holds my 3 boss pedals and leaves them hooked up, set and ready to go. Get to practice or the show, pull the top off the board, line in, line out, plug in 9v adapter and youre ready to play. Board comes with 9v pigtail and 2 jumper wires. Jumper wires seem kind of cheap but for such a low price for everything you cant expect greatness. All in all a great weapon to have in your arsenal.VINSANEtm
