This heat press would not swivel for me unless you put a ton of force on it! I contacted the seller and then they wanted pictures and videos. They then sent me a video back in another language on how to disassemble and clean the machine (I should not have to do this). I tried their suggestion but couldn’t get it to work for me still. So I was putting the machine back together and ended up pinching my finger and taking out a huge piece of tissue. I purchased this heat press to print DTF transfers on Volunteer Polo Shirts – a logo on the front breast and a large print on the back. I was concerned that the buttons on the front of the shirt would interfere with the large platen when I pressed the logo but found that the Plate Attachment was PERFECT for pressing this piece as it only covers the logo. The only thing I find annoying is that the 2 bottom pads are NOT fixed to the machine and move about a lot when positioning the shirts. Overall, an excellent purchase that i would recommend.
I ordered this heat press and it arrived defected. I contacted the seller and told them that it will not swing like it is suppose to. They responded 24 hours later and asked for video proof. I sent video proof and then they responded another 24 hours later asking “Does it turn on” “Is it loose” after I told them the only defect was that it will not swing at all no matter how hard we try (after we followed all directions and even watched videos to make sure we did everything right). I think it’s completely ridiculous that I have to even go through this whole thing to make a return… even if it wasn’t defected I feel like I should be able to make a return no questions asked. Now since they take a day to respond I have had a huge heat press that DOES NOT WORK in my way and I lost nearly $200. Just buy a heat press on amazon. They have better cheaper ones and plus you can make a return so much easier than this.HG

I like to make my childrens birthday shirts and I had to throw away my old mini iron because it burnt my shirts.It was NOT this company! This one does a beautiful job and I highly recommend! I put pressure onto the garment for about 15 or 20 seconds and then I check to see if the vinyl stuck. It came in the date range stated so all is good, just not Prime 2 day as stated.

I bought this heat press to sublimate on tshirts. It has a smaller footprint than other heat presses on the market, which I needed. The pressing area is smaller than other presses, but I didn't need one that big. It heats evenly and comes with easy to read instructions. The heat up time is longer than I expected, but once it is hot, it stays hot over the entire surface.BooBooBanana
It was ready to go right out of the box. It is heavy so place it somewhere sturdy. The handle is a little heavy but usable. The 9 x 12 space has been good for tshirts, even my husband's size 2 XL. The vinyl stays put. I love the heat press but not giving it five stars because while it is open it is hard to see the temperature.C Soto
This is my first heat press and I love it. The only set up involved was taking it out of the box and plugging it in. My iron-on projects look so much better than when I was using the heat iron. The vinyl appears to be a part of the material. The one thing I wish were produced differently is the option for increasing or decreasing pressure. However, that is a minor issue. I love using this press, it’s given me the ability to produce professional quality projects.
