More than I was expecting, but I already had one, so I have a spare now I guess. Plays perfectly, a bit squeaky, but that's about it. This game is the best guitar hero game ever, and that's including the new one that have out for the XBOX ONE. The graphics is the best of the series (before the XBOX ONE because of course that game is the best since it's just "live people"), the songs are great also. You really get a large variety of different music and it's A LOT of songs to play through. I am so thankful that I found one at such a cheap price and in this great of a condition. This piece was taken care of as far as dust, rust, wear and tear go. And completeness. It was missing the dongle which did make it a good bit cheaper. Thankfully, I had a copy of the same model. The copy that I had, the dongle worked but not the guitar. Good game with older songs. Not much fun on hard lvls with the sweet songs. Normal mode is do able it reminds me of play Simon says, with some good music and it's own little twist. I would recommend this to players if they doing the same thing over and overchristopher.w

I decided to buy this game because first of all this game was cheap and it game with the guitar which is really amazing and a way better upgrade then the guitar hero 3 guitar. The actual game on the other hand is a different story. The game itself actually has some pretty good songs on the game such as, Crazy Train, B.Y.O.B, Hotel California. It also has a music studio which i must say is pretty pointless unless you want to put your entire life into making something you can listen to. But it is fun to play crazy customs people online make. The graphics are also amazingly good everything is a step up from guitar hero 3 including the full band. The one thing i cannot stand about the game is the charts. Some of the songs are so stupidly charted. Not to mention the annoying purple notes which are supposed to help but indeed mess you up. The slide bar on the guitar was supposed to help but its kind of hard to use when you are in the middle of actually using it then all of a sudden it changes back to regular buttons. Rockband has actually got that part down. The singing on the game is pretty hard to the free form sections in vocals is idiotic. Because you have know idea what to sing and how to sing it. Also another error is you can't get a 100% on the song with vocals, which I have heard they have fixed in future games like Guitar Hero: Metallica, and Guitar Hero: Smash Hits. I have yet to experience the drum set. But i have heard the pads out of the box had problems with it. But this game is an Average to Below Average. I bought the guitar pack also before this. My guitar strum bar doesn't work from that one and the slide bar strums automatically. I bought this set for the drums and guitar, thinking it was just the individual controller's mistake last time. It works fine, but after maybe a half an hour of having it on, the strum bar strums for you in the game. The drums seem to have sensitivity problems, which can be fixed, but is very frustrating. The game is fun, but some songs seem very long and then at the very end, get hard; now, you've wasted about 6 minutes just to fail it. The presentation and songs, in my opinion, are not up to the standard Rock Band 2 set, especially with the abundance of downloadable content which personalizes the game more than fun, yet low quality song creation. The game looks great graphically, but the note track is small and looks less professional. The notes turn all the same color during a star power sequence, and if playing the drums without being used to the set-up, it can be somewhat confusing. I'm not sure about Rock Band 2's controllers compared to these, but my original Rock Band controllers are still functional. Three drums cracked, but hits still register, and the whammy bar is broken, but still can be used. Although the GHWT controllers can be sent in for a replacement, it is much easier just to avoid the game. Overall, the game is fun. Without some of the problems faced, most importantly the lacking hardware, this would be a great game.superunknown9

I used to play Guitar Hero when I was a teen so it's cool to be able to play it with my kids, and now on the Wii! (Didn't have the Wii back then LOL.) The graphics are really good and overall it has definitely improved since the earlier versions. Tons of great song choices and fun for the whole family to play. Why I bought it… Because of the free GH: Van Halen offer. Had it not have had that I would have just waited until the price dropped To me the setlist is bad and I figured GH:Mix would do the same thing the others did. I didn't think it would be any better than Guitar Hero World Tour GH:WT and definitely not as good as GH Metallica GH:M. I was right, again the song list had the worst choice of songs with the exception of 3 Doors Down, Iron, Maiden, and Bon Jovi. As for the graphics there quite a bite better than any of the others. The create a rocker is almost the same as in the past. Lot's of custimazation but very few decent hair choices. The chothes all all the same, might and I stress might be 2 or 3 new peices. But overall same old same old.. The competitive games are ok if you can play someone as good as you are you will have a blast. But for me it still gets old fast. I haven't tried the online portion of the game so I will not judge how that is. GH Mix: I thought for sure GH:M's GH Mix would not be beat. I am supprised to say I am wrong, for the most part. They almost out did them themselves on this. There needs to be more Metal tones, it's only got 2 good ones. I think there are way too many clean and oddball tones. They removed too many Keyboard tones as well. Back to the guitar though if you have GH:WT or GH:M I am sure you know what happens when you do quick power cord changes, you get that choppy cut sound. That was the only thing I had against GH:M's GH Mix and figured this one would be no different. I am very happy to say I was wrong. I tried everything I could to make it mess up but failed epicly. It isn't without problems though. After watching some videos on youtube of other peoples songs and thought that you could have power chords and lead on one chart, which would have been really cool. Sadly another dissapointment, all you can do is activate other notes so it just looks like you played the power chord. So that is an all but useless feature. GHTunes… Is like grass that never gets mowed… It would be half way neat if 99% of it wasn't crap… All you find on there is immpossible this or to hard that… GHTunes should have a "Remove it" feature where if the song gets enough of those votes it should be permemently removed from GHTunes… That would save alot of space and let all the good ones be heard. And thats pretty much it for my review of Guitar Hero 5. Ill end it with an over all rating on some of the aspects. Scale is 1 to 5 with 5 as best. Presentation: 3 Reminds me a lot of the older Guitar Heroes. Some new game modes but thats it. Graphics: 4 Very good graphics easily there best. The fret boards suck though. Its the same thing for all characters unlike the older GHs which where different. Gameplay: 2 Same old, same old, play each song once which is okay with me 96% of the songs I could only stand to play once anyway but it is getting old, Rock Band is far better. Sound: 3 Its only getting a 3 from me because it has Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden and 3 Doors Down on it. You can also play the DLC from GH:WT. Other than that this setlist should be balled up thrown in a rocket and shot into the sun. Lasting Appeal: 2 For me it's an epic failure the only thing that will keep me playing which is once every other week is GH:Mix and DLC. If you like all of the songs then youll not get board. Guitar hero 5 is an average game from the GH series however it is a Lot better than others such as the most recent Worriors of rock. The game doesn't come close to tendon numbing games such as Metallica but does have a good selection of toe-tapper songs and maybe even get your head banging. The guitar is probably the best part of the bundle pack. It amay not look as cool as the Gibson or Worriors of Rock Axe guitar but unlike those guitars, it does come with the "neck slide" feature (same as the Metallica bundle) which I personaly think should come with all the guitars. It gives another dimension of game play and slightly more sense of realism and adds a bit more of a challenge for all ranges of gamers. All in all, I would recommend this game/bundle because of the above however if you don't already own one, I'd say get the Metallica bundle instead and find GH5 (second hand) to purchase on its own. It would probably work out a lot cheaper this way than if you were to buy Metallica seperately instead. There's great "battle" modes against some real guitaring legends. The songs are from a wide range of bands (mainly picked by Mettalica themselves) and are by far the best variety (and challenging) of all of the Guitar Hero games I've played so far.thatcherl

So there's a few things I liked about this game. They changed the guitar so that way for people like me who can't reach the orange button, now I can reach all the buttons on the guitar. There's the regular version to unlock all of the songs they have Guitar Hero TV where people can play online and you can play other songs then the ones on the game. The reason I only have it 3 stars is the actual guitar itself. My guitar was not working well so we returned it and got a newer one. This one now the strum doesn't really work that well at all. Sometimes down works and it doesn't. So majority you have to strum up but, again works sometimes. Now it has to be returned a second time. So for an anticipated game, game was awesome. Will have to say I was surprised by this game. Being a long time player of the guitar hero games and mastering them to a high level I thought this was going to be a breeze. I was wrong. The 6 button layout is rather deep allowing complex chords at higher difficulties and the overall game play is fun and adds a new dimension to the genre. I thought i wasn't going to like the realistic visuals approach but this didn't matter in the end as the actual story mode this is used in is really short and can be completed in a few hours. The GHTV mode is where I have had the most fun as playing the random collection of songs was keeping me entertained and has a much larger selection of music which is going to be added to over time. The only problem with this mode is its free-to-play model. Where you need to earn coins to buy plays to play the songs you want otherwise you have to wait for them in rotation. This may sound horrible but its not too bad in the beginning as plays are easy to earn as your low levels increase. But after about level 10 you will have to rely on the coins to be able to get your plays. Overall I enjoyed the game and if they keep adding new music to GHTV to play whilst earning coins to play the songs you want, this model isn't too bad. I would recommend this to anyone looking to play a new guitar hero game, but if your all about playing the same songs over and over to increase your score and go for perfect runs it might not be the title for you.Bawhawhaw

My son is going to be three and he loves going into Best Buy to play the drum setups they have. Instead of buying him an expensive drum set, I was able to get him and the rest of us in the family the Guitar Hero World Tour (Complete Band Game) with the drums, guitars and mic. We bought an extra guitar so the whole family could play. My wife plays the bass, my son the drums, my daughter on vocals and I play the guitar. We have a blast. I just wish they had some more of the appropriate music for the family but I can always get the other bands that are out there that we all like. Too bad I cant import alot of the Christian music we listen to, like Newsboys, tobyMac and Skillet! Maybe they will get involved and let us use their music for a worthy cause.manuel.perez

I've played every version of Street Fighter extensively leading up to this title. SF4 was really worth the wait. The game mechanics are solid and stays interesting, the characters are suprisingly all balanced well, especially when compared to the previous title (Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike). Arcade mode is short and sweet, with a vague storyline and a boss who is as difficult as a boss needs to be, but not overly ridiculous. Online is something else, something brilliant. Aside from being able to search for people to fight with match rules of your choosing, but you can enable yourself to be searched, so while playing Arcade mode you'll be bombarded with people challanging you. And lag? Almost non-existant even amongst people with poor connections. Replay is there, with many challanges and things to unlock within the game as well as a ton of trophies. Overall, for Street Fighter fans, this game will take you back to your glory days of Street Fighter II and spin it with the power today's technology. Buy it already!eriktheblind

It is clear that each iteration of the long series Street Fighter has been carefully tuned and refined to the highest level, and nowhere is this more apparent than in Street Fighter 4. The lessons learned in the franchise 20 years or more have been used to improve the core combat and experience to create something truly special. Street Fighter 4 is not a success simply because it is one of the most technically complex 2D fighting games of all time, is a success because it is also wrapped inside a layer of absolute affordability. Never has the old "A minute to learn, a lifetime to master", a saying has never been truer than it is here. Pros Beautiful character models, animation and background art. Comprehensive multiplayer modes. Gameplay differentiated. Very good to replay value even after the end. Cons No tournament mode. This game is a classic. I remember when it came out. It was great to see the world of SF in a new light. SF4 is amazing and super fun to play. Game is full of content and it one of the last capcom games that actually let you unlock characters like the good days.
