The design of the gig bag makes it more suitable for right handed guitars. My left handed tele deluxe has to be put in backwards because of the angled top on the bag. Why couldn’t they make it with a straight top? It’s bad enough being left handed for guitars without unnecessary non-ambidextrous designs of gig bags! Bellissima da vedere ma piena di difetti, iniziamo con la dimensioni: una Fender Stratocaster originale con paletta grande non ci entra perché la custodia è troppo corta, come se non bastasse poi vi è una specie di supporto di plastica nella parte interna del case (in basso dove rimane appoggiata la chitarra) che sembra essere stata messa apposta per graffiare la chitarra o per danneggiare la vernice alla nitro. The seams on the bag came undone, and the bag was gifted to me. Took an hour or two of sewing, and the seams were put together better than new. I have a new free (for me) gigbag. I wish the bag had some way to attach other bags to it or D rings to hold things, but it was free and it works so I'm not complaining. If you order this, don't wait two months to inspect it, that's all I'm saying. Personally, I love it. If it was in pristine condition, how much would I pay for it? Hmm, probably worth a C-note. If price is no object, you can do better. Oh yeah, I use it for my Jazzmaster and it holds any of my other guitars securely. This gig bag has a lot of potential. It is designed to perfectly cradle your Fender bass. The bad part smthat the zipper is a low quality zipper for what you would expect for a bass. I put my 5 string American Professional Jazz Bass in the bag but the zipper gave way on the bottom almost causing the bass to fall out. A higher quality zipper would have made this a keeper. I exchanged it for a Road Runner case, less protection, higher quality zipper. Having slightly more protection would have been better, but it wasn't worth the risk of having the zipper give way.DWANE
Excellent Guitar bag, however I ordered the FB620 in error. The FB620 bag is for bass guitar, I thought I had ordered a bag for my Fender Stratocaster. When I discovered my mistake I ordered the correct bag which is FE620 from GAK. The FE620 is an excellent bag and so is the customer service from GAK. Beautifully designed and very attractive. It is perfect for short-term transportation of a Fender guitar. Well padded, with pockets for carrying extras. Excellent value for such a reasonable price. I love my Fender Telecaster and American Stratocaster, and I trust this gig-bag to keep them safe in short-term usage: taking to gigs or carrying the guitar personally. Obviously, for journeys where the guitar might be in the hold of an aeroplane or a van/bus, a hard case would be preferable, but if you are transporting a guitar personally, then this great-looking bag does the job brilliantly. Ok yes the build quality is decent and it's good looking. Don't just accept other reviews at face value that this is some kind of panacea of quality. It's fine. Probably wouldn't hold up to heavy regular use but for medium to light use it should be fine. The carrying handle on particular looks like it would wear out quickly. I don't gig a lot anymore so the price/quality seemed good. My biggest complaint and the reason I'm returning it is the sizing is kind of absurd. It's way too big. I bought mainly to use with a Strat and there are big gaps all the way around. Cases of any type only work well when the fit is snug. If there is slop, bad things happen. I've traveled with many types of instruments over the last 20 years and the ones that have never been damaged were the ones that were well fitted in their cases. Picture attached with Strat.DR
Amazing hardy durable gig case, thick zips and heavy duty outer material. Inner padding feels nice, firm and cushioned. Love the roomy front pockets for accessories, the backpack straps and chunky cushioned handle. I got the same series for my bass guitar prior to this and couldn't be happier with both of them! I give this bag only 3 stars because unless Gator upgraded the bag or is making it in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase. I bought one of these for a Sterling by Music Man bass as I was under the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). As the photos indicate, this bag will work for a Fender P Bass, but the Fender FB620 is a better bag for that and other Fender bass guitars while presently costing 10 less than the Gator while offering better protection and features. The Gator GB-4G seems to be more of a universal fit bag accommodating a wider range of sizes. The thing it seemed to have going for it the most was its zipper which seemed heavy duty. I say "seemed" because I returned the bass and so the bag as well.Vice
I bought a used guitar for back porch jamming. Needed a gig bag that didn't cost more than the guitar ,but would keep it safe and clean. Stopped at Sam ash because I was certain they had a variety of gig bags. Not my first visit or purchase.The Gator gig bag I chose is the economy for dreadnought guitars by Gator. Great price for my budget and well made. This bag is perfect for my needs. Easy carry and my guitar is covered.Just enough padding in all the right places for my guitar. Unless it has improved features or is being made in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase as the FE620 gig bag provides better protection and features (for Strat size guitars anyway). I purchased one in May 2021 and only because as I was of the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). OK, who writes the questions for the reviews? "Is it enjoyable?" Really? For a gig bag I suppose it could be enjoyable… maybe? For MY review… These Glary made "Wayfinder" gig bags are not really made to protect a vintage / collectable guitar. They are made (In my humble opinion) for storage or shipping ANY guitar. I sell guitars for a living, and I buy these Wayfinder gig bags to pack / protect guitars for shipping. That said… These are the absolute best value for what they are. The padding is medium density 5MM P.E. foam (good enough for storage), and the outer shell is a fair choice of a Nylon material. The stitching is also a Nylon format, and the zipper is more than sturdy enough for a "snug fitting guitar". IF you need something to carry a guitar from place to place I would spend a FEW dollars more, and look at the Glary "Hard Shell" cases but IF you are storing or shipping guitars… I think these are the best value gig bag on the market. The price is low enough to give them away or it is low enough to keep your guitar(s) protected in storage. Do I recommend them? YES! I want them wholesale!zombie415.2009
I agree with a previous post that it is made for a 3/4” more than full size, however it will fit a full size. Just length wise it’s a bit of a stretch. My Jasmine S-35 did just that. As far as material and padding, you are getting $14 worth which is what I paid. Nylon material is a little lighter than others and the padding will protect from light dings while moving around but not more forceful impacts. All in all, it’s a good bag to transport your guitar from point A to point B such as classes, or to your practice spot or a friend’s house. If you want a bag to travel and throw around with the luggage and gear, maybe upgrade a little.jmedi

It's not pricey and not meant to protect from everything…..but as a storage bag at home or to take to practice or a local gig here and there it's totally fine. The big pocket is great for cables and a tuner to store in there. Also the back pack straps are a nice feature for this price level. Go for it!
I noticed on the inside there is some extra material to protect the strings and pickups from whatever it is you put in the pocket of the gig bag. It's not a lot of extra material but it's something. I like how it has two straps to go over each shoulder rather than one diagonal strap that clamps your neck with most bags. Overall, it's worth what you're paying when it comes to protecting what's inside it.Max

This fits my Firefly 338 nicely (should fit any 335 copy), with a little breathing room. Very well padded and seems very durable. I usually use hard cases, but this is a kind of kick-around guitar that I like to be able to throw on my back and take anywhere and still have both hands free. There are protectors on the inside for the headstock and bridge/pickup areas to prevent pulls in the fabric. The pockets are very useful, including some small zippered compartments. The larger pocket fits a 1" 3-ring binder I carry for sheet music nicely. the weak point of many of these gig bags is the zippers, these seem quite good; they seem to be nylon and look and feel durable, with nice long tags for grips.
