I bought a Cort CR250 but you sent a Cort CR50 instead. Then I had mailed at least 5-6 times and got no replies. I called numerous times and every time it said all executives are busy. Then after I added a post in FB you guys called. You couldn't arrange for a pick-up of the incorrect delivery (i.e, Cort CR50). You said you wouldn't send the guitar i ordered till you receive the Cort CR50. Then you asked me to carry that 8 kg guitar and send it to you for which you will reimburse the amount. I did that, more than 2 weeks back, and I am still waiting for the reimbursement.Manaswi A.

A well made guitar but only really suited to one style of playing. This is the third guitar I have bought from Richards in the last 12 months and have visited the shop twice in that time. I totally get where he is coming from an the service has always been good. This guitar how ever I bought in the summer sale blind as it were. The price was very good for the spec. Great guitar set up perfectly out of factory. Only one thing that bugs me is where the Veneer connects in the middle is not perfectly in the middle. What a great guitar! Looks, plays and sounds great. Had to do a bit of home setup when it arrived; bad fret buzz on the low e and a strings around the 5th fret, but easily fixed by putting a bit more relief in the neck and half a turn of the saddles. Without trying one straight from the supplier it’s hard to compare the value of a ‘Richards setup’ but seeing as it’s ‘gratis’ it’s not going to be a bad thing. Overall I’m very pleased.Robin D.

If you're a fan of Muse and Matt Bellamy like I am, this guitar is exactly what you want from a Manson for less than half the price of a true Manson. Without even plugging the guitar in, you can feel the resonance and tone the guitar has right from the start. The neck's slim profile makes for extremely good playability, especially in the upper ranges of the neck. In terms of plugging in, the humbucker pickup has amazing power behind it, combined with the great tone from the single coil neck pickup to produce amazing tone. Without even changing the settings on your amp, you can switch from a clean sound from the single coil to a slightly distorted rocky feel with the humbucker. The middle setting has a perfect blend between the two, combining the humbucker's power with the single's cleanliness to get an awesome tone overall. One thing to note is that this guitar has passive pickups, not active like the site tells. The kill button is perfectly placed in a manner that allows ease of use in the middle of playing. The button itself doesn't feel cheap. It feels more like an xbox controller button, meant to take a lot of use. The one complaint about the button is that it does make an audible sound when used on a clean setting, but this is very minor considering you most likely wont be using it on a clean setting. In terms of a Muse standpoint, striking behind the nut gives you exactly the same sound as Bellamy does live, for songs like Time is Running Out and Reapers. The humbucker produces the heavier tones for songs like The Handler almost to perfection, and handles more groovy songs like Exo-politics just as well. I always switch between calling this guitar a Cort and a Manson, because it really does play just like a MansonCCMuser

First thing I found was the guitar had been well boxed and protected for it's journey. Secondly, so much for the "professional set up adding £100 to the guitar's value". Why then weren't the strings stretched properly? This would have made it impossible to tune for anybody who didn't know–a beginner maybe who could then well have been put off guitaring for life! The strings were cut so short that there weren't enough wraps around the posts. This meant that when the first string pulled out of the post when stretching it, it was then impossible to refit it! Luckily I had a spare .9 so was able to use this instead. Why at the nut are there pieces where, over the gaps between strings 5 to 8 there are rough edges which would have taken but a few seconds to smooth off! Last thing, the 8th string saddle needed evening up with a half turn each on the threaded screws(in different directions) to make it level. I definitely love the guitar though! Ottima chitarra soprattutto per il prezzo, esteticamente bellissima. Personalmente, ho riscontrato problemi all’arrivo della chitarra: era arrivata con il pomello del selettore spezzato, ma grazie al servizio di StrumentiMusicali.net siamo riusciti a sostituire quel pezzo autonomamente. How cool does this guitar look? rare, vintage, collectable cort model sl2. made in korea circa mid 1980s. try finding anything about this model on the web. there isn t much, a few photos and a couple of obsolete listings. this particular guitar might be the only of its kind currently available in this good shape. check the internet for yourself! neck pocket had some cracks when it came into the shop, but i addressed those with glue and clamps and now it s stronger than new!
