1. Gator G-Pg-Acouelect Pro-Go Acoustic/electric Double Gig Bag
Product Details:
The pro-go series double guitar gig bag from gator cases is designed to hold one acoustic and one electric guitar positioned back-to-back in two separate micro-fleece lined compartments. the bag has a large external zippered pocket with a micro-fleece lined compartment for your tablet, a compartment for sheet music, and cable management straps on the flap. the interior of the pro-go case features thick padded sidewalls which give it a sturdy feel and prevent damage to your instruments in the event of incidental drops. two padded adjustable blocks—the body block internal shock absorber and the neck cradle—ensure a tight hold and provide additional internal protection. the exterior of the gig bag features removable multi-adjustable padded backpack straps, as well as reinforced front and side carry handles, and a built-in rain cover which stores inside a rear zippered pocket.
Reviews:
I give this bag only 3 stars because unless Gator upgraded the bag or is making it in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase. I bought one of these for a Sterling by Music Man bass as I was under the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). As the photos indicate, this bag will work for a Fender P Bass, but the Fender FB620 is a better bag for that and other Fender bass guitars while presently costing 10 less than the Gator while offering better protection and features. The Gator GB-4G seems to be more of a universal fit bag accommodating a wider range of sizes. The thing it seemed to have going for it the most was its zipper which seemed heavy duty. I say "seemed" because I returned the bass and so the bag as well.Vice
I bought a used guitar for back porch jamming. Needed a gig bag that didn't cost more than the guitar ,but would keep it safe and clean. Stopped at Sam ash because I was certain they had a variety of gig bags. Not my first visit or purchase. The Gator gig bag I chose is the economy for dreadnought guitars by Gator. Great price for my budget and well made. This bag is perfect for my needs. Easy carry and my guitar is covered.Just enough padding in all the right places for my guitar. Also accessory zipper compartment.Lindy
I'm giving this bag only 3 stars on account of the price increase; for it used to cost about 4-5 less than the Fender FE620 but now costs about 10 more than? Unless it has improved features or is being made in the U.S., I don't see the reason for the price increase as the FE620 gig bag provides better protection and features (for Strat size guitars anyway). I purchased one in May 2021 and only because as I was of the impression Gator bags were made in the U.S. when, come to find out, they're made in China (as are Fender gig bags). I should have sized things up beforehand since the Sterling by Music Man Cutlass I bought the bag for is essentially a slightly shorter, slightly sleeker version of a Strat (for which the FE620 was made). The best thing the Gator bag seemed to have going for it was the zipper which seemed rather heavy duty while mesh pockets on the front of a gig bag aren't particularly practical while being subject to tearing/ripping. As you can see by the photos, there's too much room in the bag for a Strat size guitar (though one might be able to insert the headstock into the bag's internal top pocket to prevent the guitar from sliding around too much in the bag). The Gator GB-4G ELEC Series Gig Bag is more of a universal fit bag better suited for guitars longer and/or wider than a Strat.Vice

Reviews:
I picked this up for my ESP LTD B206 and it’s perfect. It’s super snug so your instrument doesn’t move around. I love the neck support with Velcro enclosure to secure the instrument. I also appreciate the end pin padding. I keeps the end pin from poking through the bag. Well built and durable. On top of all that AMS matched a lower price I found online and I’m using the payment option. Fast shipping…I received it in 2 days so I was ready for Sunday worship service. Thanks again AMS!!!MO Oliver
I love this case. I always bring two guitars in case of broken strings, and different songs call for different sounds. Having both in one bag makes load in and out a breeze. my only con would be the straps need to be wider. two guitars no matter how light are heavy and wider straps would be better.Leon
Sturdy, lightweight, looks cool, and easy to transport! Doesn't have an enormous amount of storage but the big pocket is roomy enough for cables, tablet, etc. It's smaller than the the other dual bags I looked at and you'd be forgiven if you thought it was a bag for a single acoustic guitar at first glance. Inside it's nothing fancy but it holds the guitars in well and the material is the type that won't leave fuzz on your instrument. Well worth the money if you need to take 2 guitars along with you to gigs or practice. It's the perfect balance of good protection without being overly bulky or expensive. Check them out!AJB

Overall: See title. I own two gig bags from World Tour. One is an older model and the other is this one. Both are great. They offer a good bit of protection and they aren't too expensive. The materials feel very durable. Other gig bags cost double this and aren't as good. I highly recommend World Tour gig bags to anyone. As a heads up, my short scale bass is able to fit in this deluxe electric guitar bag. I am so happy. The next time I need a gig bag, I will get another one from World Tour.Marshall
Overall: This bag obviously is not the high dollar type of case. However, the material is much better than i had imagined. Relatively thick canvas and solid material. I am especially impressed with the zippers which are very good and give you confidence when opening and closing the bag. It will keep your guitar from sun, rain and water, and relatively light conditions. But this is NOT a protective bag. It is a carry all. It has one pocket to hold your extra stuff that's a pretty good size with two zippers. I would definitely buy another one especially at this price. The bag came with my order of a guitar and fit it perfectly (a Gretsch G5220) Basically, it will just about fit any solid body guitar from a Les Paul to a Strat. Solid purchase in my opinion.Michael
I purchased this gig bag for a Squier Bullet Telecaster, and the guitar fit perfectly. I love the thickness of the padding and features such as the extra nylon pad on the headstock, so the strings don't rip apart the inside of the gig bag, as it happens with so many other ones. The pockets are nice and roomy, definitely more than enough for me. All handles and straps are high quality and feel sturdy, never makes you feel like they're gonna rip out on you. Zippers feel good, they're big and bulky, definitely high quality! You're getting quite a lot of value for the price this gig bag sells for! I've read terrible reviews and seen pictures of big brand gig bags (some of which retail for 2-3 times the price of this one, so I went with this one and can't recommend it enough!Oscar

Reviews:
I'm not sure why the price of this model varies so widely between colors but luckily the combo I wanted, beige and black, is one of the less expensive models. I bought it to keep the dust off my Masterbilt AJ-45. Sure a hardshell case is always preferable but since I don't play out, I really only need protection from the mishaps that can happen around the house with dust, spills, dogs, and grandkids, and the Power Pad bag is a good looking and affordable option. The zipper doesn't track down below the guitar belly, but I can get my AJ in and out easily enough. The zipper pulls are covered with cloth tabs, which are a nice tough. There is a ring on the headstock end so I can hang it on a wall hook if I want to, and I plan to. I doubt I'll ever need to wear it like a back pack but if I do it is comfortable and light. Only time will tell how sturdy it is, but I am confident I can get many years use out of this bag.William in Carrollton
I bought this Ibanez Powerpad 541 series acoustic gig bag along with my new Ibanez guitar. I was very surprised at how well made the bag is, and how very thickly padded it comes to protect your investment. This is an awesome bag and well worth the price. The bag was delivered very fast like all American Musical items and was 100% quality.Thank You, AMS!!Alan Y
Well done product! Many handles on the bag. Regular Carry handle, backpack straps, additional verticle lift handle. As others have stated lots of pockets – 4. One is very good sized for 8 1/2 by 11 sheets. Also, a top pocket for strings, tuners, etc. I put my AW54OPN guitar in this bag and it fits perfectly. The fold down pad at the bottom gives some extra cushioning for your instrument. I have a Gretsch 2186 bag as well for my AW54ECOPN. This Ibanez bag is more funtional in my opinion. Great bag and very glad I bought it!Dexter - Mike

Excellent quality and build on this bag. The outer skeleton (under the nylon) is stiff and supports itself (no collapsing). Interior is luxurious and very supportive. The bag is very sleek and really cool looking – the zipper pulls, and metal snaps are high quality. This bag is better suited for guitars with minimum head stock recline. By that I mean Fender guitars will fit better than Gibson.vampout
Bought to handle my Ibanez Mikro Bass going back and forth from school. This model is for an electric guitar so it is not meant for the task I bought it for. It has a little space and can move side to side (about an inch and a half). Nothing a towel won't fix. Very please with fit and finish. Will see how the gigblade wears over time.T Mac
Always intrigued by the gigblade shoulder carry since I always use on strap on the backpack style bags anyway. Great that it doesn't stick up so high above my head. But it's a very tight fit on a small bass (Fender P lyte). I think the picture with the macbook going in the pocket is misleading. I could barely get an ipad in and it was so tight I was nervous about it damaging the pots on the bass. Had to work to get it out. No way I'd put my macbook in there.nutdog

8. Musician's Gear 3/4 Size Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag
Product Details:
This item was returned in mint condition. it is free of any performance issues, and has no scratches, blemishes, or other cosmetic flaws. the 7/8 size acoustic guitar gig bag comes equipped with a nylon handle and shoulder strap.
Reviews:
Bags and cases for a 7/8 size guitar seem to be very limited of choice and this is one of them. This is a young student/travel size, and fortunately it is very inexpensive considering what it will be required to do. Students always seem to have too much to carry, and these gig bags come with straps for hands free backpack style carry. One of the two I purchased missed a few stitches in an important seam. Is there such a thing as an unimportant seam? Shame on QC, but remember the price!Still Learning.
Great purchase. Unbeatable price and delivery was free and immediate — I'd certainly buy it again and recommend it to a friend. Just a couple of comments for prospective buyers: first, this bag is bigger than I expected a 7/8 size would be. (In fact I was even able to get a (larger) folk-size guitar in it, though that was tight.) I doubt that it would fit any 7/8 size guitar really closely but that isn't a "fault" in my judgment, I prefer it loose on my smaller guitar. Second, I read some comments that make me believe that some folks didn't understand what this really is? It's a light, thin, inexpensive gig bag, something indispensable for carrying your guitar and accessories in a vehicle to a buddy's house to play or to a lesson. It is not a case for humidity-controlled storage, or for checked airline baggage on international flights, or for preventing major damage from accidents. Cases for things like that are available, but not at anything like this price point. Used as intended, I'm happy with this purchase.Scholar
I bought this gig bag to go along with the Rogue 7/8 sized Starter Guitar for my grandson and the fit was perfect. Obviously this gig bag was made for this guitar. The two zippered compartments on the front are a nice feature and the padding is good enough to save getting dings on the guitar. I found no flaws in materials or stitching and the zippers are pretty good. Absolutely cannot find a better gig bag for the price.Soooperdave

Reviews:
Good bag with decent padding – much better than the electric guitar bag the sell here. Zippers work ok Some here say it doesn't fit a dreadnaught right but I have two I tried in this that are both 41 inches long and they fit fine. Getting them into the bag is a bit tricky – because of the way the bag is shaped – but with bit of practice it's not a problem. Just confirm your guitar is 41 inches or less and you're good. For the price this is a good value , particularly when on sale. Good bag with storage pocket and shoulder straps if you need these features. I like!e mine just fine.Rob
I have a few trips planned this summer and I wanted to bring my acoustic along with me but I didn't have anything to protect it with and I did not want to leave it unprotected while traveling. I also didn't want to spend a lot on something I would use only on occasion, so I went for this. In 3 business days, this was at my door. I was very impressed with this, considering price. Fits my seagull folk well and also has fairly good padding. Granted, it's not enough to protect it from getting tossed around, but it will protect it from small scuffles and sliding around while traveling. The handles connect together to form a locked and solid grip. The pouch on the front is large, but I would avoid putting anything large such as a capo or slide in it because it could damage your guitar. Overall, this fit me perfectly and I am very happy with this purchase.Joe
I got this to carry my nylon string classical guitar in. Very good construction, holds everything in place. Perfect for everyday use. Lots of pockets for sheet music, capos, strings etc.Jesse

Good padding, holds guitar securely, and more spacious pocket area than most gig bags. Quality construction coupled with a low price make this an outstanding value.Gary
This is a practical and elegant bag. I use it for my Ibanez slotted-headstock 00 guitar, though the bag is a little larger. Two things to note. One: this bag zips open only on one side, so it doesn't open fully. This means you have to slide your guitar in. Two: Pockets are useful, including the one directly over the headstock.Subjective view: the color combination of wine with faux brown suede is really pretty, though I can't guess how durable the faux suede will be. Overall, I'd recommend this bag. I own seven guitars and have bought more than a dozen bags before and this one is a keeper.BG

I bought this bag for an acoustic bass guitar as listed in the title. Be cautious of the size of this bag. It is almost a foot too small for a Bass Guitar. Nice product but will not/does not fit a bass as mentioned in description on title.travislikesit

I ordered 2 ChromCast Padded Gig Bags for my Telecaster and LesPaul guitars. The build quality of ChromCast products is consistently excellent, made with heavy duty material and zipper. The bottom of the bag has a rubber bumper which adds protection to the instrument. Some other brands don?t have this feature. Inside the bag, the padding is thick enough to absorb shock while the lining material is smooth and soft as silk for your precious guitar. It also has a Velcro strap to hold down the neck. There are also thick lining materials for the headstock and bridge location to protect it from getting torn by the sharp ends of the strings or bridge screws. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product Thank you Adorama for giving us great products to choose from and top notch after sales service support.NOEL
My kids (ages 9 and 11) got guitars as gifts a year ago. They have been taking beginner guitar lessons for a year now. The guitars originally came with very thin guitar bags with no padding. After a year of taking these guitars to and from lessons, the other bags were tearing apart. So I wanted to get replacement bags for them, but I don't have a lot of knowledge about guitars. So we found these bags and wanted to give them a try. We have had two of these bags for three weeks now and both of my kids LOVE these bags. They are padded, well made bags that have 6 pockets. They have two sets of carry handles and backpack style straps. These bags meet our needs for a beginning guitar player who takes their guitars to lessons each week. Plenty of room for beginner kid sized acoustic guitars and the pockets are great for storing tuners, capos, picks, music and they still have storage pockets that they haven't used yet. Other reviewers talk about how good these bags are for experienced players, but I wanted to give the perspective of how handy these bags are for kids who are beginning guitar players.aandjshop
Great starter bag, would recommend to anyone getting a beginner going on an acoustic. I bought this bag for a Fender Squire acoustic and it fits perfectly! The padding is good, but you will still need to handle the guitar carefully when in the bag. The straps are nice and the bag its self is well made with great pockets and handles. I would buy a hard case if kids are intendinf on traveling with it. The strap is pretty basic, and is cheaply made but will hold up fine for the introductory period until we decide to upgrade. Picks are a nice, smaller size and a really nice assortment of colors.Megan

Reviews:
A brilliantly well made high quality guitar case that I specifically purchased for travelling. I often use the electric part of the case for carrying clothes whilst I travelling. Back straps are adequate, strong and comfortable to walk long distance between venues. All together I'm well pleasedTrevor B.
The zippers on these bags are junk. they need to use heavier top notch zippers. the zipper on the smaller compartment areas is too small for real usage. Not sure why they just dont use the larger zipper on EVERYTHING. The a 3 point velcro rings for the tick bag should be 4 point (it sags on the single point if the tick bag is packed). where they strap at the top with 2 points is good, but its a bit wonky on the single strap in the middle because what happens is if you are carrying the guitar by the handle the tick bag sags down at that point a little bit. The guitar bags are kinda spendy but if you've invested into it, then the company should go the extra mile.I just wonder how much these guys have really travelled gig after gig with these bags. They are better than most out there though but also a lot more money too. I just think they need to use better zippers and add better/stiffer sidewalls for the guitar cases. My rig is heavy and wonder how long the guitar bag shoulder straps will last too. They seem sturdy, and so far so good. I play a Les Paul and the case could have stiffer sides for a heavier guitar. If you play a Strat or Tele then you're probably OK. Also, the smaller compartments are pretty much usesless too. they try to compartmenalize everything and all they need to do is keep it simple becuase NOTHING fits into the tight little spaces inside the pockets, unless you carry a lot of pens? I like spaces large enough for a couple extra pre-amp tubes, and slides but most of the inside pocket spaces are way too small for anything except, sharpies, or cable tips? . Someone who designed it must have carried a lot of pens/sharpies around because nothing else fits into them. I'd rather see a single zipper or velco space where you can just stuff everything itno it. Overall its a decent bag and better than most gig bags but these arent inexpensive either. The larger compartment could open a bit wider too. Its pretty small compared to the picture.effective.edge
Hands down this has been the best gig bag i have ever purchased and likely the last until it has to be replaced. I had previous cheaper versions and they were just that, cheap. This MONO bag has been a huge upgrade and im so happy i made the decision to get it. The linning inside makes sure the finish is well protected and the neck strap and support block are such a great insurance knowing guitar is not going to swing around in the space. The storage is great holding all my cable (both 1/4 inch and Kemper pedal cable) In ears, picks, spare strings and even having both guitars loaded (An ESP telecaster and PRS 7 string) its not a bad weight evenly distributed when strapped on your back. Outer shell is extremely well made and looks like its going to stand up to the road well. Bottom has rubber treads to set it on the ground without worry. If your looking at it but are scared of the price dont be, after your first set you will be glad you got itDaniel

Best gig bag/case for the air-traveling musician, A++++Rah Sungee
If you're flying somewhere with two basses, this is the case to get. If you just want to bring two basses to local gigs it's a tough call between this case and the famous Mono Dual M80 – which I owned and loved for 10+ years before finally wearing it out – which isn't a slam on the Mono, I used it a LOT. The best feature of the Gruv Gear is of course the wheels – but if I were redesigning the case they're also the first thing that I'd change. It's neat that they're removable, but that design also forces them to be closer together and higher off the ground than they would be if they were permanently attached and recessed into the case a little. They work great on a perfectly smooth surface like an airport terminal, but on a rough sidewalk or parking lot the case so unstable that they're practically useless, it flops over onto it's side or back if it hits even the smallest of bumps or dips. The wheels themselves are quite nice though, they're pretty large with very smooth bearings and if they ever go bad they look easy to replace at any skateboard shop. Other good things – the storage on this case is awesome! I can fit a micro head, tuner pedal, DI box, Ipad, cords, etc – everything I need to play a bar gig besides a speaker cab. With the Mono I had to bring the case, a duffel bag full of gear, and the cab. The protection of this case seems fantastic, it's got thicker padding than the Mono and the plastic shell is nice, it probably won't get squished and flexible over time like the Mono did. I kinda wish they'd made it just flat black or grey instead of the cheesy fake carbon-fiber, but it also doesn't bother me that much. The plastic also scuffs quite easily, there's noticeable scratches on nearly every part of it and the bottom corners are worn right through the carbon-fiber-like coating and into the plastic beneath it after just one quick week-long trip to Florida and a handful of local gigs. (See pics – I shot one corner but they both look like that) I'm assuming the damage is mostly cosmetic but I do worry about wearing through the plastic over time. The recessed backpack straps are nice too, when they're zipped in they don't snag on other gear and whatnot when you're sliding it into our out of a car or van full of gear. When used as a backpack it's pretty comfortable, a little more bulky than the Mono but neither one is particularly easy to wear in tight spaces. Speaking of tight spaces, the Mono is a little easier to use on tiny stages where you don't have room to lay it down flat. The Gruv Gear is just a little more awkward to use vertically. If you've read this far you've probably read the specs on both cases, so I don't have to tell you that the GG is heavy, about 10 lbs heavier than the Mono plus all the extra accessories that it can hold. All in all, there's pros and cons to both cases. I'm currently using the GG for all my gigs but I'll probably switch back to the Mono for my local gigs once the snow falls.

It’s all about choices. Two for one. Fitz either my Es-335 and or es-330 with my les Paul along with cords stand Strap for a little more weight as the solid case for one guitar. Bulky but has lots of control. This is due to the case design wanting to naturally stand straight up.Nice for public bustle. Noticed on YouTube that there was a problem with the strings poking through the case. Problem solved very well redesigned. If it’s time for you to Evolve your transportation I highly recommend this.Jes
I own mono cases, and this is the only time I have been disappointed. The acoustic side of the case is amazing as expected, but the electric side is non functional. The electric side was so tight that I was genuinely concerned that my les Paul headstock would break from how tight the case was. The headstock of my guitar could be seen bulging from the case and was offered virtually no protection in case of a drop. You can easily tell that the electric sleeve was nothing more than an afterthought to the acoustic side. I always feel safe with my electric in any single mono case, but will never trust them in this dual case.Kev
I was excited when I saw that MONO was selling this. My needs are unique in that I walk, take a subway or bus to my music classes or jam sessions. So being able to carry an acoustic / electric would be a miracle. MF has a special so I bought. There are two storage compartments, one large and one small like most MONO cases and are a standard carryover. The acoustic compartment is nice and fit my acoustics nicely as I tried them. The electric was a huge disappointment. It is such a tight space that you have to use force to get your electric in. To make it even worse the electric side's zipper doesn't go all the way to the bottom so that last part is shoved in vs "placed" in. This is so tight that it fails tilt back headstocks like Gibsons, Epiphones and Hamers. You are buying an expensive case to protect a fragile instrument and this doesn't work for a class of guitars. I would describe this as an acoustic MONO case with an cheap MONO "guitar sleeve" fixed to the back. The electric size is nowhere near as protected as the acoustic side. The size walls are cushioned but unconstructed and not rigid. The material does not seem as sturdy as my MONO double bass case that I bought several years ago as well.MrPrytania
