Reviews:
An impressive sounding device but I haven’t been able to get it to work yet. The software package that comes with it on CD is dated and doesn’t work with Windows 10. The drivers on CD are old too. So you have to get the new drivers from the Behringer web site. Then you have to get a sound software package. Audacity is too simple so I signed up for Pro Tools free, but it wouldn’t install the audio drivers. Then you need the Behringer USB link and then try to get the lot to work. I couldn’t. DJ City offered me a refund but I’m going to persist. I also bought a Jam for the iPad and that worked within minutes.Richard W.
This product appeared to be a very simple, almost plug and play, interface that would let me play my RISA ukulele through my PC and laptop. I have been researching how to make this interface work for about a month. Some users are very lucky and very satisfied. Others, like me, have yet to get a single note out the PC speakers or headphones. It is an inexpensive device, but should still be straight-forward to install. IT IS NOT. Drivers are no longer available at the vendor site. The fact that even this business can not provide concrete installation instructions that result in this device working should be enough to scare anyone off this product. I'll continue to work with it to see if I can ultimately make it work, but I won't be holding my breath. I may be an electronics engineer but this thing has enough settings to scare me off.Richard
Pros: Compact, Easy To Use Cons: Limitations With Win7 Other thoughts: compact and pretty much plug-n-play. I'm running Windows 7 Pro and found out that I'm not able to listen to my guitar plugged into the unit AND the audio on my laptop. This is a limitation to me, as I purchased this interface for the purpose of being able to play along with my online guitar lessons. I have to add that I noticed this when using the ASIO drivers (ASIO4ALL). I attempted to test another one of the built in Windows drivers but the latency is just unacceptable. I haven't tried this with any other version of Windows (eg: XP) to see if this is still the case. Just something to mention. Again, it's compact with it's tiny footprint, which is great for mobilility. When setup to play guitar using the ASIO drivers, the guitar sound and latency is fine. Personally, even at a low price of under $30, i wouldn't have invested in this unit knowing what i know now. And returning the unit just isn't worth my time and effort.metalmania408

Reviews:
Easy to set up, rugged, and simple to dial in. USB works with practically any software. The only thing I wish it had would be S/PDIF i/O but I knew that when I made the purchase. It may sound a tiny bit dark but thats probably the fact that it isnt hyped to fool the user. YouTube videos reflect that Ive noticed. Ive been recording for 35 years….Remember manufactures have to release new versions of interfaces..theyll say new A/D converters, new specs etc…but they have to stay competitive or sales drop. Just be careful of constant sales pitches, plugins youll be promised or urged to buy. Invest in good solid MICS and MONITORS. Everything in between will change over time.dj1192
Excellent interface. Great sound and good build. Upgraded to US20x20 and have great i/o. best preamp sound for money that ive tried. like Mackie but more tranparent. Not jazzed like presonus but not totaly flat. right on the sweet spot. im getting low latency on an older computer. No bells and whistles and thats fine. recomended.G17

Fantastic Value – ASIO driver for Win10 easy to install. "Problems" folks are experiencing are due to windows system configuration settings, and are easily "fixed". Great sound quality; I use this as an alternative digital audio interface with a Traktor S2 MK3 controller as an ultra compact mobile DJ setup. Very modular and extremely easy to use! USB-Bus powered is a HUGE plus; no additional power adapters necessary – 1 USB cable only! Great for live streaming/broadcasts as well! – See settings for getting the CUE & Headphone buttons to work with your controller & Live Broadcast: – Using Traktor Pro 3 & OBS Broadcasting software (Opensource Freeware) – In Traktor: Set your MASTER audio output to channels 3&4 – MONO – Set monitors to channels 1&2 – MONO – Set Microphone input to channel 1 On the unit-Cables: – TRS out [Channel 3] to your PA System or external mixer – TRS Out [Channel 4] to the front, channel 2 Input – Microphone input to channel 1 – Plug headphones into headphone jack. Settings on device: – Control input levels for your microphone and input for stream by adjusting the gain knobs (Microphone input 1 will likely be set close to MAX, input 2 will likely be set lower – watch the meter on the top of the unit to avoid clipping!) –SET ALL SWITCHES on the front of the unit to the far-left position: – Both input switches to "LINE" – Switch to MONO – Input switch to 1/2 Set input knob far-right to HOST Set large volume on the top of the unit to the MINIMUM setting – Control your MAX output volume on your pa mixer / external mixer – Adjust your broadcast audio levels in your broadcast software (OBS) FANTASTIC Product! – Also works great as a midi interface – VERY SATISFIED!John Danger.us
I choose this interface because I thought I wouldn't outgrow it. The available recording quality is high, and it came with a solid selection of software. I got it when it came with a Guitar Rig Pro, which was a huge bonus. I considered all of the typical budget interfaces and settled on this one because of the variety of inputs/outputs, large volume knob, meters rather than single light, and direct/host adjustment for monitoring. The reviews and YouTube videos convinced me it would be a solid choice for what I wanted – an intro level interface that I wouldn't quickly outgrow. I might have purchased something else if not for the Guitar Rig Pro offer, but I'm really happy with what I got. Important points that I didn't see elsewhere: This has an ASIO driver for Windows so you don't have to use ASIO4All (major plus). Be prepared to tweak settings to get rid of pops/crackles (do research, close everything else, consider saving to a hard drive that doesn't house your OS, might have to be external if you have a laptop). Make sure you are using the right option when you download software (the MK2 option) and upgrade the firmware when you get it. I've had it about a month, and it's a good fit for what I wanted. A bit more than a pure intro level interface that is relatively easy to use. I would not recommend this to someone brand new to recording (the 1 or 2 would like suffice of this brand or one of the others in that 100-150 price range) just because it's likely a bit more than needed. Happy with the purchase and service. Note: 5/5 based on meeting expectations, being a good value, and having good sound quality for an interface for someone looking to get more into recording.LesPaulWoman
I’m a newbie when it comes to audio interfaces, but this is so much better than my PC’s onboard sound. Recording quality using my MXL 770 mic is excellent, low noise and really low overall latency. I’ve had the ASIO buffer as low as 64 samples (2.5 to 3ms) on my 10 year old desktop PC and not had any issues. I like the form factor too, it’s really handing sat on my desk. The volume knob is easily accessible and the other controls feel solid too. I really enjoy the direct monitoring, not from a latency issue as I don’t really notice it much, but from a “conference call perspective” – when on headphones it’s really nice mixing your own voice with everyone else’s when having a group chat. It’s like all being in the same room and feels like the headphones disappear. The free software is nice too, new toy syndrome I know, but I love the reverb plugin! Overall I’m loving this significant upgrade to my system. Will

Reviews:
This is a remarkable little amplifier. The positive reviews are all justified. Very diminutive, even senior management, who tends to frown when black boxes arrive, approves. And it produces a variety of great tones in remarkable amounts bearing in mind its small size. Perhaps not for the O2, but great in our lounge and enough muscle for a small venue before it gets a bit chesty. Very happy.biga268
I use it for practice. Although it has a bass setting you can program via the phone kit, the speaker is not as good as a basic bass amp like a fender rumble. The default presets sound the best, and if you need a different sound, it's probably best to use pedals on the clean setting. The effects aren't as good as I hoped for. The chorus effect is nice; but delay, reverb, and spring could be loads better. It gets the job done and I wasn't needing the other effects to be there at all so a good purchase for me, but if you need all the features to be awesome, look elsewhere.Waukegan

Reviews:
What an awesome little amp! And plug the line outs into something bigger and you can well and truly deafen yourself with sonic pleasure. Pretty straight forward to use but you do need to watch your levels when changing amp models – they can vary a lot. Longer battery life would be a bonus and I'll def need a little bag for it. Fast service and good price from Better Music. Thumbs up from me.John H.
When I buy something that does so much but I don't need to read any manuals to operate it I know I've made the right choice. Sounds are fantastic, my favourite amp so far is the boutique, it feels very natural, not boomy like my previous desktop type amp. The effects are great, particularly the reverbs. I find myself taking it out of our little 'work from home office' while my wife or the kids are in there and noodling in the living room or the kitchen with it because I haven't had to faff around with power cables 🙂 It has a flat setting so I use that when I'm playing around with modeller settings for gigs rather than dragging out my powercab at home. The app is really easy to use and opens up a nice compressor plus cab options etc. The clincher for me over the smaller units is the 1/4 inch line outs, I can chuck it in the car and it's there as a back up incase my gigging amp packs up. I'm no bass player but I play a bit at home and this sounds way better than going into a guitar amp or using a bass amp on amplitube on my pc. This is easily the best music purchase I've made in recent years and I'm playing more music because of it 🙂Archie W.
I have a Marshall 1974x that I have not touched since I bought this THR30II. There is no real comparison but this Yamaha is so addictive. Clean tones are superb the crunch channel in classic mode is a my fave. The onboard effects are really good. I just shelled out e few Bob on a thorny flanger and this has a perfectly good flanger built in. The hall reverb is beyond good. In summary rock tones are good but cleans/crunch are fantastic. I trusted other reviews of this amp against things like positive grid/katana etc but this just hits the spot. I love playing the slow Peter Green blues stuff it’s perfect. It’s not a one trick pony it has loads of nice tones perfect for home use at friendly volumes than the Marshall 18 watt. Highly recommend.HappyYammyTHR p.

Reviews:
I have played through the almost decade old THR10c, which is a fantastic little amp. Through a SM57 in front of it and out to the PA and you can sound great. But I thought that by now, with Yamaha buying Line 6 about 5 years ago, the newest version of this little amp would have some state of the art effects. Wrong! The effects, and the apps that control it are seriously out of date. I mean, the reverb, tremolo and chorus are fine. But they remain exactly as they did ten years ago. No upgrades and nothing fancy. The app is poorly designed and not that easy to use. and there is no way that I have found access the THR10C classic blues models all in one place. So its actually hard to get the classic blues and country sounds that I need all in one place. I went back to my THR10c and sold the new one.Bruce
dial in your sound in seconds not minutes, I look at it and then I want to play my best, those amp lights man, wow, dim the lights you will see. No instructions needed. if you need to move some Air for clubs shows or band practice this is not the one for you. What it does is creates a killer vibe for personal guitar growth, very organic and the tones? Man, you have got to play through it to believe it. It will cover any genre and crash most all the competition in the personal practice amp catagory. its about quality tones at lower DBI, it's not a marshal and it doesn't want to be. You can boot this sting up 3 at night and sound like your at an arena in your bedroom without waking up the neighbors and your flat-mates. No getting up or leaning over the amp to adjust setting like a marshal. No LCD's to mess with with or crummy menu diving. Traditional Bluetooth audio is pretty decent for using the amp speaker for guitar youtube vids and playing along instrumental tracks. Someone else said terrible sound, what??? you have got to be kidding me, id call that person an amateur guitarist. the biggest stars have these in the studio, tour buss and green room, hotel room. amazing for writing sounds, its the sound you have always wanted without going deaf sounds good anywhere. saves your hearing from the ringing. if you want to expand this sound on stage get the 30 which has proper outs for studio and stage, and re-amp it. leave it on a partially cleanish tone for your genre, then output to normal amp setup, the smiles will come. Of course many are still going to need their volume pedals but in a lot of situations, if you know how to gain control and then crank it for a lead/ chorus, (id drive it out to the mains / monitors for ramp) but it sounds amazing as you turn it up, the character truly changes, for the better. it's pretty wild. its pretty good about feedback. iv heard people hook these up on tour or use them in the greenroom preshow, it's that good. stick with the new models that are lighter and sound better. these are industry standard personal practice amps. again, if you are gigging you will need some sound reinforcement, but I would find a way myself, it's just not that hard to figure out. it's never fed back at me once and I'm jamming right infant of the cab on me desk. no surprise loud feedback sounds like other amps. small, light goes anywhere. probably need that case if you travel a lot. metal, country, hard rock, pop, blues jazz, hip hop, it nails it. the 30 could drive your current big amp. whatever magic is going on with the sound, full gain w guitar at full gain, is something that has to be heard not seen.J
Upgraded from the original cream colored THR10 after finding out that all three of the original THR10 amps (boutique, classic, and high gain) were consolidated in one amp and that the speakers underwent an upgrade (10W->20W). Sonically, the tones in this amp are superior to those of the original THR10, which makes practicing and playing very satisfying and inspiring. Note: Boutique and high gain amps can only be accessed through the desktop or mobile THR remote app. This isn't the case with the larger THR30 amp. All amp models can be access through the unit. The remote app also allows the user to change cabinets to further tweak tone. Here is why I rated this product 4 stars. * Mobile THR remote app crashes all the time. I've been using the remote app on my laptop exclusively. Yamaha rep informed me that this tends to be the case with iPhone users. Doesn't seem like they plan on fixing this anytime soon. * Setting the unit up as an audio interface was not clear at all. The original THR amps required downloading the yamaha steinberg usb driver and selecting this as your driver in your DAW. After configuring your MIDI and audio source in the DAW, you would then get sound. Well, that's not how it works on this amp. I reached out to yamaha after repeatedly getting errors from my DAW about the yamaha steinberg usb driver. Long story short, tech service couldn't figure out the issue and told me to request an exchange for a new unit at GC. After hooking up the new replacement, I got the same error. Turns out you have to download the ASIO THR10ii/30 driver on yamaha's site, not the most current yamaha steinberg usb driver. Select this driver in your DAW. Then you have to go into the app's settings and check the box for "record dry." Now you can configure your MIDI and audio source. I'm baffled about how yamaha's own techs did not know that the steinberg usb driver is not compatible with the THR10ii/30 amp.Ben G.

Compact solid unit. Well designed and made. Great provision of inputs and outputs. Sits on the desk nicely alongside the computer. Really good price with masses of usable software. Be aware the software is a mixed blessing. There is so much it is tedious to download. I am really happy. It can do much more but I just wanted it for basic multi-track recording at the work desk.Geoff F.
My application is a dedicated MIDI/audio interface for a VirTual Theater Pipe organ. A MIDIfied console from an actual 1920's Theater pipe organ drives a complex MIDI switching system which in turn drives a sample player. MIDI information is transferred to and from the console, utilizing the USB 96. The audio from the sample player is also output to reverb and power amps via the USB 96, so it has a lot of work to do. The USB 96 never misses a beat with 8-channel two-way MIDI as well a very clean audio stream duplicating all the complexities of a WurliTzer theater organ. The unit replaces both a MidMan Anniversary 2 x 2 which would occasionally give MIDI glitches and a Creative Labs sound card, a necessary move when organ operations were transferred from a desktop to a laptop and from Win7 to Win10. Installation was seamless, and the unit performs perfectly in its application. It works so well, I got a second one for music production on my DAW, which is also used for sample processing for the organ. These devices are rock solid.Les
This is definitely not for beginners or those who are not skilled at technology. I have spent hours trying to get this to work and am still not there. I called Eat my Beats and they referred me to the Presonus company who do not answer calls or return calls so you are on your own with this. A friend who took a college sound class told me it took him 3 weeks to get this to work for him. He wasn't able to help me with mine sadly. It appears that the Studio One DAW that comes with this can do many things which keeps me plugging away. I have until January 12 to return and I may do that yet if others who do sound recordings can't help me get this going. So just beware, if you want to plug it in and start recording right away it won't happen. So far I'm very disappointed.Pat

Will

I already own a Quilter MicroPro2. I enjoyed recording with it, but was wanting an even easier solution. The Phantom Block is the answer. Just plug your guitar directly (or through your favorite pedals) into the input & output directly to your interface. I use a Tascam Model 12. Fantastic clean tone….the gain did not overdrive as much as I was expecting but not an issue for me.
12. Positive Grid Spark Mini 10w Portable Smart Guitar Amp & Bluetooth, Black

Reviews:
Have the Spark 40 and am very happy with it. The Mini, not so much. Biggest issue is that it is much to easy to overdrive the speakers, especially the bass. It is not very loud. It's OK for a small quiet room, but I really can't use it outdoors on the patio. It works best sitting on a reflective surface like a table. You don't want the bottom mount bass speaker facing, say, a rug. I love the iPhone / iPad app. It has a good variety of amps and pedals, but you really can't get the same sound as a tube amp like my Blues Jr IV. While it has a variety of reverb pedals, it does not have spring reverb. A big disappointment. I really like that it is battery powered, usb chargeable and really like the Bluetooth speaker function.Dave
I fell in love with the capability of the PG Spark 40 and I had to have this mini for it's portability! I pre-ordered mine direct from Positive Grid when they were running their pre-production discounts. I've been playing on and off for about 30 years. I wish this was available then instead of that clunky, weak Squire 15 amp I started with. The app for Android and iPhone opens up all kinds of possibilities! A starting musician and use the features to play along to their favorite songs or you can look up backing tracks to tinker along with. The standard hardware sounds are very warm, and the tone cloud gives you access to an unfathomable amount of tones modeled after near all of your favorite artists! It is more than enough to appeal to the budding guitarist to keep you interested! And for more experienced players, the options that are part of this thing are incredible, and will have you noodling with your Sunday morning coffee before you know it! Got the PG Spark 40, ABSOLUTELY had to get the Mini! If you're on the fence, you won't be disappointed!Dave
The sound and tone quality from such a small amp is amazing! It sounds huge. You will quickly forget you are playing through a 6 inch cube. There are a bunch of amps and effects to create your own sound, and the Smart Jam and play along features are both fun and inspiring. Plus, the various tones in the ToneCloud are great for matching a tone to a song you are learning to play. Believe the hype from the reviews online. I will say that this is amp may not be for everyone. At 10 watts, it is not loud enough to gig with. Plus, I would not recommend this for a first amp. There are a lot of options that can be overwhelming for beginners, and the limited on-board options do not allow for simple plug and play. Beginners may want to start with something like a Black Star ID Code. There are also a few things I am not crazy about. Because of the limited on-board controls, 6 to 8 presets would have been better, plus the default presets are not that good. The amp models in the app are OK, but some sound too similar, plus each amp has the same knobs (Gain, Bass, Middle, High and Volume). Nothing to distinguish one amp model from another (Channels, Presence knob, Intensity knob, etc.). The same goes for the reverb pedals (each has 6 knobs whether or not the pedal being replicated has 6 options). The Vox Tone room has better amp and effect modeling but does not have all of the other jamming and recording options. So all of that being said, this amp is still fantastic for someone with some knowledge of amps (for example, the difference between gain and volume) and is looking for something small and discrete to play around the house (or apartment) that does not want to sacrifice tone quality. The battery power is nice for playing anywhere without having to plug it in. I've played mine for a couple hours without having to recharge. It is also a great option if you want to record your work. All in all, this is an innovative amp that is just fun to play, has a ton of options and sounds way too good for its size. Get one, you'll love it!Dan

MY REVIEW: Absolutely outstanding piece of gear. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed with how much faster this Apollo made my PC, thanks to the integrated DSP capability that essentially splits the plugin processing with the computer's CPU. Plugin-heavy sessions that used to have a very slight lag now responded extremely quickly as if my session was empty – it was that responsive! I didn't know what I was missing until I had this unit setup and running with Pro Tools 12.BIG THANKS TO MY SALES ENGINEER RICHARD!Richard absolutely went above and beyond in assisting me with finding the right piece of gear to take on the new interface role. His patience, expertise and very kind demeanor made my venture into high-end recording devices a very, very pleasant experience. I am forever sold on using Sweetwater for all my future studio gear needs thanks to Richard!TLDR – If you're using a PC and want to upgrade to Apollo, THIS is the interface you need to work seamlessly with Windows. The quality of the audio is unmatched, even through my limited testing. Don't hesitate; BUY IT NOW!
Overall: I was also very scared to buy this knowing the setup issues people have, and no return on it. However, I bought it anyway and I am thrilled with it. It was a MAJOR pain to figure out how to get it to work but my advice is, only buy it if you have a computer with a built in INTEL USB 3.0 or 3.1 chipset. I have, and it still took about 6 or 7 hours of installing and uninstalling in several different orders. And even then after working, I turned everything off including my laptop, unplugged the 3.0, turned back on everything and plugged it all back in just to see "NO DEVICE" in the display on my screen. It was little things like that, that made issues later after it was already working. I can't give any real steps to help, I can only say keep trying, it will work. And when it does work, it's worth it in the end. Took a day of frustration but this machine is worth it. Like I said, just make sure you have the right usb 3.0 chips etc. Intel 3.0 or 3.1. With that being said, the item arrived in 1 day! Ordered it Sunday, got it Monday afternoon! Thanks zZounds! -RyanRap/hip hop

Love this. It has made practicing and just having fun portable and convenient. Exactly what I was looking for to replace having to hook up all the pedals, amps, find free power outlets and set up the space. I can sit on my porch and play along with songs using tonebridge and the included software is nice too. Really a small living environment game changer for someone who just loves to play. worked right out of the box and with your existing corded headphones. (I wish I could use my Bluetooth phones, but I'm sure there is a newer version with this option… The price is right, it's worth it. I was on the fence for a year and kept coming back to buy after being frustrated with all the cords running around for my guitar rig. A lot of fun, wish I'd had it 20yrs ago.dogsplantsguitar
The Irig HD2 is pretty awesome on its own merits! As a versatile headphone amp, pre amp for your live rig, audio interface direct to your DAW or even as a replacement for your live foot pedal collection during live performances…. But the real value is in the full version of Amplitube that comes with this unit.. I've had the trial version for a bit now and love that I now get full use of all that Amplitube has to offer and was able to get it for free by purchasing the Irig HD2. Couldn't ask for more. !!!!jonlandi
I'm very happy with this product but only after a long struggle figuring out how to get it to work with my 2019 iMac running macOS Catalina 10.15.6. Initially it seemed it wouldn't work but then I figured out that you have to give the iRig HD2 FULL DISK ACCESS permissions in System Preferences – SECURITY & PRIVACY not just FILES and FOLDERS. Remember that if you're running macOS Catalina 10.15.6.integris1

This is a well built piece of equipment. The two channels work great and the expansion slot makes everything better. It's small for folks on the go and can be easily used as a PC Audio interface or, alternatively, used in conjunction with a handheld recorder (with line-in,) or a camera (also with line-in or Mic.) Flexibility to be wireless (option to run on batteries) and phantom power to boot. It makes mobile podcasting a breeze which is my primary use. Pair it with a mixer for more flexibility and capturing live performances. It's really right there in the name. It's HANDY!Adam
First off: the sound quality is excellent. I have great confidence in Zoom from my experience with their H4 and H5. I really just needed a DI/mic interface for mobile laptop consults/presentations: The U44 seems to offer so much more versatility and connectivity than other compact or mobile device options. The U44 has become one of my essential swiss army knife like devices along with the cable tester and multi-meter. < p>The audio quality is excellent: Real world test: neutral and clean results from DI and both dynamic and condenser mics at the end of 25ft cables. For mics: noise floor was -70db at 8 on the gain knob, -65db at 9 and -55db at 10 (maxed) and this noise included the contribution of the cable, the mic and the room. The actual mic gain needed to the DAW (for the standard -18dbfs = 0db on a VU meter) for soft spoken word was about 8, singing or an acoustic guitar 5-6. Guitar amp = 3. So, the background and ambient noise of the location will be the issue: not the s/n of the U44. < p>Reliable USB Interfacing with the Macbook and DAW. SPDIF, midi and monitoring options all work as they should. Its also very useful to be able to power from USB, 5v adapter or AA. Build quality seems good: Its like other Zoom Handy devices, which hold up well. Its not a stompbox, so it may not survive serious abuse: but neither will my boutique gear. < p>I'm really pleased with it for location work, and as a DI for the guitar into the laptop. In a nutshell, it sounds like whatever you put into it. Seriously: Rout a tube mic into the line in some time and have some fun.artzeal
I've owned a lot of interfaces over the years and this is one of the best. For me, one of the best features is the way it sits on a tabletop or the floor. Something about that orientation makes everything so much easier for me. I also like that there are multiple powering options (USB, DC, Batteries) and the option for expansion of the inputs. In addition to this, all the controls you could want are on the surface of the unit, no menu diving and no software to fiddle with. It was recognized by my mac instantly without installing any drivers and sounds great. I hope Zoom sells a ton of these and keeps making them. For me this unit really stands out in a crowded USB interface market. Thanks Zoom!DJ

Great learning tool and as a music game Controller for supported apps. Won't be useful as profesional live instrument due to small lag introduced by Bluetooth. Overall I believe it is works well as it was designed for and we'll built hardware as well as a great collection of beginner apps. The third party FourChords with optional in-app purchase adds to the cost but makes it more enjoyable and fun.AlexT
I bought this for my son, who is a guitar newbie. He travels a lot for work, so I bought him the jamstik+ to bring with him and practice. All I have to say is wow! I am so impressed. It is so easy to use, and connects seamlessly to his phone or iPad. The note transmission from the jamstik+ to my Iphone or tablet is instantaneous. He is a big fan of the guitar learning app called Yousician. So he connects the jamstik to my phone. That way, the phone can play the notes he plays and he can see where his fingers are on the frets, meanwhile his iPad runs the yousician app and he can play along with the lessons since he can hear the notes that are coming out of his iPhone. He and I couldn't be happier!crafter4life
It works exactly like it says it should. I know that's hard to believe. It feels good in your hands and it plays like a real guitar. It's perfect for travel, or as I do, play at work. Just put in the headphones and you don't bother anybody. The apps work well. The interfaces are easy. The lessons are helpful. Excellent value and Oh so much fun to play.brandonlukeskywalker

Reviews:
I have two AVID Mboxes that I have used for years. The Focusrite Solo 3rd Generation is so much better. I bought the Recording package with the CM25 MIC and Headphones at least half the cost of my MBOX mini and MBOX2. The Preamps are amazing, The MIc is great, the flat response headphones for mixing are very clear and The interface is very easy to install and set up. Most importantly the recording freq of 192KHZ gives you a very pristine recording for acoustic guitar and vocals. The other recording interfaces being sold in this price range are 96 kHz or 48 kHz. The Air button gives your recordings a live sound which is very cool. The stock plugins are also good and there is enough for your mixing needs. It also comes with a Few free DAW options. You Can download free plugins, join the Focusrite plugin collective and start on a project within a few mins. thus is a good ProductDavis Roy Wilbury
I bought this to record my band using a single condenser mic setup. It seems to work very well. Drivers are recognized by Windows (11). Solid metal casing. Provides phantom power for the condenser mic. I use Audacity to control the recording and edit the results. It comes with several free downloadable software packages, but I have not tried them. I had a Behringer U-Phoria UM2, but is kind of clunky and does not have a good ASIO driver. Plastic casing.g-oracle
Thankfully they have changed the rear power input to USBC, which is great news. My last one never got used because the input was broken, it ran a similar cable to a printer. Warranty runs out after one year and I never even got to use it. It costs the same amount to post out and repair as to buy another new one. Definitely make sure you're getting USBC. Don't wrap the cable around when storing and transporting. Unplugging is absolute must. Take care of your gear. Quality wise, it does the job. If recording directly you will need to have a DAW with VST3I, VST, VST3 files to augment the sound virtually. It basically turns your computer into an amp. Only for those who wish to record at home and avoid studio costs. Don't waste your time if you don't have a computer. Check for Mac compatibility.AeonOvTerror

Reviews:
This is the perfect accessory if you're a Logic Pro user who plays guitar an wants to use the built-in Logic Pro amps and effects. That said, I bought this more for the ability to control the Logic transport controls via the dedicated Apogee foot-switches. I use a Line 6 Helix and an iRig I/O stomp for recording more than Logic's own amp and effects components, and also often record using actual amps and effects (mic'd), but this offers transport controls along with the added bonus of dedicated foot-switches for amp/effect or other Logic midi-controllable stuff. Plus, I got mine for $199 as a "refurb" from Apogee (it was brand-new!), but it's still worth it at full price of $399 for what it does.stratman351
The device came in original package in outstanding condition. Since it is built very well, it can handle a lot of use. Easy set up with Logic Pro X and my apple mac mini (About 10-15min). It is very easy to use and makes recording and practicing a lot easier without having to take your hands off the guitar.jpasquito

I got this as 'deal of the day' and was reasonable. I consider myself savy with computers and install & use technical programs in my work everyday. The support for this product was very limited, incomplete in fact. Fender should just include an installation CD. Instead you need to search quite a bit online, on Fender forums, just to get the link to download support drivers, ect. First installation failed to work on my laptop. Next installed on a desktop PC and finally got it working correctly. The free Amplitude software is limited , unless you buy the more expensive packages. This will take some time to learn how to make tracks, but it seems to function correctly. Amplitude software is also not very intuitive. Time will tell. It is a cool way to record directly to PC.iceratz
If you want to get from your guitar (or pedal chain) into your PC, this is the simplest way to do it. No fuss, no muss just plug it in, Win7 recognized it instantly, I plugged in my guitar, opened up Audacity and started recording. It's very basic and doesn't have any features but it's very affordable and it just works. If you want a simple, basic solution this one works great.fazool
I recently acquired an alectric guitar, but I didn't purchase an amp at the time.Shopping online, I found a huge selection of practice amps, but I also found this product.I then remembered that Garage Band and Amplitube both exist. Hooray! I rushed off to buy this as soon as I could. Now I have a headphone amp that's way more versatile than any other on the market! What's more, I have made several recordings via this little interface, and they sound great. And because it allows monitoring of the signal, I can even run it into a larger setup, so if I finally get that great keyboard amp or what have you, I can run it into the auxiliary input most have, set up my iPad, and I'm ready to rock. I already, it turns out, have a pretty good effects processor (the iPad). This just facilitates things. The one thing I'll mention about performance is this: using a dedicated set of pedals, a multi-effects pedal, or a preprocessor involves less fiddling about than tapping about on an iPad to dial in the right effect. But if you're willing to deal with the slight complication, this will totally work for you in a lot of settings and for only a little money.Dakotah
