Not only does this 5 watt lil' monster have enough power to rattle the windows, it also has class! At only 9 lbs. the Bugera T5 Infinium has enough "UMFF" to push your favorite 4X12" cabinet into the stratosphere! It's better having this reverb built into this lil' madman than not having any at all. Just like 9/10 of the other amp heads in its class. The 1 channel, "all tube" head has warm cleans. Push in the PHAT switch and crank the volume and gain and you get saturated distortion that will blow you away! All of that in a 9 lb metal cage like package for only $200! What it's not: Not a $1k boutique tube amp. Not a mid-size club amp (unless you have great monitors and a good sound guy). What it is: A well designed, very affordable little monster that will give enough stage volume at 5W for rehearsals in a full rock band or small club, and will also allow you to drive the output stage at that 1W or 1/2W setting for recording at home. The amp sounds best at 5W and driven into either a 4ohm cabinet or two 8ohm cabs. If you use it to drive an 8ohm cab, you are getting only 70% of its potential. I only use el84 based amps. i love their dark, throaty sound, and while this amp doesn't have the punch or snap I get from my 15W custom built el 84 amps, it sounds great for rehearsal or recording. I am a little bit worried about long-term build quality. The input jack is plastic. I have a hard time seeing that surviving a year of rehearsals without breaking. This is a great supplemental amp for rehearsals and recording. Very smartly designed. Good feature set. And if you like the el84 style sound, it delivers it above expectations at this price range. In these days of small solid state, practice amps, this little amp gives you tube tone and more at a very affordable price. A 12ax7 preamp tube and an EL84 power tube provide the tone along with built in reverb, 2 band EQ, gain and a "phat" overdrive switch for added crunch. The three stage attenuator is a nice touch. The stock Bugera tubes are OK but I switched them out with Tung-Sols which provided a rich creamy overdrive more to my liking. Great sound when plugged into my Orange 8" or 12" cab plus headphone jack for late night playing. Great amp for the price!Isom

Awesome stand. It's easily adjustable to fit many different amp combos (it fits all of mine). The adjustments are a snap and you can even set different angles. It folds flat when not in use and is very light and portable. Finally the most important thing is that it is extremely stable. I would definitely recommend this stand for anyone with a combo amp.Tom

Built like a tank! I got tired of flimsy amp stands giving out. This will work in all kinds of applications. Word of warning, if you're trying to slim down your gear, this is not light or terribly compact even though it folds up.Doug

This does the job it's supposed to do. I used it for home practice, and for stage monitoring, with a PodGo, a Helix LT, and my friends Headrush floor unit. I've also used it to monitor when I recorded via the PodGo to a PC. The sound is good across the volume range, including for playing quietly at home levels during the day or evening. I'd still recommend good cans though if you plan to play at 2am and share a wall with a neighbor. It also handled stage monitoring exceptionally, with a live acoustic uncaged drummer, a bass player using a Harte head and 4×10, and a piano player who seems to think that the object of the game is to drive the keys into the floor. Oh… and a sax next to me honking like a flock of geese. No issue hearing myself, and it reproduced the signal with full integrity to the house speakers. A quick tip… do not sit it on a carpeted surface. I did notice that this greatly changes the sound. I have it in a monitor cradle on stage and on an amp stand at home and it works great. I bought this stand for my Markbass 2×10 combo amp. I had to buy a 20lb dumb bell for the back leg supports because I was concerned about it "tipping" forward. It's a well built unit, just not for this amp. Maybe should'a done a bit more research. My amp is a "tilt" and "flat" type unit. That could be the problem. While these stands are technically for amplifiers, I use them to hold my vintage 45 pound speakers and they work great. My previous speaker stands broke so I wanted something cheap that could hold them stably and securely, these were exactly what I was looking for. These stands are angled slightly upwards which projects the audio towards your ears. Overall, if you need speaker stands for some big speakers, these are a very good, affordable option.Kevin

I purchased three of these for a couple of Yamaha 212 combos @ 62 lbs each and a Roland AC-100 @ about 60. This stand does a fantastic job of supporting these amps as its capacity is 152 lbs.and the extensions of the base "horizontal" pieces beyond the core of the uprights guarantee excellent stability. Puts the amp controls in so much more convenient a location too. Distance between support pieces is fixed so it could possibly not be ideal for everyone's application, but If you can get your amps up off the floor where they can be heard properly, they will actually sound better! You will also find you need less volume as you can hear it better and your band mates will be happier too! I'm thinking about a few more! Excellent tool!Rama

With C19 I was looking for a good home tube amp and the Revv D20 way exceeded my expectations. The sound is terrific. Works well with my hx effects + pedal board. Attenuates onboard from 20w to 4w. And when I need to be quiet (headphones) or just want to pull tones into my DAW, the Two Notes torpedo is really good. I'm really glad I bought this Amp.Ira

Great sounding amp and the built in two notes cab sim is great. Great metal tones but you’ll need an overdrive pedal to really get the most out of it. Clean tones are gorgeous. MIDI is simple to use to change the channel and various other parameters too. What a fantastic amplifier this is. Worth every penny. The High and Low power settings both give different sounds and are equally usable. For more gain I use a Korg Nu:Tekt Over Drive pedal, they go very well together. I use beyerdynamic DT770 Pro headphones with the cab sim output every day! Have not stopped playing this amp since it arrived and I would say to anyone looking for an amplifier like this that if they are in a position to do so, then buy it without hesitation. My Shergold guitar and my Gordon Smith guitar go so well with this amp- both guitars have Humbucker pick ups and definitely give me the kind of tone that I have been looking for since I first heard JoyDivision more than 40 years ago. The amp works well with my Gibson ES330 guitar too which has P90 pick ups and is sort of an upmarket Casino. If anyone knows the sounds of Bernard Sumner with both the Shergold Masquerader and the ES330 then this amp sounds a lot like his setup without the punishing volume of his Vox. I have also been able to get the Neil Young Cortez the Killer tone pretty convincingly too. No regret at all in buying this amplifier and if it breaks would buy another without hesitation. I should perhaps add that this is the first Valve Amp that I have ever bought after many years of building my own Valve Amps.David C.

This thing has quickly become my go-to for home use and recording. Has an unbelievable sound for heavy stuff, and a pretty decent clean sound also. Sounds fantastic through my Marshall 212 cab and equally great when recording directly.AKJ

Overall: This amp is another example of Laney excellence. I have only until now had the pleasure of playing through one in a store last year. The clean channel sounds great even with pedals if you prefer pedals for overdrive and distortion. The distortion in this amp is hard to find fault with. My only recommendation is with using it with you DAW use a gate or denoiser. I used the one Pro Tools comes with and aola! Perfection. I also tested it's capabilities with a cabinet. Again A++ my only complaint was it was supposed to come with a gig bag and it wasn't in it and had to call zZounds but I was told they would order it if I didn't want to return the amp which I can't do.Jonathan

Overall: Perfect for recording in my home studio. Checked out both 1 and 15 watt inputs. The USB for direct recording and reamping works as advertised. Tonewise delivers the aggressive sounds I was looking for. Clean is nice, reverb and boost are great features as well. I am always looking for tones to separate me from the typical Marshall / Fender sounds.Solid build, controls feel tight and smooth. My only criticism is I would have liked a standby switch. Pushed at high volume with loud humbuckers it got a little noisy. Other than that I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the customer service provided by zZounds. Great tone. Channel switching covers many many flavors of drive and awesome cleans. Ability to use 6l6, El34 or 6v6 covers so many more tones. Reverb and effects loop on the footswitch is cool. No pedals needed on the floor. Just the footswitch.srvguy

I've wanted the JP-2C ever since it came out, and I am not disappointed! This thing is a beast. The cleans are pristine and the high gains are incredibly tight and edgy. I can't believe how powerful the 5-band EQ's are. You can literally reshape your sound with just the slightest adjustment, which is incredible. I also have the TC-100, which I love. I'd say the TC may be slightly more versatile in the high gain and crunch sounds it provides, but if you want the Petrucci high gain sound, nothing beats the JP-2C!John

I have been playing fender amps for years, and was tired of lugging them around. I now have the Pro Block 200 with a 1×12 Eminence speaker, and it is amazing! Fantastic tone, clarity, and a a lot of headroom. I play solo jazz gigs, and gigs with a full rock band. It sounds great in every situation, and always has enough volume. I am looking forward to getting one of the combo amps. Every guitar player should give these a try.Jim F

Theres no way this thing should sound as good as it does. It really does put the OR in MeteOR… I was surprised how well it pushed my old Laney 4×12 cab as well as it did. The only thing I wished it had was a foot switch to switch between the clean and OD channels but at least it has a clean channel.ushdaddy716

Bought one recently to pair with my Telecaster. Really good 2-channel amp for the money as long as you have a decent cab to pair it with. It's loud for its size, fairly versatile and extremeply portable. The Meteor is supposed to be modeled after the Orange sound, and while it doesn't quite get there, it does have tons of that British crunch on the OD channel and it sounds pretty convincing for what it is. The clean channel is quite passable and would make a great pedal platform considering these amps have an FX loop. The tone control on the Meteor is a bit too subtle for my taste, but again, the FX loop allows for tone shaping through other means. The Bluetooth feature is all but worthless and I wonder why the extra electronics and room wasn't used for something more useful like a footswitch input for channel switching, or built-in reverb/delay. Either of those options would have been infinitely better than Bluetooth connectivity. The headphone out supposedly has cab simulation; it's not the worst I've heard but it isn't all that great either. Overall, this is definitely a great amp that is easily worth the money if you're looking for a nice practice or studio amp for British crunch and classic rock sounds.barny1515

I've never tried a Randall before. I use a PRS Archon and an MT15. I've used peavey ultras and 6505, EVHiii 6L6. Right off the bat, the clean channel is very forgettable. The dirty channel is a tight and very responsive metal tone. It is pretty much one flavor, tone. Great sharp rock tones, add a boost and get massive tight metal tones. I got a great deal on this amp and was very happy when I played with my own gear at home. It sounds very similar to Olas tone from his old Randall Satan vids. It's got that Fortin tone. The loop is decent. I'm running an oceans11, the RV6 had a harder time dialing in. With my Orange 212 it sounds really thick and tight. The Mesa212 (overrated) didn't take it as well until you really gave it juice. Only swapping out boost pedals give me a little variation in tones, but it will sound the same overall. Maybe an EQ would give more options. But for what it is, I love it. It's easy to use, has a noticeably better metal tone than many amps in its weight class. This amp has been out a while but IMO is does metal much better than the EVH and 6505. It's tighter than my Archon and much easier to dial in than the MT. It looks brutal. I got it at half the price of an EVH 50watt, no joke. It's not going to sound like a Randall Satan with options and 120 or so watts of roar, but it's close. I've tried with the 33 and Zuul. Brutal. Currently running it with a Waza SD1 and am getting tight, buttery tones. It took a HD precision drive very well also. I would say not having separate EQ for cleans sucks but That's not why I got this amp. Home use/practice recording.Ghostpuncher

Been looking for a true metal amp that wouldnt put me in debt for a while. This was the holy grail for me. Eat a marshall for breakfast. The boost is great for leads. My only complaint would be no reverb. But still sounds amazing. Worth buying.Ba H

I bought this wanting an amp with more gain for harder styles of music. I wanted a tube amp also. This fit the bill. I have the Diavlo 1×12 cab with a V30, and that sounds fantastic combined with this amp. If you think it can only do metal, think again – the clean channel can be pretty clean. Then when you go to the gain channel and set the boost on, you get hair and you don't need a pedal to get good hair. In fact, the pedal I tried with it (Line 6 M13) did not play well at all with this amp. So luckily you really don't need a pedal for it. They really should make the tubes a bit easier to get at for changing them out and setting the bias. It can be done but I wouldn't say it will be "easy" by any means. The stock Ruby tubes are surprisingly not bad in this amp. However I changed them out right away for Electro Harmonix tubes and for me, those sound better. If you are just a head banger death metal guy, the Rubies might be even better for you. I really love the tone from this beast. Clean it's really good and the hairy stuff is exactly what I was looking for. The corksniffers will disagree, but you don't HAVE to spend a fortune to get an all tube amp that delivers fantastic tone.Mr Bukkake

Overall: Overall: These speakers are an amazing value! They sounds just as good as any other FRFR speakers I've seen, and at the price, they're an absolute no-brainer. Designed for guitar multi-fx, but literally everything I've thrown at them sounds incredible. I've got two, and I run them in my backyard to play music. They are very loud, and have no problem filling a large space with sound.Features: They're a speaker in a box. Not a ton of features to be expected, although there are 2 volume-controllable XLR-1/4'' inputs, which is pretty nice. They've also got an output for daisy-chaining, but I have them running stereo, so I have no need for this.Quality: Pretty decent, especially for the price! The plastic casing seems sturdy enough to trust at gigs, although I haven't had the chance to yet. The metal grill is sturdy aswell, and has yet to dent, even after I've gotten my hands on a pair.Manufacturer Support: I've never had to contact the Manufacturer.Sound: Amazing! For a $300 speaker, these things really sound incredible. The day I got them, I literally sat there listening to my guitar's reverb tail off for what seemed like forever. Very low noise speakers, even at higher volumes.Ease of Use: They're a speaker. I'm confident you can figure them out. Value: These speakers are one of the best value FRFR speakers I've ever seen. I spent $600 on a pair, at a time where I was looking at other speakers that would have cost me double that.The Wow Factor: These speakers blew me away as soon as I plugged them in. Overall: I shopped for months comparing the Alto, Headrush, EV, and several other options. I actually purchased the Line 6 cabinet and was tremendously disappointed in it's output and tone. I tried a headrush 112 and absolutely loved it. People will say its really bassy but I prefer it, here's why. In the age of the new modelers taking over, some of us are still used to hearing that "amp like" air moving behind us and the headrush 12 makes me feel like there's still an amp on stage with me. Tip: if you have an issue with the bass, clean up your presets a tad: there are several ways to mitigate it (low cut on the amp models, low cut in the eq chain, low cut block in the chain, low cut on effects, and so on). Some will even say that adding low cut will screw your front-of-house sound, but thats not true either for the Helix, you just need to split your signal paths so that you can enjoy the speaker as a monitor and let the sound tech also do his job. I have used it all weekend as a monitor and also as my main stage amp, PLENTY of power. Im going to buy another just to run a stereo setup. Couldnt be happier. I do wish they made a speaker cover for it though.Johnathan

( DISCLAIMER) Let me start off by saying that maybe it was just my unit that I had, or that I possibly never figured out how to dial the modeler I was using properly. Everyone is different and perhaps the settings I was using was not correct for the cabinet's character. But that being said, I found this cabinet to be a total let down. I bought one of these to go with my Kemper because I wanted a budget friendly solution and I had heard great things about this unit over the web. I kept the Headrush for about 2 weeks before returning it. I never once got a usable sound out of it. It's built really well, and I like what they were going for, but the unit just sounds bad in my opinion. It's Way too bassy, all the clean sounds sound like they have a towel over the speaker, or it has a cold, and there's no way to get rid of it either by using the contour feature or through adjusting EQs through the modeler. The high gain sounds were the worst. It really lacked any real definition and it was hard to tell the difference between a 5150 profile, and a Plexi. IT also has a weird shrill sound out of it at louder gain volumes which was odd. The last thing that killed it for me was that it had an annoying hiss sound, which could of just been my unit but it was super unpleasant. To conclude. I can't recommend this unit out there to anyone. It's not a terrible unit, but I just feel like there are better options out there. IF you are on a really tight budget and can't afford anything else, its okay, but I would recommend getting the 108 model of this. It's a little smaller, but it has the same sound quality, plenty loud, it's cheaper, and I feel like that would be a better purchase. That way you wont be spending an extra $100 on this to see if you like it or not. If you can save up a little more cash I would HIGHLY!! recommend the Laney LFR 112 Powered Cab. It's a much better cabinet, and is in that same more budget friendly price range, and just sounds fantastic!ToneMage

I have to agree with some of the previous reviews. This product is well made and looks like it will last forever. The only problem is with the one obvious design flaw. The top rear support rail is only 19" long, which is way too short for some amps. If you have an open-back combo amp, the rail will sit inside the side walls of the amp and potentially push against tubes. That makes it unusable. There is a simple modification to fix this. Just add a piece of wood or a steel tube to lengthen the rail. I knew when I ordered the stand that I would need to do this, so I wasn't upset when I received it. I would still recommend this product, but just be aware that depending on the design of your amp, you may need to modify the stand. A little disappointed in Gator. Their products are usually very well thought out. Still, it's a usable product, after you make the mod.mclove2000

My guitar player used this on a gig and because he has a Fender Hot Rod Deville the back support fell right in where the back of the amp is open. It held the amp but not the way you want and because of this the center of gravity was off, we needed to lean it against the wall for more stability. If the back support was the size of the front support there would be no problem! Why they made the back support smaller than the front is beyond me. Just a few more inches on the back support and there isn't an amp that it can't hold. This stand will support a 100 lbs. amp with ease it's very well made.BT
