Reviews:
I picked this up for my son so he could practice around the house. Killer stocking stuffer! When the son is away the dad will now play. I started playing my Mustang Bass through this and it did the job. It's a small amp, not a practice amp. This is perfect for camping trips, rocking at the office or kicking it in the backyard. Oh yeah and you can plug in 1/4 headphones and keep the concert to yourself. It runs on a 9-volt battery or you can plug in a 9-volt adapter.SERGIO
Took a chance on this and purchased it without every playing it. Watched video reviews on it and gave it a shot. Yes, I know that it's small in size, smaller than a kids lunchbox but I hoped it'd produce quality sound and what I got was muddy sounds at increased volumes. It's not clear sounding and my goal to play through an amp is to sound good and I felt if I actually played this in front of people, the muddyness would make me sound amateurish. So, for what you pay for this, yes, you get amplified but it's not real great quality, unless you're a metal player because you don't get a clean sound from this. I rate this 3 stars because it's convenient to have a portable battery operated tiny amp that you can plug into and get sound from, however, the quality almost makes you not even want to play it.Jesse
This ain't no micro cube or vox. This less than 20$ & runs on 1 9v battery or 9v plug in the wall.(transformer not included)& Holy Friggin' Smokes does this baby perform.Monster overdrive tone & super bright, clean tone.Headphone input.Probably exceeds 60 decibels, which is beyond city ords. could get U a fine it's so damn loud. My Strat Squire sounds soooo Fender good out of this lil sucka & my electric/acoustic, sooo crisp.Ultra light to carry around.I've been using the JOYO mini,I love it,plug in,no chord, fun but this Fender mini is a bit more.More tone options and louder.I've yet to find out how quick it eats batteries. The JOYO burns them up fast.Get the rechargeables. Also the JOYO has an MP3 input. This doesn't. I run guitar strap thru the handle so the chord is like non-existent or U can old school it and have a 10 or 20 ft chord. So light it can be pulled over by the chord. These mini amps also pick up radio signals. When I turn them on I can hear radio stations at certain angles. So get 1 for the road. It's all about the fun.annoyingted1

Reviews:
I use it with my Yamaha parlor 14-fret and Ibanez OO slotted-headstock 12-fret acoustic-electric guitars. With both, the sounds are rich and full. I don't need to fill a large room, just my living room. Even so, the volume knob doesn't even need to go past 9 o'clock for me to get powerful and distortion-free sounds.Boon
This was a surprise. I was sure this would sound decent but I was pleasantly surprised at the control & versatility. With a Stratacoustic, very clean & crisp, nice body. I tried all the normal dang Shure's everyone uses but this was great with a Blue Encore 100. Decided to try my daughters Roland Aerophone, very good tone overall. This would work for a little gig or practice of course, but for recording it would work well & of course you can mic this in a larger club/venue. Overall a fun, quality & versatile little amp. I recommend this, for the cost you can do a lot with it.MM
I was a little hesitant on buying this amp because of the size, but I decided to take a shot at it. I was very surprised at the power this thing puts out. I use it on my Fender Malibu acoustic electric and also on my Alesis Nitro Mesh Drumkit. It packs plenty of power for both. Highly satisfied with the amplifier. It has a mic input as well and is perfect for small gigs and jamming around the house. AMS offers a 45 day return policy which makes it a no brainer to purchase this thing. If you are looking for an inexpensive amplifier to jam on then I would highly recommend this Fender Acoustasonic Amplifier. You get a great quality product at an affordable price range, backed by an amazing customer support team and return policy.Agent47

Reviews:
I am a frontman/singer but I have played bass in working bands, though it has been like 30 years. I have a more powerful bass amp, but bought this just to jam to songs in my bedroom. Very portable. It sounds pretty good for what I paid. I have recently had trouble with a nearly new Fender guitar amp, so I wasn't going to buy another Fender product right now. Considered a small Ampeg, but this Acoustic was discounted 20% the day I decided to buy something, and I think it'll work ok. I'd buy it again for the same price.Rob
I use the bass amp for jamming with a group which we do every other week in my studio. We are acoustic guitar players but a few of us take turns playing bass. I own a Rumble 15W but I feel it wasn't giving us enough bass. I want a deep bass sound especially when playing reggae. The Acoustic 50W was just what I needed. It has a deep sound and you can create special bass effects with the overdrive. In fact, the bass is so powerful it rattles our french doors if you turn the volume to 12 o'clock. I've cranked it up all the way once just to test it and it was booming and rattling the windows. No amp buzz whatsover. I've never tried it outside because of Covid 19 and social distancing. But can't wait to try it.Enrici

Reviews:
I was in the store two days ago and played through this amp. The B300HD model is great. It's not too heavy and sonically, it'ss quite versatile for a budget amp. Unfortunately, this specific head unit is fried. After around 5 minutes of playing through it, the sound got distorted and started fading until nothing was pushing through to the cabinet. After a short break, it would work for about another 5 minutes and then started acting up again. I plugged it into 3 different cabs and used 3 different bases just to make sure that it was the head unit. I brought it to the counter and told the salesman what had happened. He said that he would take care of it, but apparently it's still on the sales floor. I'm giving 2 stars only because of how it sounded before it blew up.Butch Bobcat
Very excited to reduce the lugging weight from my previous amp which was about 40 pounds down to 7.5 pounds. Nice features. Nice EQ. 300watts in a small package. I put mine on a laptop shelf on a mic stand. Easy to reach all the controls. All in all very nice. However the amp started cutting out after about 20 minutes. After the third try I called Musicians Friend to return it. Musicians Friends customer service was excellent. No muss, no fuss. I had to wait for the replacement because it was on backorder, but it still came in pretty fast. The new one has been working no issues for several hours (2 hours at a time). All in all I'm happy but it will take a little time to gain confidence in this one. I gave it 4 stars, but Musicians Friend should get 5 stars for the service.Bassman
Bought used from a local GC. Didn't test it in the store, but plugged it in immediately when I got home. Sounded great with all tone controls at 12, super lo off, super hi off, notch filter off, and gains set to 9:30. I haven't had time to really tweak tones, but it has the flexibility for me. I play contemporary Christian as a member of a worship team and kpop on the side.Len D
5. Acoustic B25c 1×8 25w Bass Combo With Tilt-Back Cab Black

Reviews:
Got this on sale. Best practice combo thus far. I didn't even try it out since I've had other practice amps (Peavey, Crate) before and feared I'd just suffer with poor sound. Not so with this one. Tone is amazing. Hit's fundamental E string with no issues. Won't shake your room but tone is really solid. I tested using a spectrum analyzer (just for fun) and the crazy little 8 hits the lows no problem and with nice flat harmonics too. Remarkably loud. Have not tested but assume this could be used in a small room. I've been running the EQ's on flat. Dunno, maybe the technology has caught up with itself – better Xmax on the speaker, switcher power supplies, anyway, this is a great deal for a small combo and I'm redeemed from all the hard cone, no bottom end amp I suffered with back in the day..John
I got this amp to play along with Christian songs on You Tube. It has a very clean and clear sound to it. I once had a Fender 40-watt guitar amp that was quite louder than this amp, so don't expect it to blow you out of the room. It does what I want it to, and I can hear it well enough when playing along with the music. Overall, I'm happy and satisfied the Acoustic B100C. btw, you can get more volume by turning up the overdrive as it is quite mild.Jeff, Young Old TImer
I bought a B25C when my main amp had to go into the shop for repair. I had been considering getting a smaller amp for practice or playing with a friend who does acoustic music. I compared this with the Fender Rumble 25. What sold me on the Acoustic is the wedge shape and the flexible tone options. Both amps sounded great, but the B25C had a wider range of tones. The 25 watts is perfect for practice and it has enough body to sound like a bigger amp. You can't beat it for the price.G.W

Reviews:
I originally bought the A20, the chorus went function went bad. I was supposed to get a replacement A20, but I was told the store delivery truck broke down. The demo A20 was pretty beat up, so I went for the A15 since they had it in stock. Less wattage, smaller speaker, no reverb, and no output with adjustable level.. The A15 cost less, but I would have rather had a replacement A20. That said, it's not a bad amp. I will wait before I ever recommend to a friend, based on my experience with the A20.None
O.K. Boys and Girls, I'll get right to the point. If you look at the input jacks on this combo amp, you'll see that the only choice for input #2, is a 1/4" plug. That means that, unless you use a converter to go from XLR to 1/4", you can't use a normal (low impedance) mic on input #2. Input #2 is the one with the EQ section on it. So, if you want to EQ vocals with this unit, you're out of luck with the on board EQ, unless you buy an external XLR to 1/4" convertor cable or plug. Then look at the #1, XLR input. There is no EQ on that channel. You plug your mic into this input and hope for the best. Without EQ you can't tailor the sound from your mic, with this amplifier's EQ. You are stuck with whatever your mic produces, and the tonal characteristics of your voice. So, if you need to roll off some highs, or accentuate them, you can't do it on this unit with just the XLR input on this amp. You'd have to process your vocals externally to this amp, them bring them into the XLR input on this amp. It's either that, or you'd have to get an XLR to 1/4" convertor and use the input #2. Other than that, Acoustic does a great job with these all-in-one acoustic style amps. I've used one for years. They are very quick to setup, have reasonable power for small rooms, and have good tone. I'd recommend these, especially for the price. Just be aware that the limitations on this particular unit, at least partially lies in the fact that they did not put a dual use XLR/1/4" jack on channel two. The old Acoustic AG30 had dual use jacks on both channels. What were they thinking when they designed this unit: no EQ for vocals? What the heck….?TruthMan

Reviews:
These amps are amazing! The harmony pedal is so tight to the vocal, the clarity in the acoustics are great on voice and guitar. The reverbs are quite a large hall with only 1 setting, so personally don’t use the reverbs too heavy, chorus is great, delay is great. Simple looper on there, but don’t personally use, I connect an alternative looper as difficult to use live. But overall sound of acoustics and depth are really top notch! I bought two and gig with my partner with just these two as I couldn’t find anything as clean with such a cool harmony pedal. 2 d.I out inputs on thé back make it really good for recording live sessions too!Corrie E.

I had a Fishman Loudbox before this amp, and I was completely satisfied. I believed I had it all – and I STILL know that Fishman creates an awesome acoustic amp. Then one day, I saw a demo of this amp at a local music store while travelling and I decided to play with it for a few hours. Well, unbeknownst to me, I opened up a black hole money sucking vortex, and sure enough within two months I bought one of my own. The first thing that captured my attention with this amp is how little . . .and yet LOUD this amp really is. Quite frankly, I can't recall ever feeling so confused about the size versus the sound output on a device. Obviously, the smaller, the more portable, but often it comes with a significant sound downgrade. To me this is now the new gold standard on what a small portable amp can output. The next thing that caught my ear was just how much the amp brought to life the natural sound of an acoustic guitar. It has standard tone controls, but in addition it has three different resonance modes you can add – and they're not gimmicky. I have my favorite, but all three add a flavor to the sound that is warm and, well, wood grainy. Finally, I was unable to resist its siren song charms after hearing what it can do if you plug in a vocal mic. With the additional ability to add either a lower, upper, or unison vocal in conjunction with your own . . . geez this thing is perfect for a portable acoustic musician playing to small groups. Add in a dual footswitch and you gain even more control, including a looper. Serious, if what I describe is what you're looking for, look no further. This amp is the current gold standard by which all future acoustic amps should be judged.Kilrahi

the most amazing lightweight personal amp I've ever owned. It has a microphone input too. The power and big sound from this is almost unbelievable. I can't turn up the master volume past 3 in a practice studio, so lots of grunt left for outdoor settings. Wish I'd bought this earlier. And sooooo amazingly lightFerenc M.
I bought the Vox VX 50 AG, to use as a practice amp at home. I've been more than satisfied with it's tone and volume. It's a nice compact body size, and is easy to move around because of the low weight and sturdy carrying handle. The controls are easily accessible on top, and have a quality feel to them. Overall, a very good amp that I would purchase again, and recommend to others!Gary

Reviews:
This amp has a wide range of settings to dial in whatever sound you need for various types of guitars and pickups. I was a little disappointed in the volume limitation when plugging in my acoustics with passive pickups- they just didn't have any punch even with the dial turned up, but that was corrected somewhat with an XLR>RCA converter jack to boost the signal. Also the pre-amp in the effects box I have does the same thing. It produced great tone and presence on an electric 12 string, classical, and irish bouzouki which all have active pickups. What really impressed me was how it handles vocal and instrument together. No feedback and plenty of headroom. I'm glad I settled on this model to meet my needs rather than some of the others out there of the same capabilities. The looper is another fun feature that allows you to lay some percussive rhythm down to play along to, or a chord progression to build upon. Another plus is its small footprint and light weight for portability. I plan to be using it in small rooms where it fills the space without being over bearing. It is a perfect tool for solo performances, but would probably hold its own in a small group as well.super-perfundo
I am very pleased with this amplifier. It is very small, (like a large lunchbox) and light. 8 AA batteries can power this or you can use the included ac/dc inverter. After playing with the mic input and plugging my Taylor; its obvious that this is the easiest to use and best sounding acoustic amp I own. Subtle nuances in voice and guitar are replicated so clearly, I forget which part is already recorded on the looper and what is the live part I am playing! No kiddin, its that good! Speakin of the looper, that is probably the best practice feature of any piece of gear I own. Nothing fancy, and 40 seconds tops, but it is falling off a log ez and really does give you enough time to lay down a basic track. My guitar has never sounded so crisp and clean, ambience/chorus on both channels are very high quality! Don't let the size fool you, this isn't a toy, but I guarantee if you get one, you will wanna play for hours! Few pieces of gear have ever been such a pleasant surprise!wdc27909

Solid built Excellent sound Very portablePat
Overall: I was looking for a smaller Acoustic Amp that reflected a "true" acoustic sound, not processed or too quaky.. Sure you can find some really good tone from Boss/Loudbox, etc but they just weren't for me. Then you look at some higher end ones that are $1.3k+ like Mesa Rosette, AER, Acus, etc and they are all super strong contenders, but pay a hefty premium! Then I stumbled on the Genzler Accoustic Array line, listened to some test/reviews of the Genzler and was instantly drawn in. Really sounded good when used w/ guitars w/decent pick ups in them. Thought the effects sounded good and not overpowering. Well it arrived in perfect condition and hasn't disappointed! Quality is spot on and it works/sounds great with my Takamine's, Gibson, PRS, Taylors, etc! It really is a fantastic amp for the value, sits right in between the other options in this 50-120amp range!Vinny

Reviews:
Powerful little amp with a bunch of onboard effects including a 90 second looper (Note the product descriptions say 60 seconds on most major retail sites) however it can do 90 seconds and layer on as much as you like. My Gibson J-45 sounds beautiful out of this amp and with an LR Baggs pre-amp pedal I am below 1/4 volume and that's enough to fill a large living room full of sound. The bluetooth functionality works great and sounds really good. It does miss a bit on the low end when playing music from an iPhone, but that was expected. The effects are great, tone is spot on. Only wish for me is that you could blend reverb and chorus but you can only mix delay/chorus and delay/reverb. Not a big deal. For an affordable, great clean sounding amp with some nice effects you can't go wrong with this. I put it up against a Fishman Loudbox mini and went home with this one.Randall K
I bought this little guy about 2 weeks ago and am really happy that I did. I am constantly tweaking my sound in search of just the right sound. This one gets me there for the most part. The clarity and depth of the low end was a great surprise. I am a solo acoustic performer for the most part occasionally branching out to duos and trios. I have a ton of gear but also seem to struggle getting just the right sound mainly because everywhere I play is different. This little guy is a great solution for small rooms or quiet settings. It's also a pretty good solution for larger louder gigs due to its line out options. I can go straight into the back of my different line array speakers and get a bigger beautiful tone that fills the room nicely. The FX are great and very easy to dial in. I also bought the 4 button foot pedal which makes the looping seamless. Vocals through this amp are clear and have the same options for quality fx. I tried several acoustic amps, but this one did it for me. It's also very light weight and even has a small integrated kickstand which is pretty cool. Very glad I bought this, it makes practicing a pleasure as well due to the sound quality. My acoustic guitars come to life and my semi hollow PRS sounds beautiful through it as well.Jaxon

've been playing blues and jazz gigs for over 20 years. This is a well rounded addition to my existing PA and stack when needed. The stand alone feature for smaller gigs was an attractor, but I purchased it as a practice amp for my home studio. After playing with it I used it on a small coffee shop gig and it excelled.Jazzman
In searching for an Acoustic Amp my three criteria were that it be at least 30 Watts, have two separate inputs/controls, and stay in my budget. I narrowed down my list to the Acoustic A40 and Fishman Loudbox Mini. Though I was drawn to the Loudbox Mini's smaller size I chose the Acoustic A40 as the price was about $60 less and it had the bonus of a headphone jack. In the end very happy with my choice. The amp does not have the annoying buzz that so many amps seem to have when you are not playing. When you are playing the sound is deep and definitely has the power to fill the room. The built in effects panel offers a wide range of options and allows you to save personalized settings. I also like the combo XLR / 1/4"" jacks. Think Guitar Center has done well with this private label amp. It sounds awesome, is built solid, flexible, and well worth the reasonable price tag.Matt
I lead worship at our church and play several outdoor events every year. For years I have used my Crate CA125 amp and it has served me well, but I could never get a really nice sound out of it and had to play through an old DOD Acoustec pedal to get a sound that was close to what I wanted. Out of curiousity I plugged into the Acoustic A40 at Guitar Center, and wow! The tone was amazing. Wonderful bass response and really nice, clear highs. I like the simple interface, an easy to manipulate 3-band EQ with a sweepable mid. I like the less is more approach that they've taken with this amp – the bottom line is it's very easy to get a nice sound. The preset effects are nice, I really like the reverb effects and the chorus is nice too. The amp also has phaser, delay, and flanger, but I wouldn't have much use for those unless I was recording lead guitar lines for a backing track or something like that. The Bluetooth is great! The 1/8" aux input jack on the front is very useful also. There is no individual volume control for these two, you just control your volume on the device you're using and it sounds very clean with a wide volume range. The amp comes with 20 preset effects patches, most of which are pretty nice (but not #19, oh it's horrible). There are also 20 channels available for user presets. What's less than stellar? Editing effects. Very unintuitive and at times frustrating, and the manual isn't much help. It took me some time and trial & error to get things dialed in how I wanted. I do like that I can take an existing effects setting, add other effects to taste, and then save it as a user preset complete with a programmable name of my choice, pretty cool. When you have an effect turned on you get it on both channels, no choice there but with reverb and a little chorus it works very well for guitar and vocals. If you need more flexibility you could step up and get the A1000, but for a player like me this amp has all I need. 2 thumbs up.Rob
