Sound: You can't go wrong on tone with the construction of this bass: maple/walnut neck through mahogany body, EMG pups, active pre. Right off the bat, you have good tone. The neck is fast and easy to play. This bass sounds more expensive than it actually is. Features: Well, a bass built in this fashion SHOULD feature a 35" scale, and this one does not. The 34" scale is fine for E-A-D-G, but the B is FLOPPY! There are some players that really like a loose B string, but I'm not one of those players. 🙂 All due respect, I like my strings nice and tight from one end to the other for optimal string response. Also, the bass only has a two band active pre, and for a bass constructed as this one is, I would expect to see a 3-band. I was highly disappointed when I discovered this… Ease of Use: NARROW STRING SPACING. I have big hands with long, chubby fingers. I play fingerstyle, and I need a little bit of room to dig in when I'm playing. I can see the narrower string spacing being great for pick players, or for people with small hands and skinny fingers. If you have large hands and fingers, though, you definitely want to play this bass BEFORE you buy it to make sure you can deal with the narrow spacing. Quality: The construction and quality control seemed top notch. The natural matte finish did not show any mistakes in the manufacturing of this product. The bass is well balanced, and it sounds great. Value: I would say the value is only average. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice bass, and it does sound good and play good. I'm rating value a "6" because of the disappointment of not having a few key elements that are typically desired with a bass built to this particular standard. There was only a 2-band EQ, not a 3-band with mid control. The string spacing is so narrow, the bass is practically unplayable for big guys like me. The 34" scale yields a floppy, flemsy low B, and that's no good for me. I like the bass, but I would not buy this bass because of these shortcomings. Manufacturer Support: I've never contacted Schector, so I don't know. The Wow Factor: read "Value" Overall: Traben, Spector, and other top manufacturers are having their basses imported from Asia just like Schector. These basses ARE well designed and well constructed, with good components. Schector simply missed it with this bass, in my opinion, because the competitors are building basses with better components and better design. This bass, for me, is slightly above average for basses in this price point. When I was shopping for my 5-string bass, I played this Schector, along with the Schector Stiletto Custom, Traben Chaos Obsession, Ibanez SR505, Fender American 5-string American Jazz, Warwick Corvette Standard (ash body), and others. Out of all the listed basses, I liked the Traben Choas Obsession the best because it is comparable to this bass, but has 35" scale, 3-band EQ, wide string spacing, and a really innovative bridge design. The Traben was right for me, and I know it was because I played every 5-string bass that I could get my hands on to make sure that it was. All that said, this bass is a nice bass that simply fell short FOR ME. This bass may be perfect for you. Play it and find out.

I bought this bass 9 months ago and the quality hasn't changed a bit. I've played about 10 gigs with it, I love the look, the feel, and, most importantly, the sound. We play mostly pop punk and the active pickups really give you that meatier bass tone, especially when paired with the right pedal. I bought this bass open box, so there were a couple cosmetic differences (chips/cracks in the gloss), but the electronics work great. One thing I didn't realize is that active pickups require a 9 Volt battery, which I changed about 6 months in. There's a compartment in the back that unscrews and holds that bad boy in there, quick fix, easy peasy. If you're looking for a quality bass to play some rock, this is it. Bought this bass from open box inventory. Musicians Friend had good photos of damage/repairs and when I called with questions they were VERY honest and knowledgeable. After I got the neck adjusted and raised string height slightly to fit my style this is in my opinion a very good playing the bass. It has a thin neck that is smooth and fast playing. I have not had any issues with this bass going out of tune, even after playing pretty hard for hours at a time. Also I like that is somewhat less wide at the nut. Not quite like a jazz bass considerably smaller than my Rickenbacker. EMG pickups are nice and hot, I can get a huge range of tones. The only downside for me is there are no fret markers on the side of the neck. Small white dots would be nice for those of us who are still getting used to a fretless neck. All in all this was a great buy for the price.D minor
Having been a keyboard player all my life with a special appreciation 4 what the bass guitar can do, I decided to find a lefty 5-string and teach myself to play. Lefties are not plentiful, so I felt lucky to find this moderately priced model that has the quality and range of Active Electronics I wanted. It is solid and holds tune and plays easily I think. The neck is the heavy end of the guitar and I may look for a specialized strap to keep the neck up when my right hand is not on the neck. The 18 volt active knobs work as expected. The look of the guitar is very nice and I don't believe it looks plain, rather it is a finished natural Satin that frankly is in Vogue with the better players. All in all I'm perfectly satisfied with the quality of the choice I made. I'll be putting on a set of strings that allow smoother slides and doing a bit of jazz fusion as well as rock and old school R&B. I'm into the tones of Miller / Jaco / Tal / Clarke, etc.Stellan

This was designed by Leo Fender, I guess he left Fender, started Musicman and G&L (not sure of the order) so these basses have lineage. the L-2500 is made in California, comes in a case with certificate (I called them adoption papers because it feels like this will be with me for the rest of my life.) Very nice all the way around. The set-up was pretty good, all things considered. But wow, it feels like such quality. the knobs are heavy and feel firm, industrial, like they could become artifacts of history and still work. The strings set at a nice action and spacing all the way up the neck, it is comfortable, a little heavy but it is a nice hunk of wood. The bone nut and frets were perfect, the strings were strung nicely with not too much extra on the tuners and angle at the headstock leaves me feeling confident it will be an easy bass to keep intonate-ed. The bridge looks solid, heavy and all around this bass just screams take me into battle or play a set, or both, and it doesn't care what order you do them in either. Its a little by chance what you get from mex. fenders in terms of craftsmanship and details. Mine has a little dent and a little gap between neck and body but it is sturdy. Fret work is not like americans. Tone wise and playability is good. I like the look of pau ferro wood. Neck shape is comfy not like 70s baseball bat p bass more like 70s j bass. The orange color is the reason i pick this one, fender changing colors every two three years so if you have this color in mind go for it. Much much better in real than pictures. Overall, if you need a good practice/little jamming bass its a good alternative. Instead of squiers go for this. I have sire as well, if you dont like/need active preamp simple is the best. Also, this new pickups are good, have good bass and midrange not scooped like some american pickups. One final thing, I've tried couple of player series before ordering this, some of them is not well at all in build quality. So, it is a little surprise what you get, check after you buy it and then decide to keep it or not. Have fun..
Purchased the Fender Player Jazz bass. Overall great looks and sound, but some quality issues from the Fender Mexico factory (not Andertons' fault): – First bass had very clear weird uneven blemish under the varnish on the sunburst body. Not awful, but if I was in-store I would never have chosen that particular item. Returned and swapped by Andertons, no quibbles. Second bass arrived. Overall happy, sounds great, but still a few issues with quality control and design. – Control plate was missing 2 screws and was moving around – how does that get through Fender quality control? Replacement screws sent free of charge by Andertons. – Nut has not been slotted correctly – high G must have been passed through a machine and slipped, string is clearly a couple of mm too close to fretboard edge and you can see the failed first pass. Doesn't really affect playability, but is annoying and I will get it corrected at some point. Again, points to poor quality control. – Fretboard (Pau Ferro) is really thin – on the Player series, at least. Neck fret dot markers in white are half over the mid-dark fretboard, half over the light maple neck. Very hard to see in low light levels. OK, so they're just an indicator for position, but the design isn't great. So overall, the bass sounds great and Andertons service was very good. …and falls in love. Let me start by saying I actually have owned one other P-Bass. I had a 50s reissue Precision, but honestly the neck was just too thick for my liking after years of playing Jazz basses. Honestly, it felt thicker than the neck on my Yamaha 5-string. So, I picked this bass up after always dancing around getting what would be considered a more standard P-Bass. I have a 70s Jazz with a ton of modifications, I've had quite a few other brands of basses, but I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I ordered this a few weeks ago, and have been very pleasantly surprised. The action was pretty good out of the box. I adjusted it a bit, made a few tiny tweaks to the intonation, and now it's super smooth. And, on the pickups, let me say it's a great sounding bass. Pickups are clear, bass sounds great. I play through a little Ampeg Micro cabinet. Earlier this week, I bought some Flats to throw on it (because that's what you do with a P-bass, right?) and now it's quickly becoming one of my favorite instruments to jam with. It really cuts through the mix when playing in a group. I see why folks really love the sound of a precision. My Jazz still has it's place, but man, I really like the sound of this bass. The Player P is a great value for what you get. I've never owned an older MIM, but I research the heck out of pretty much any purchase I make, and it looks like Fender really stepped it up with this rendition of their MIM Precision basses. Good tone out of the box, no discernible pickup noise, good action, a beautiful neck, and a Tidepool Blue finish that just shines and shines.Dennis F

I went from a new yamaha with active pickups to this jackson with passive pickups. I don't play much bass, so Literally I was looking for a cheap guitar to record with. It has a solid low end grunt but still maintains the mid bang "slap" as you might call it. No its not spotless, the wood is not colored along some of the seems and its not the prettiest style wise, but for someone who just wants an easy playing, solid sounding bass track, this is a great weapon.Jeremy
I give this bass 5 stars, not because it's comparable to a high end instrument, but because of the quality at this unbelievable price point. I was looking for a passive P-style bass that wouldn't break the bank; my expectations were that I would have to do some work to it (fret level, polish, sharp ends, etc.) However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that none of those issues existed when it arrived, and it was even actually in tune! I lowered the action to my preference, as should be done with every instrument. The neck is extremely comfortable and fast. The plastic nut is cut quite well, bridge is more than adequate, tuners are sufficient and hold tune even with heavy handed attack. The real surprise though, was the strong sustained growling punch of the pickup! This bass actually sounds quite good! I wouldn't hesitate to gig with it: and it's an excellent backup or first bass, that you won't soon outgrow. For reference – I have been playing guitar for 32 years, bass for 25 years and have a MIM Fender Jazz V, and several Ibanez basses (mid grade – professional grade, 4, 5, & 6 string variations). This Jackson isn't in the same class as my others, but that doesn't really mean anything, because it still delivers exceptional quality and value. I bought this bass mainly cause of the price tag but also because I was wanting a bass with humbuckers. The epiphone thunderbird had my eye but wasn't exactly in my budget at the time but then I came across this bass. Great price tag and a familiar (body) P bass shape. Fast forward to today and this bass still rocks. The body was put together nicely along with it's finish but you can tell where quality was sacrificed which was the neck. Not terrible or unplayable but you can tell it's a fairly cheap neck. Otherwise the tone, playability, and feel is amazing.Brandon F

I've had this guitar for about 10 months, and it's great! It's everything you'd come to expect from the ESP LTD line. But the big question is, "How's that bridge?" My motivation for buying this specific guitar was my unending frustration with the floating tremolo on my previous guitar. We started jumping back and forth between standard and dropped D in our set, and making that work with a FR was a nightmare. With that, I had set out on finding a non-FR or fixed bridge, since I rarely used the trem' anyway. I had always wanted an ESP and the idea of each saddle being independent of one another was compelling. It can take a little to get used to, though. Tuning is done at the bridge, and the tension on the strings is adjusted by the tuning pegs. Once the string has the right amount of tension, that saddle will be "activated" in what is referred to as "zone 2". Here, the springs will counter any additional tension applied to that string up to a given point. This means that you cannot do bends or change the pitch in any real or easy way. Some people may like this, but it feels very odd, and the people at Evertune know that most people don't play like this. So, to get the best of both worlds, you will need to apply enough tension on the saddle to bring it right up to the edge of zone 2 by turning the tuning pegs. What I found to be helpful here is to not just listen for the note to change, but to pull on the string and visually inspect movement in the saddle. Once this is set, it feels like a normal guitar with just a tad more tension on the strings. The guitar will come with 10-gauge strings. I gave that a shot for a while. Only recently did I switch them out for some 9s. I think it feels a lot better with a lighter gauge string, especially considering that tad bit of tension. A tip I learned regarding Dropped D was to tune the guitar down by default. Then tune up the low E, which puts that saddle into "zone 3". This is far easier than the reverse and stiJohn Q. I ordered this Bass as I wanted a more modern fretless than my Jazz and decided on a 5. I was first impressed by the exotic finish of these Basses but skeptical on quality at this price. I needn't have worried. I honestly do not know how ESP maintain this kind of fantastic quality/price. Out of the box the maple cap looks great if you like a natural wood finish. I could not find a single cosmetic flaw. The Bass is slightly neck-heavy due to the light weight body but it sits well on a strap. The hardware seems solid enough and looks cool. My Bass was well set-up but other reviews say the contrary. The strings are D'addario Rounds as listed so you may want to change these out for flats if you wish to avoid scratches on the roasted Jatoba fingerboard (they used to be Rosewood). The active threeband eq plus passive pan pot give a lot of tone scope. The only negative point to my ears is that I would like a touch more sustain but all in all consider these Basses before going for a Rockbass.
I have been playing guitar for six years and am a massive fan of hot humbuckers and EMGs. This LTD does not disappoint and is easily my best guitar (next to my Solar s1.6pb27, which also sports an EverTune bridge). The LTD MH1000's body looks great, neck feels great, frets are smooth and it stays in tune extraordinarily well with the EverTune bridge. It is extremely easy to set this guitar up yourself due to the bridge; I didn't have to take it to a shop before I started recording with it. Excellent value.

After the initial COVID lockdown I landed a gig where I had to have a 5 string bass. So like a red blooded American I took my cash down to the local GC store to buy a fender 5 string American jazz. There wasn't any. I looked for an Ibenez. There wasn't any. I looked for anything and we'll there wasn't any. As the date grew near for our first show, I happened in and they had this one. I was disappointed that this was all there was, but out of desperation, I bought it thinking I would trade it once something I wanted became available. It took me about two months and 10 gigs later when I realized I love this thing. 9 months in and I don't know how many dates later, I wouldn't want to live without it. It plays awesome after a quick and minor setup on the action. The tone is big on the bottom and the mids and highs are as shapable as you want. It is a dream to play and guess what, when I finally got to put my hands on the fender I wanted, I didn't want it anymore. This bass is very much like the high end Ibenez basses. Probably too much for Ibenez's liking actually. I run through a 800w mark bass head with a 2×10 cab and a 1×15 cab. It sounds incredible. The big thing for me is when I run through my amp using the direct out in bypass, it sounds amazing. It is like having a sans amp in the bass. The electrics are that good. I have gotten tons of compliments on the tone and questions about how I got it. I literally just plugged it in. Also I can play it all night and even though it is a five, I am less fatigued then when I play the four fender American jazz I already own. The string spacing and scale I believe is responsible for that. If you are serious about playing a 5 string, at any level, then this bass is one you should look at. I am not super crazy about the esthetics but I get a surprising amount of complements on it. So if that is your thing then rock on I guess. I am getting over the fact that I was a fender snob. Love this Jackson bass. Finish is first class and blemish free. the satin finish of the neck really does give it a smooth easy playability. doesn't have the triangle fret markers or logo on pick ups like more expensive models…and only one screw holding the truss rod cover in place… but this is where savings are made and the price kept low I guess.. The hardware… bridge, saddles and tuning pegs are all solid high quality… i highly recommend this bass to beginners and pros alike… OK… the BUTs.. out of the box… this model must have been rushed through control… the action was so low that that there was fret buzz across the entire fret board. slight truss adjustment and raising of the saddles easily enough sorted that out though…. It plays beautifully now but i would'nt have expected to have to do a full set up. AND…I also ordered a mic stand… this brought my total order to over 200 euro. The website VERY clearly states that orders over 200 euro qualify for free postage to Ireland… but after ordering, I was mailed to inform me that as it is a guitar…. and therefore large, I would have to pay postage…this isn't mentioned anywhere on the Musicstore site… very annoying indeed. So.. great guitar… but might need a little setting up and beware of postage charges.
My one only bass for the past 20 years has been a Ibanez SR405 (2001 year model). I feel like I've purchased a big upgrade with this Jackson X Series Spectra. In comparison to the Ibanez, the Jackson's neck is fatter, lower fret sizes are slightly wider and the string spacing is slightly wider. The playability is a lot smoother for my larger fingers/hands. The pickups and active EQ systems are powerful. Need to have some amp/di box control to contain the powerful output when in smaller venues. I use the passive pickup control when in smaller venues and small churches. I feel that what sets this apart from other basses I've tried is how great it sounds to play the d and g strings as well as going above the 12th fret. The stock strings (D'Addario) sound really pretty when playing the higher octaves. The Elixir strings I'm currently using give the B string a BIG SMOOTH THUMP. For those worried about setup out of the box, I live in high altitude. Setup post manufacturer is usually a must because of that. I have been able to get fairly low action without fret buzz after casually messing with adjustments.Zach

I was looking around for an acoustic bass so I could practice at home without the need of an amplifier. I have a Fender Electric (Passive) Bass and a Dean Electric (Active) bass and anytime I want to practice I have to go to my home studio. With this one I can practice anywhere in the house. Despite of that, none of the acoustic basses I tried at different stores match the sound or the body shape. Fender got it spot on with this bass, it weighs in at dead on 8lb. ,it's perfectly balanced and all I had to do was lower the bridge saddles to my taste. It's not exactly hard on the eye balls either and over all it is one awsome bass guitar and as it was one of a limited run (Fender told me under 100 came to Europe) I feel privalaged to own it, thank you Rimmers for suplying it for me, cheers. Overall: Extremely well made, great quality control and a great attention to detail. Hipshot tuners and bridge, the fit and finish was top notch and it balances like a dream. It’s very versatile sonically too. I am able to get a great variety of sounds out of it even without a preamp. Pickups sound really good and even though it’s a passive bass, the output is still really good. Out of the box setup was pretty good, I made a few tweaks to the action but the intonation was spot on and the truss Rod was adjusted properly. I highly recommend this bass, I am very pleased with it and it has become my number 1 for playing out and for practicing.Kris
I'm glad I ordered this PRS bass from Pro Audio Star. I stumbled onto it while browsing eBay and asked for more pictures. This was supposed to be an "Open Box" purchase that I was very hesitant about. After receiving the bass I immediately took it to my music room and plugged it up. I surely didn't expect the volume I was getting from the passive pickup system or the gig bag I wasn't expecting to receive. The thru body neck and thru body string system provides plenty of sustain and phenomenal clarity and resolution. The clarity of each note was more than I could have asked for. I rank this bass right up there with some of my custom builds like Mike Lull and Status. Im not kidding. You really have to try this bass. The two massive Humbuckers deliver killer tones and plenty of volume for giging. I run all my basses through a Boss ME 50B pedalboard and then into a SansAmp for extra flexibility. The combination has been my goto setup for live performances and allows me to dial in whatever tone I want while on the fly. I would highly recommend this bass for any level of proficiency. There is something about this bass that just works for me, its exceptionally playable with great feel and balance. Normally it takes me a long time to find a tone I like on a bass, but this PRS Kestrel just settled into a beautiful responsive sound within a few minutes, backed if the volume a touch and found the sweet spot between the pick ups and honestly havent changed it since finally found the bass for me!!!!bobbluemac

Overall: For me this was a tricky purchase as there was not a lot of reviews to watch. Let me tell you the black is gorgeous in person, the sound is tight and punchy. I typically play a lot of Fenders and this ESP 87 sounds just as good. Little on the heavy side. Out of the box it needed some adjustments, truss rod nut needed some oil, string height adjustments. It sounds great. If you're on the fence grab it. You won't be disappointed.Jeremy
Overall: This bass is very polarizing to me. To start with the good, it's beautiful. The white has a slight sparkle to it that makes it drop dead gorgeous in person. Next, the neck is near perfect. It's a thin p-bass neck. So you get all the nice string spacing without having to grip a baseball bat. The fret work was also on point. It sounds amazing. The Seymour Duncan vintage pickups have an amazing tone and work exceptionally well with fuzz. The only downside is the p-bass pickup is micro-phonic. Some people like it but it's a bit of a turn off for me. Now for the bad, when this bass arrived it was filthy and did not include the tools. The lack of tools is an instant 10% restocking fee for zZounds due to a mistake made by ESP. Next, there were so many little details that should have been caught during inspection. Rough wood around the headstock and pickup screws were not screwed in (near string height) just to name a few. All of these issues above pail in comparison to the biggest issue, the tuners. Just judging by the shape they look like rebranded Wilkinson. Which makes the next bit all the more disappointing. When I received it, the E-string clover was falling off. To ESP's credit they are sending me a new one. However, there's still another issue. They slip all the time. When I leave it overnight, a few of the strings are nearly a semitone lower. I have to tune nearly every 15 minutes while playing. I'm still on the fence whether I will return this bass. I've emailed all these issues in to ESP and I hope they stand by their products and that this is just a lemon.Andrew

It’s got a nice weight to it: not too heavy and not too light. It feels sturdy without being back-breaking. Playability out of the box was pretty good. I lowered the action a hair at the bridge and it now plays beautifully. The fretwork is impeccable and the neck is comfortable. I’m usually not a thin neck kind of guy, but this one is very easy on the hands. The Seymour Duncan pickups are wildly versatile. The P pickup is a bit on the dark side, but it packs a massive punch. The J pickup is bright and articulate without being harsh. Blending the two is probably the best of the PJ sets I’ve heard. Normally they kind get wimpy sounding… but here, no. You get the articulation of the J and the power of the P. Just what you’d want!Fit and finish is fantastic. The tuners, like another reviewer posted, can leave a little to be desired… they’re kind of flimsy, which for a $900 bass is kind of disappointing. I love the look, the feel, the balance, the neck. It is obvious that this is the low-end model of this series, but none of the finishing details are bad…..just some that you know are much better on the higher end models. Examples: Very small finish waves at contour lines, and the truss rod cover is cheap. I like how it sounds. It has a wide tonal range, and is easy to dial in. But, I also think the stock pre-amp is too bass heavy, but I can see how some folks would really like this. All in all, for an inexpensive bass, I would rate this an overall 8/10, with two dings—-one for minor finish flaws and a cheap truss rod cover, and one for a pre-amp that is a little too heavy on the low frequency. I went to ESP's website and bought the case that goes with the bass…..the case is worth the $150 for it.rogerdna
I purchased my first bass when I was 15 years old. It is a 1984 Electra/Westone Phoenix (yes I am that old). I have put together quite a collection of basses since then. This ESP LTD Stream is the only bass I have played that has the tone and feel of my old number 1. So naturally, I feel right at home playing it. As I really don't need any additional instruments, I tend to only look for bargains. I purchased this bass during the Musician's Friend St. Patrick's Day sale and also used by reward points so I was able to get this bass at a great out-of-pocket price. That being said, I could not get the neck/string action dialed in. I had to take it to a pro. I shim had to be placed under the nut to get this to play properly. Final analysis? If you can get this bass on sale, I recommend it. Great looks, great feel, great tone. Be prepared to buy a case (not included) and have it professionally set up before you will be able to use it effectively. I intend to use it mainly as a back-up and rehearsal instrument. The Kelly Bird looks drop dead gorgeous and sounds absolutely thunderous. It's tone and tone shaping ability is amazing. Clean, gritty with some OD, or even some weird solo synth preset you never use on your effects- all sound like you handed the bass to a pro. It has enough punch to scare the dog but also enough top end to play high. The neck is just wonderful. Sanded from the factory without that sticky shellac on cheaper instruments. The fretboard perfectly laid out and the frets properly rounded. The fit and finish is top notch stage quality level. Stock strings are pretty good and it came to me almost perfectly in tune. I love this guitar. From a tonal standpoint it scores top marks. But whoever designed the body has never even held a guitar. The neck dive is just ridiculous. I've had basses that dived before like Warlocks and Mockingbirds, but the Kelly blows them all away in the sheer speed and violence this neck plummets to Earth. It's only saving grace is that it is light so having to hold the thing up with your fretting hand is possible, but ungainly. But for the pick player- it's a challenge. I've seen Megadeth live and Dave Ellefson's bass doesn't dive when he lets go of it. Mine dives like someone yelled 'Incoming! I ended up shoving tire wheel weights in the electronics box until the bass was half again as heavy– and it still dives, just more slowly now. You'd have to add enough weight that the thing is uncomfortable to completely eliminate the dive. Next I am going to hang weight off the rear strap lock. It's silly that I should have to do all this just to make it stay put. I expect neck dive on these body shapes, but the Kelly takes it to another level. Sitting down is no better. The body slides to the outside of your knee, putting the nut somewhere in the next time zone from your body. It is like playing a Steinberger bass, despite those being small you have a long reach to the nut. As a functional guitar body, the Kelly Bird is terrible. Standing or sitting- it's badly shaped and badly balanced. But man, does it look great. Because it sounds so good, I can't give it anything but high marks for actual playing. But only after I have had to resort to frankly silly fixes to try to make it more playable in the first place. Hands down wins the gold medal for neck dive. Still a great bass sound, still love to play it, still think it's the best sounding bass I've ever had. Just have to accept it's faults like any lady you fall in love with.thesollylama

This is an older f-204 bass i bought second hand from someone who barely used it back in 2010. pretty sure he bought it new around 2002-2004. this could be a model even older than that though. i don t see any model number on it but it has always played better and with lower action than newer ltds i ve picked up in the store.
