STANTON DEBUTS ATM.6 ACTIVE MONITOR FOR DJS

Stanton has introduced the first active-monitor speaker system designed specifically for DJs. The ATM.6 is now available at authorized Stanton dealers.
The Stanton ATM.6 is an active-monitor speaker with a built-in 100W amplifier. Designed specifically for DJs, the ATM.6 offers a smooth and flat frequency response that reproduces music without artificial hype, coloration or distortion in any frequency zone, allowing DJs to easily create mixes that translate to all playback systems.
In addition to removing the need for a separate amplifier, the ATM.6's built-in high-quality amplifier was matched to the speaker's components for optimal audio performance. A 1-inch Neodymium soft-dome tweeter is ferrofluid cooled, handling high-frequency content with excellent clarity and definition. The ATM.6 has a 6-inch glass aramid composite woofer that provides surprisingly articulated bass response for a small speaker design. The cabinet is constructed of medium-density fiberboard, which reduces resonance and improves imaging. Connecting a pair of ATM.6 monitors directly to a DJ mixer is made simple with XLR, 1/4-inch TRS and RCA inputs.
