Daddy Kev

Daddy Kev
A legendary figure in the underground indie music scene, Daddy Kev has spent the past two decades producing classics for the likes of AWOL One, Flying Lotus, Daedelus, Mix Master Mike, Busdriver, Freestyle Fellowship and many more luminaries—all while running his critically acclaimed indie label, Alpha Pup Records. Rounding out his passion for music, Kev created the Low End Theory nightclub, a weekly event that has become L.A.’s premier showcase for experimental artists.

DJ Enrie

DJ Enrie
From radio to clubs, DJ Enrie has built a 20-year reputation on his ability to creatively move with the times. His legendary 1990s mix show on L.A.-based hip-hop station Power 106 put him on the map while his diverse club skills set him apart from the pack. With critically acclaimed mix tapes, multiple club residencies, a weekly Las Vegas radio mix show and even his own digital music pool, Enrie continues to embody the complete artist.

Timothy Good

Timothy Good
Timothy Good graduated from Northwestern University’s film program in 1997 and started his career as a post-P.A. and assistant editor on the film Lost in Space. Good later worked on several TV series, including Fastlane and The O.C., where he met film editors Norman Buckley and Matt Ramsey, music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas and producer Stephanie Savage. Savage later offered him the pilot of Gossip Girl, where has been working as editor ever since.

Brendon Small

Brendon Small
In addition to writing and producing the hit series Metalocalypse for the Cartoon Network, Brendon Small is also a graduate of the Berklee School of Music and plays guitar for the show’s fictitious band, Dethklok. Small brings his recording skills, incredible guitar chops and excellent sense of humor to demonstrate how he creates Metalocalypse using a variety of Avid and Digidesign gear.

TAKE

TAKE
TAKE has positioned himself on the forefront of emerging electronic styles, steering instrumental hip-hop in new directions as part of L.A.’s underground beat scene. With a string of successful EPs, TAKE has become one of L.A.’s most popular DJs and producers, performing with artists such as Mos Def, Edit, Daedelus and laying beats for Hollywood parties, film premieres, fashion shows and celebrity hot spots. He also co-founded the legendary Los Angeles beat showcase Sketchbook.

Ondi Timoner

Ondi Timoner
From music videos for artists such as The Vines, Paul Westerberg, Lucinda Williams and DMC to the VH1 original series Sound Affects, Ondi Timoner takes viewers deep into worlds they would never otherwise explore. The Grammy-nominated director’s iconic work is noteworthy for telling stories that unfold over time with incredible access and emotional depth. Timoner achieved worldwide critical acclaim with her feature length documentary, DIG!—the 2004 Sundance Film Festival’s Grand Jury Prize winner.

Chris Vrenna

Chris Vrenna
As a remixer, producer, drummer, engineer, keyboardist, programmer and industrial-music pioneer, Chris Vrenna has worked with bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Green Day, U2, Marilyn Manson and David Bowie. Vrenna also writes and produces music for popular video games, including Doom 3 and Sonic the Hedgehog. When he’s not lending his talents to other artists, he’s found time to make two seminal albums with his band, Tweaker.
