Produce music in no time using Logic Pro 8! Using Apple Loops, you will learn to layer tracks, arrange the loops into a song, use software instrument and effect plug-ins and mix down the song.

4–4:30 p.m.
Advanced Techniques in Logic Pro 8—Skill Level 2
Learn some of the top-secret techniques used by the pros to create exciting results with Logic Studio. Topics include sidechain compression on the kick and bass to create that classic pumping dance sound, processing audio through Ultrabeat to create incredible stuttering effects, using take-comping features to come up with instant breakbeats and more.
