Manifesto: “BBE is about real music for real people,” Adarkwah says. “We try to bring our audiences the best in the various genres that we bring to the marketplace. Hopefully, we represent a real reflection of the subgenres that we support.”
A&R Philosophy: “We don't have a set game plan, but we do accept demos occasionally,” Adarkwah continues. “We prefer open-minded artists. A good work ethic from the artist is good, as well as a good stage presence. We expect the same things that a good employer would require from a worker.”
