UNKLE announced details for its first video for the first single, “Burn My Shadow,” off of the new album War Stories, due out July 24. Directed by newcomer Miguel Sapochnik, a storyboard artist and director whose credits include Trainspotting, A Life Less Ordinary and The Dreamer, the video was shot as a short five-minute film and features actor Goran Visjnic (the television show “ER” and the film Welcome To Sarajevo) in the starring role. Already causing a stir, the video has been banned by some TV and video channels upon its initial release overseas due to the controversial storyline.
