Rob Garza, one-half of the
pioneering electronic duo Thievery Corporation, releases his first solo project
on Nov. 6, 2007 on
ESL Music. Dust Galaxy—a mix of the sounds of psychedelic India, British
paisley beats, post-punk, and roots rock—takes Garza to a new place, playing
guitar and fronting a traditional band. Garza is hitting the road with Dust
Galaxy for an eight-city tour, with each show featuring a full set from Dust
Galaxy, as well as DJ sets from Rob Garza and Ursula 1000.
