Nextcat Helps Cool Music Cats Find Gigs

Nov 12, 2007 7:50 PM

Launched by two Berklee College of Music alums, Nextcat, a professional network for the entertainment industry, has announced the launch of Nextcat Jobs, a new way for Nextcat members to find and post casting calls, gigs and collaboration opportunities.

Nextcat gives employers and job seekers free access to post and search jobs, with worldwide listings for talent and services in categories including music, film, TV and stage. The site plans to add a dedicated area for video game producers, developers and publishers. The site also offers a proprietary seeking/offering system that enables users to automatically receive job alerts that match the skills, talents and location of its members.
