May 20: Remix Hotel Afterparty With Louie Vega

Remix has added a second party to close out the Remix Hotel NYC event this week. In addition to checking out Frankie Knuckles at Cielo on May 20, swing by the Sullivan Room (218 Sullivan Street at Bleeker) in NYC for the DubSpot (www.dubspot.com) production school's launch party and Remix Hotel afterparty.
The lineup includes Turntables on the Hudson, Ubiquita, NYC and special guest Louie Vega. The party will also feature live percussion, music production and a video presentation by DubSpot's VJ Chris Biggins.
All door proceeds from the event will go to partner charity NextAID (www.nextaid.org), a non-profit working within the dance-music community to help children in Africa orphaned by AIDS.
