Calling all aspiring poets: Check out the following post on www.gnarlsbarkley.com, "From the Desk of A.B. Vidal, Chief Executive of St. Elsewhere/Blog" (posted 1/30/07):
"During the next week, submit your best haiku in the comments section below.
Your theme can be either Solutide or Pineapples. Or, if you can manage it, both.
The winning haiku will be selected by me [A.B. Vidal]. I reserve the right to be as arbitrary as I like in my decision-making. Enter as many times as you like. The winner will receive an as-yet undisclosed prize."
