Cielo, located in NYC's Meat Packing district, is slated to celebrate its four-year anniversary with a party on Friday, Jan. 19. Cielo residents Nicolas Matar and Willie Graff, as well as one of the original Ibizan DJs, DJ Pippi, are the featured entertainers for the event.
