Beatport Launches a Free Media Player for Posting Online

Beatport, the online purveyor of premium electronic music downloads, has announced the launch of the free Beatport Player -- an online viral media player that is usable anywhere. The Player offers free streaming access to Beatport’s massive catalog of trendsetting, daily updated dance hits. The Beatport Player Generator allows you to build your custom player to include tracks from Beatport’s catalog of influential artists, DJs and labels including Moby, BT, Tiesto, Richie Hawtin , Warp Records and Ultra Records. From there, simply post your new player to your MySpace page, blog or personal Website for everyone to enjoy.
DJs, artists and producers such as Bad Boy Bill endorse Beatport’s Player. Bad Boy Bill spends most of his time producing tunes in the studio or out on the road, playing up to 150 gigs a year, both domestically and abroad.
