Aug. 17-19: Meet the Monsters of Hip-Hop

Aug 15, 2007 12:46 PM

They've worked with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliot, Usher and Weird Al Yankovic (okay, okay, we're just kidding about the last one), and now they'll work with you, provided you get yourself over to the El Portal Theater in North Hollywood on August 17-18. If you miss the workshops, you can always just stick around to get inspired by the 3rd Annual Monsters of Hip-Hop show, in which the cast, as directed by Monsters of Hip Hop choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon Dumo, will bring to life some of your favorite moves, accompanied by some of the best hip-hop music around.

Tix are $25 for general admission, or $119 for admission to the show plus you'll get in to the special 1-day L.A. Dance Workshop on Sunday the 19th. Get 'em at www.brownpapertickets.com.
