Genres of music are as much about the people and the history as they are about a particular sound. For the jungle and drum 'n' bass crowd, the 1999 book All Crew Muss Big Up provided the scene its first historical text, tracing the two genres from bombed warehouses to the mainstream. That out-of-print text has long been regarded at the de facto handbook for the early years of the two genres. So to satisfy continued demand, author Brian Belle-Fortune decided to revisit the text.

Now titling the book simply All Crews (Vision), Belle-Fortune has taken his original tome and added an extensive update that bridges the intervening years. The book takes a closer look at artists such as High Contrast, Roni Size and others.
