Sept. 25: Ibiza to Play Host to 11th DJ Awards

Public voting has already
begun for the 11th edition of the DJ Awards, set to take place on Thursday,
Sept. 25 at Pacha, Ibiza, in order to award the world's most talented and
influential DJs props for their contributions to the dance-music scene. If you
haven't voted yet, now's the time—your vote will enter you into a competition to
win a trip to Ibiza, tix to the event itself, or DJ Awards merch.
And just whom are you
voting for? Well, among the nominees this year are Carl Cox and Richie Hawtin
(Techno); Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Ferry Corsten (Trance); and Ben Watt and
Miguel Migs (Deep House). Up for the Best Newcomer award are Dusty Kid and
Audiofly, among others; and for Breakthrough are Deadmau5 and Hot Chip, while
Tiesto, Carl Cox, David Guetta, and Roger Sanchez are among those vying for
International DJ.
