Cielo descends upon South Beach to celebrate four years of nightlife in New York's Meat Packing District at the oceanfront Raleigh Hotel during WMC 2007. This exclusive event is also an album release party for Cielo's third compilation, Seventh Heaven mixed by residents Nicolas Matar and Willie Graff on Kinkysweet Recordings.
